Shadow got the two pizza pies and left, his brown rat poking its head out from his shirt and squeaked at Shadow. "Yeah sure bud. We just have to deliver this to the rest of the gang," he said. The rat chittered in his ear as they walked around the pizza place and into the alley where a hoard of his rats were. Entering the alley, Shadow saw someone feeding his rats and and frowned along with an alley cat and a stray dog. "Another cat," he squeaked looking at the cat. "Where's the cat zodiac?" he asked it, wondering why he hadn't seen Shito in a while. Could she had left the area? If so he wouldn't have anybody to play tricks on. Whistling to his rats, two came over and squeaked at him. "Okay you can get down," he said as he crouched on the ground to let his rat scamper down onto the ground. Looking up he saw someone standing in the alley. "Who are you?" he questioned the boy. @TheHappyPikachu


Ash heard Jakob's shout and ran towards the other's voice, finding his father battered, broken and bloody. "Daddy!" he shouted but his father did not respond to his calls. "What's wrong with him? What...who did this?" he questioned Jakob. @NightCasterZ


"Only you can decide what to do Yuzyu and it's alright. I got into a fight with Flame over who the father of these cubs are," she said growling a bit at Flame's brushing her off. But at least she didn't have to worry about the cubs being hurt since Rylic was in a coma, probably thanks to Flame. She took the empty cup and got up, pushing Yuzyu back into the bed and tucking the blanket around her. "Get some sleep. You still have school tomorrow Princess," said Enya as she walked to the door. @Zeldafangirl

Yuzyu just looked at her mum as she hugged her stuffed tiger it was her first toy she got from her as she smiled" night night mama" she say closing her eyes again falling alseep both her mom and dad calls her princess she really enjoyed being called princess

she thought about how she felt that she knew him but she also didn t it was making her head spin. something strage was happening and the other zodiacs were apart of it.lia said that winters mom and dad were not zodiacs and she would not tell her what part of the family gave her the roster zodiac power thing.she sighed lia told her the least she could about there family and the outside world.

Enya smiled and closed the door, leaving Yuzyu alone in the darkness of her room before going back to the library and seeing the spilled tea already wiped up by one of the servants. The area by the hearth was bare stone though a rug adorned the floor a short distance from the fire. Enya sighed as she sank back into the comfortable arm chair she'd claimed and rested her swollen feet and ankles on the footstool as she basked in the warmth of the fire.

"Winter LeBlanc, Get down here this instant! I would like to have a word." she shouted up to her cousin and ended with a dangerous undertone that meant no negotiations. "...now."


As she stood there glowering in the gloom the raven fluttered noisily to her shoulder. "Now, now!" it croaked while bobbing its head up and down.


That gave her an idea.


"Find this rat, I want to know more about this riddle of yours" she muttered while stroking the bird's head, "and don't beg for corn this time."


"corn! Corn, corn, corn!" the beast mused as it took off towards where Shadow had gone

winter gulped she could tell by lianna's voice she did not believe her.she gulped another mouthful of air and went to the backside of the house were she was not and jumped down to the ground landing on the tips of her toes she was walking around to the front of the house were Lia stood when she heard her tell the raven she heard talk before to go find the rat.she heard the bird flap away and she slowly walked to were cousin stood.

"Come inside please" she said deceptively calm and began to walk through the garden back towards the house. Lia led Winter inside before shutting the screen door with a click. She stood there and stared languidly into the shadowed garden with her back to the child, thinking about what she should do about the situation. Seconds passed in silence before she finally broke the growing tension.


"Explain to me what just happened out there. I want the truth this time"

Balthamos is what he had named himself in the human language English, but the raven still couldn't grasp the importance of such simple names. How could you describe a being in one word? The creature pondered on this as he skimmed above the crowns of trees and the stinking rooftops of the city.


It didn't take the raven long to spot the rat walking down a street; the streetlights made great spotlights for seeing predators and finding the tasty morsels of food that humans loved to throw away. Unfortunately the rat didn't seem to be after a couple of scraps but instead desired a flattish bread-food, which he got by walking into a nasty smelling building.


Perching on a nearby roof, he waited until Shadow came back out and trailed him. With a couple of flaps of his wings, the raven was perched atop the alley and looked down at the two people feeding a hoard of rats and some flea bitten strays.

Jakob shook his head. "And I cannot sense his injuries are ones I can heal..." HE sighed. "Let us take him back to the base. They might know what tkoo do."

Shadow sighed and sat down, opening up his cheese pizza and setting it down on the ground, whistling and hoards of rats came from the sewers and crowded around the extra cheese large pizza before beginning to eat. Shadow sat down in the alley and opened up his own pizza before taking out a slice of gooey goodness and began to eat a slice of the meat lovers' pizza. Sausage, ham and pepperoni on mozzarella. The unvampire moaned as the taste hit his mouth, enjoying the meal and taking no notice of the bird that had been sent after him. @Juju @TheHappyPikachu


Ash purred against his father but nodded. "Yeah. I'm going to kill whoever did this," he growled angrily, tail lashing as he nodded to Jakob to pick up his father before turning back to the house. @NightCasterZ

winter was racing down a street with people running after her yelling that she was a freek an exparment she was runnging as fast as a human could she had been runing for hours her lungs burned for once her eyes darted left and right she took a left and hit a dead end. she turned to go back but the towns folk were blocking her exit.they all took out a bow and pulled a arrow out of their quiver she turned back to the wall but it was too smooth to climb she turned back to the towns folk they had their arrows ready the let go of the bow string and......

winters eyes shoot open she winced ant movement it was 7:00 am and she had goten no sleep last night case of that stupid rat who had also goten her grounded for a week.she had a pounding head from lack of sleep and lianna had sent her to her room when she told her bout that conversation with the rat named shadow.she of corse left out the part of mentioning the powers and telling him that she smelt him as a rat and the vampire thing.she sighed and got up and took the book that she had finshed reading hours earlyer she took it and turned to page one.

The scent of the pizzas drifted up to Balthamos tantalizingly. He flicked his head from side to side and leaned forward to get a better view of the scene. Beady eyes glittered enviously as the bird shuffled closer and clicked its beak softly, watching helplessly as the rats and strays gobbled up the food beneath him. "Corn?" he muttered quietly and wondered just how much information Rooster wanted.


In the meantime the raven ruffled his feathers and shifted his feet impatiently. Perhaps there would be scraps left after the zodiac and the other stinking animals had had their fill? If he snatched one piece right now, that would be fair too. He did find out something about the rat.

A rat saw the crow and let out a hiss at it. "What's wrong?" Shadow asked the rat. It squeaked and ran up before biting at the crow feet.

Yuzyu woke up as she got dressed as she smiled as she grabbed her bag going downstairs as she saw the servents as she was waiting for her mum she saw pancakes as she smiled

winter was got lost in thought when she was at page 121.she looked out the window at the purple dawn that shone like a shooting star on the lake near her house.she sighed she wished she was not grounded she hated being stuck in her room all day.she sighed and marked her page by folding the corner of the page then she trough it across the room.she sprawled across her bed staring up at the ceiling thinking of how in her book the first time she watched the move she was so confused and then she read the book and got it completely.she let out a soft laugh.she closed her eyes and thought of how the awn makes the dew covered grass look like stars in the night sky.

Enya yawned as she came downstairs the next morning, Daisy in her arms. She put Daisy in a high chair and sat down at the foot of the table. "Morning Yuzyu. Did you sleep well?"

The raven shrieked at the rat nibbling his feet and buffeted the rodent with a couple beats of his wings before leaping off of his perch. Gracefully, the bird glided down in line with Shadow and without slowing down, snatched the pizza held in his hand.


"Here, here" the bird croaked while it flew in a circle smugly. After it had finished showing off, the raven landed lightly a couple of paces from Shadow and began to peck at the pizza, the gooey cheese clinging to his beak.


After a couple of bites it lifted its head and considered Shadow for a moment with dark eyes.

Yuzyu looked at her mum" yup i slept okay" she say as she grabbed the syrup as she wanted to pour a lot but she gets hyper when she does that

The rat squeaked but hung onto the roof and then scampered back down to Shadow. Shadow looked at the bird. "Who are you?" he asked it. "What do you want with me?" @Juju


Enya drank some orange juice. "Don't mention anything about your father being in a deep sleep," Enya said to Yuzyu. @Zeldafangirl
