History: The German Empire was formed after the Franco-Prussian war and was lead by Chancellor Otto von Bismarck and Kaiser Wilhelm I. Prior to its formation the North German Confederation acted as the Empires predecesor, paving the way for the Empires glory. After the unification Germany as one nation flourished and formed a strong industrial sector and the worlds greatest army. Before the most impressive of any Germanic nations fleet was laughable at best, but now the Empires navy is the second best, only beat by the United Kingdoms Royal Fleet. With the death of Fredrick III Wilhelm II ascends the throne as Kaiser. The naive young man has made numerous unwarranted political advances, leaving the Empire isolated.

History: The Dome was built in 1786 by Swiss mountaineers out of desperation to avoid the harsh exposure of the Alps, it was originally built out of wood and thatch and soon became larger over the years. The Dome was a safe haven for mountain passers but to stay in its warm embrace it had one rule. To stay, you must build onto The Dome. Over the last hundred years The Dome has grown large enough to expand and envelop the mountain tops. The icecaps have long melted due to the warm temperatures inside The Dome. Flooding and rust have plagued the inhabitants of The Dome for years. Engineers have used this occurance of flooding to simulate rain to further boost the Eco-system in The Dome. Since its long journey from small dwelling to large bio-dome it has declared independance, claiming that over 3 generations have lived and called this home. After a long war for independence with Switzerland, in 1894 The Dome had won and was declared its own sovereign nation.

The Dome has a circumference of 80 Kilometers, and a population of around 6500 people every 1km, with multiple levels stacked on top of each other leaving room for commons and industrial production areas in the middle, Its been growing for 200 years in an industrial world. Hope this helped.

LOL I didn't mean million. Its a mistake, its supposed to just be 500k. The history states that it was a small tent but more dome shaped. Over the course of 200 years it grew across the peaks as the technology advanced and the inhabitants settled finding refuge from the hardship of the mountains. Almost the entire population are immigrants, a minority of around 30% of inhabitants have actually settled for generations. Hope this clears things up. It'd be kinda weak to have a 500mill pop with only 30k soldiers in peace time. Feel free to ask any more questions, I can back it up.
