The Sufras Kingdom appeared out of nowhere, no explanations. It is not completely visible to all, however as it is an underground kingdom. Typically you can tell when you are in Sufras territory when the flora and any fauna around it are dead or dying. You'll also feel movement underground. The Sufras in the kingdom are dangerous, almost to the point of being considered deadly, do NOT try to reason with them.
The Shadow Kingdom, like the Sufras Kingdom, appeared out of nowhere, with no explanations as to how or why. The Shadow Kingdom can be, and at times, is indeed visible to all. However the kingdom only appears soon after Twilight, and it's location always changes. Usually residing in a forest the Shadow Kingdom is characterized by gems and living yet dead animals. The Shadow Kingdom's inhabitants can be reasoned with, however, they are still vicious at times. They are not animals, and neither are those of the Sufras kingdom. The inhabitants of the Shadow Kingdom are each tied to one Gem. If the gem breaks they could die if it is not replaced in time.
The Angel Kingdom has been around since the beginning of time and appeared long before the Sufras and Shadows appeared. The Angel Kingdom is not always visible to all, only those with pure intentions. Any species can visit the Kingdom of Angels, dead or alive, it's just extremely hard to get there and once you go there it's a lot harder to come back. That being said you won't die unless you're up there for the rest of your life.
The Demon Kingdom was not always around, it was made when angels began to fall and become impure through evil acts, such as murder. It then furthered it's advancement when humans were created and those who did terrible things in life were sent there to be tried. Either they would get another chance, they'd go to purgatory, or they would have their souls shattered, put back together, and shattered once more in an unending painful process. The Demon Kingdom is not evil, nor is it good, it is typically neutral and seems less of the latter due to story tellings by those of the Human Kingdom.
The Human Kingdom has been around as long as the Demon Kingdom and was created when an Angel cried for the first time. It's tears hit the Human Kingdom below and a person grew from that. Slowly Angels realized they could do more things with their abilities and began to create the Human Kingdom until the Humans could take over and do things themselves. The Human Kingdom is not much different from our Earth, aside from it's not technologically advanced. In fact, the furthest most advanced thing they have are the few guns, catapults, and canons they keep in good condition in case needed.
