High-Quaestor Dominic Lester's rule was undeniable. The world of Nysteria had been completely and utterly ravaged by the so-called Anarchists, people who wished to be free of all responsibility. And they got what they wanted, freedom to kill and pillage all over the world. The Order of Shadows, the original Keepers, were all wiped out in the Battle of the Star Fort. Their legacy all but wiped from the history books, all of their members killed and their achievements, ruined.
