"Neither do I want to fight you," Sergeant Elish answered with the voice of an honest man, sword in a defensive stance. "But it seems you've already picked the option of declaring war on basically the entire damn country. Be nice and come with us, please. I'm a few days from retirement. I really don't want to have to do this, even if I signed up for it." He shook his head reluctantly, knowing that it wasn't this easy.

His men hardened their poses and made a rank of shields against the wolves, several of them exchanging weapons for a spear which would be more effective in this situation.

"Come-on-come-on-stop-it-hurts-GAAAH!" He yelped as he felt the knee on his temple. "Alri-alright! I'll tell you, just calm down! We got orders from King Alreos! All of the Ravinian Crusaders are wanted for conspiracy! Sorry! Guh, it hurts! Can you just knock me out or whatever already? Please?"

Tyr grunted in approval of the police officer's compliance and eased up on him, releasing him from the hold. Tyr slowly walked over and threw their weapons in the fire, before helping the concsious officer to his feet, and threw the unconscious one on the back of his horse, helping himself to a portion of their money on the grounds of house repair.
"Now you guys be safe. Don't go getting yourselves killed on Alreos's behalf. You guys have families too." He said as they rode off, temporarily fixing the door with a few spare nails.

Arabelle turned when she heard a familiar voice, telling people to be safe. “T-Tyr?” She used her magic to get a sense of where he was, and she could see his silhouette. “Tyr, is that you?” She walked towards him, completely confused.

Tyr, who had neither heard nor noticed her coming towards him, walked back inside, closed the door, and put on some warm clothes. He took a deep breath and filled up the kettle again, placing it back over the fire. He was cold. And sleepy.

She followed him inside, tapping her cane on the floor to make sure she didn’t hurt herself. “Tyr, didn’t you hear me?” She made sure to speak louder. “Is that you? Are you alive?”

Bailey frowned as she watched Arabelle walk away, and enter her house. She couldn't quiet make out what she said, but reguardless Bailey followed after her friend, leaving Elish and his men behind. They were all grown, they could defeinatly handle themselves. Anyway, reaching the bottom of her steps, Bailey sat Alex down, and entered.

Immediately she saw Arabelle, and a large figure with their back to them. Something about it was familiar, but Bailey couldn't really tell who it was. She stepped forward, beside Arabelle. "What the hell? Who the hell is this?" The dark from outside, and then the sudden brightness of inside left her a bit blind for the moment. Her attempt to plead with Ari from a distance was cut short by... a... squirl? She looked on, a very justified look of confusion on her face. Just what had she gotten herself entangled into. Her hands lowered partially, just remaining so baffled. She blinked keeping quiet observing from the bit of distance she had. At the very least outside Misty she had managed to keep herself a good bit of distance away and seemed more as a random girl who had stumbled into somehting strange.

"Lucille, I think its best to take this opportunity to turn the other way and leave while you have the chance. I don't think anyone suspects you have anything right now." He spoke giving a little tap on her cheek with his little bunny paw. She blinked looking up seeming so lost. She simply nodded lightly. seeming perplexed still that there was a human sized squirrel... somehow standing up tall in a suit of armor. She took a step back, slipping back away from the whole situation a bit nervous.

"I'll... go... ask later... I think." She spoke seeming so lost as she turned around haphazardly walking away not really paying much attention where she was going.

Anna Dwanne

Evening came, when they've just arrived the outer edge of Loudwater. Nothing significant really happened after the meeting with the young man in his campsite in the woods. And she didn't really had the chance to tell the dwarf of what she have seen of the couple. Loudwater has many routes coming to and from it, you can say that it is the bottleneck of most of the routes from the East to the West. But ever since Alreos came to rule, the kingdom have made a new route passing it entirely. Thus, it became a hub for the unscrupulous. Because of that wasn't much developed, its image much similar to a village than a town. Houses are placed wherever they want, there isn't much of a fence here and there for miniature farms and gardens, and the main road, where most of the carriage traffic comes and goes, if they ever do, were lightly filled with cobblestones.

The Prancing Pony, placed at one end where the routes converge, would be one of the buildings placed just right at the outer edge of Loudwater. And it came into view, the torch lit inn sign. People enjoyed coming to this place to drink, or meeting up, for its strategic reasons. Being at the edge of town meant that travellers could easily get a swig of beer, and not wanting to stay in this village, could easily backtrack to the main highway that the kingdom constructed to be on their way home. At the edge also meant that being a loud establishment would warrant less trouble from the village itself, as drunkards and fighting drunks cam have their fight, or puke, or pass out before they could be a disturbance to the houses nearby.

As Anna approached closing to 100 feet from the Prancing Pony, she could see that there are some armored men gathered outside of the tavern. The darkness that is coming made her unable to tell their intentions. And not wanting to make magic to view ; saving her for the couple following the same route as her. She have no choice but to draw in closer to the group of armored men.

"Looks like its a full house tonight, yer not getting any beer tonight dwarf !" She said out loud, looking towards her travel companions.

At Ari's question, Keara crossed her arms. Though she knew she appeared horrific to humans, she personally didn't seem to mind.

"I didn't see a point in learning such a mundane spell."

Keara glared back at Aseal. Though she was used to prying eyes, his stare made her more uncomfortable than usual. Though she was curious of him, she wasn't in a position to speak, as the question was directed to Ari. However, her attention was diverted as he heard a small squeak from a squirrel, holding a sword and leading a garrison of soldiers.

"What in the..."

Her thoughts were again interrupted as Ari pulled her aside. She struggled, shaking loose from his grip

"Don't touch me!"

She hissed out. Touching was a huge issue for her. In fact, most forms of physical contact made her extremely anxious.

"I can handle myself!"

At that, she took a step back from the knights, holding her hands in a menacing position as she started channeling her more malevolent powers, ready to defend herself. Already, she began questioning her involvement in this affair.

Ari Waesmor

"Yet you feel the need to cover yourself." Ari said, ignoring her reaction. Such reactions stopped phasing him a long time ago. "Don't flatter yourself. You can die here for all I care. You were blocking my shot." Ari was of course expecting such a reaction, and didn't blame her for it, but he wasn't gonna stop doing it. Teammates were teammates. Besides, she was blocking his vision for a clear shot, which to Ari was far more important than her actual life. Last time Ari checked, vision is almost directly correlative with the ability to hit.

Ari strolled forward forward. "I am but a simple man, Ethan. All I have is my blade and my will to use it." His tone got dark. "I don't do diplomacy and I bow to no soul."
Ethan pawed his blade and shifted his feet into a fighting stance. "Look at you, Mr. Waesmor, talking to your teammates like they're nothing to you. You'd probably let them die to save your own skin."
Ari laughed and shrugged, shaking his head. Whatever sort of honor Ethan had/followed didn't affect Ari in the least. Assassins lived by a MUCH different code than knights. "Ppffftt. I don't know these people. This woman who seems to lack situational awareness would've gotten struck down LONG before she could charge a spell, correct? I just saved her life." She was a mage standing in front. She was pretty much a meat shield from where she was. NOW, in the middle or back, there was some protection between her and death.
Ethan smirked, not denying the allegation. To say Ethan was fast would be an insult. He was THE fastest and THE quickest in the country, if not for countries all around..........if not the world. In not even a second, Ethan could have the gap closed and the sword right through her heart enchanted with Holy to kill her before she could even cast. Ethan was part of the Inquisition and very much one of Alreos's Anti-Mages of the most effective kind. The kind that doesn't need to cast magic to counter magic.

"I offer the rest of you one last chance to stand down. Since Mr. Waesmor here was the only one actually in the group, you can all leave to no consequence. Otherwise, you'll all be detained." Ethan drew his sword. "I am the fastest blade in the land, owner of the Mythical Omni Sword. You won't escape and your petty magic won't help you. We operate on skill, not miracle." The men behind him gave a big hoo-ah and got in their own stances in a tactical formation. Armor in the form of paladins and berserkers in the front, Anti-Mages and healers in the middle, archers in the back. Ethan stood right in front of them.

Misty flew to land on Lucille's shoulder. For some reason that was the most comfortable place to be besides her own master's shoulder. "You can leave now. If you fight, you join my master. He won't blame you for leaving, but he will forgive you if you fight on his behalf. You may even get on his good side," Misty said to her. "If you fight with my master, I'll ensure you don't get hurt. We'd be a team at that point." She finished with a confident smile. "If not, I hope you have fair winds because I'm here to brave the storm with my master."

Elaina Waesmor
Elaina entered the house with them, but stayed behind. She didn't know any of them enough to do any sort of intervention. Plus, she was only 11. Apparently they were looking for a Tyr. All she knew about Tyr was what Ari said about him, which was FAR more than anyone else in that group and definitely with the highest regard. When Bailey regarded them as a potential intruder, she grasped for her sabre. "Things have gone downhill really fast. I really need my daddy here........" she said softly and nervously. This was ACTUAL bloodshed, intent to kill. She was really glad Bailey managed to talk those men down because Ari would've turned it into a bloodbath. Even though she just gained an insane level of role-model like respect for Bailey and that she disagreed with Ari's willingness to kill first and talk later, he could keep her safe like no other. She was only an apprentice, WAY out of her league here.

Tyr was snoring loudly, asleep on the couch. Other than his longer hair and a few new scars, he looked the same. He was dressed in his old pajamas, and his arms and legs were sprawled out everywhere. The house was still tidy. The only mess was the grenades on the floor, some puddles of water, and his somewhat smelly armor and gear that was strewn across the floor.

Alex saw the armored men around the tavern and prepared to draw his blade at a moments notice. He was fighting for a fallen kingdom, an act some would see as honorable and loyal while some saw it as foolish. If it meant protecting people, he would not be afraid to pull that card.

Making sure not to make his family crest noticed, he approached one soldier and tapped on his shoulder with his armored arm. "May I ask what the predicament is here? My aquaintances and I have just arrived into town." he said, speaking formaly.

He wore a Rouge knights armor, one that did not cover his entire body, but instead covered his legs and one arm. They are not usually as formal, but this Rogue Knight was.

Beatrice was quick to step forward stopping next to Ari. She was in the presence of the Omni blade. And right next to her was the Ari Waesmor. She was with two legends. If only she could tell them of her excitement. "No backing down!" She exclaimed proudly as she drew her sword, ready for the first move the Squirrel would make.

Bailey just...she couldn't do anything as she stared at her husband. Who had been missing for over a year, and who was now alseep on their couch. And then everything really came crashing down on her. Ryan was a mistake, but one she was gonna have to tell him and...oh god. Years began to well in her eyes, amd she quickly looked to Eliana, "Put that down, it's...it's Tyr," She managed, before she quickly made her away around the couch, kneeling down in front of it. Gently, she poked him, as if to see if it was really him. She wasn't really expecting much, but...by god, it was him. She covered her mouth, falling back slightly as the tears finally spilled over. Relief, fear, and a range washed over her, but she just couldn't believe it. Her husband was back. He was home. And she was gonna have to face every mistake that she had made over the time he had been gone. Safety Hammer Safety Hammer P Paint The Wind Kylesar1 Kylesar1

The young summoner jumped a bit as she felt her other shoulder being perched upon as she was stepping away. Feir shuffled a bit, glancing over to see a small owl griffon resting upon her shoulder. He stared upon her quietly, only having a rough idea about her. He was partially aware of what Lucy was doing while he wasn't summoned, though detail wise what was said or even seen was much more of an unclear blurr to him. He had to rely mostly upon Lucille's reactions and a general feel for the situation to try and piece together what was going on.

"That sounds dangerous Lucy." He spoke calling her by one of her nicknames. It was rather usual for him to not formally address her only highlighting his bit of uneasy about the situation. He didn't want her getting in trouble and the situation itself seemed far above her head. Lucy's eye fixated on Misty as she seemed a bit uncertain, although it was quite clear it wasn't out of fear as much as guilt as she felt an urge to defy what Feir wanted her to do. While she did what she wanted she couldn't help but feel bad for upsetting him, but she had just this gut feeling it wouldn't be right to back away, specially with someone so nice as Misty in part asking her to fight only if she wanted to.

"W... would he be willing to retreat if we can help to try and subdue the soldiers rather then kill them? I... I don't really like to cause bloodshed if all possible... I... I mean they are just following orders, right? I'm pretty sure I can get her to help subdue them without catching anyone I'm not suppose to in it and hopefully help in your Master's escape. I should be okay, I usually don't feint as much as I use to, it will just take me a second!" She spoke seeming a bit timid at first though seeming to spring to life with a light smile on her lips speaking more bubbly in tone despite her last comment.

He could only nod in bewilderment at the sudden arrival of a Squirrel Man and Ari’s comment about taking shrooms. The Ale he consumed must have been spiked by the barkeep and the two men might have been sharing a conjoined hallucination. He banished the idea once the creature stated his name and his purpose. Sent by the king to smother out any form of rebellion, this had to confirm his suspicion; No?

Aseal listen closely to the others around him. It was clear to him now that the woman and the man were not on good terms as he led himself to believe. In fact, the man seemed rather cold and heartless to those around him he thought were his party members. Still, he brought out a good point, their situational awareness seemed to be lacking. Aseal listen closely to the squirrel known as Ethan as he offered the group a means out of this squabble. It was a tempting offer. However, he couldn’t resist the challenge of a man boasting the skills of himself and his unit.

He watched for a moment as the shy girl slipped away from the group. It seemed she had taken the advice of the creature that rested upon her head. He was about to make his way to the front with the others when his attention was dropped onto the shy girl walking away. She seemed to have taken the advice of the furry little creature that rested upon her head and turn tail. As she slipped by he muttered under his breath, “Sometimes it is better to find the courage to fight then the strength to run.” Without glancing back to see if she heard his words or not, he marched forwards taking a position a few feet away from Ari’s side. His sword and shield were finally drawn and a smile broke out across his face, “Can’t let you have all the fun.”

Marianne Basil
While Marianne slowly follows behind the three, barely keeping up, she eventually arrived at the outskirts of Loudwater. There, at the roadside, there lies a tavern, the Prancing Pony as it was named, and at the front of the tavern, armored individuals stood, their arms ready for battle.
Amongst the steel and metal, here was something that stood out to Marianne, something brown and soft looking, and upon realizing what it was, her expression lit up slightly.

"Why Ethan, is that you? There can't be another oversized critter just walking around in armor could there?" Marianne called out, even if she had only met the creature once or twice, it was difficult to mistake that big fluffy squirrel tail.

Then, she took a glance at the one Ethan is facing, an overconfident and arguably handsome man on a bit of the androgynous side. She couldn't help but smile at that. She came here tracking Bailey O' Connor, but now this man is here as well. Could this mean that all of the Crusaders have gathered? She wondered.

"My, my, Ari Waesmor, the legendary Shadow Ranger, fancy meeting you here. I'm Marianne Basil of the Inquisition, big fan by the way."

In contrast to Marianne's friendly demeanor, her bodyguard, Fredrick, glared menacingly at the man. His sword hand was readied on the hilt of his blade, recognizing the assassin as not only and enemy but also an immense threat.

The Inquisition, why am I not surprised ?

She thought to herself, as she stopped on her tracks. Trying her best not to get noticed by anyone, she broke off from her companions, letting the young man heading over to confront one of the man, as well as the couple. Whatever's happening, even if she feels wanting to join, she needed the distance away from the group. Not being the best at medium to close range, she tried herself carefully moving into the darkness of some trees and bushes.

Spell : Detect Creature

A silent spell she casted when she have reached her shadowy spot behind a few trees and bushes. Making sure that nothing is in ambush for her. Last thing she needs is getting dragged into the battle when she does not want, or backstabbed when she is helping. Sensing no other people nearby, she planted her staff on the ground in front of her, and started on a second spell. Bringing her hands down to her side, she pulled them up quickly towards the staff, as though pulling up an invisible carpet underneath her.

Spell : Invisible Magic Wall

The wall is a basic protection wall, allowing only one direction of travel, blocking anything if its goes the other direction, as though hitting a cemented brick wall. Its not the strongest of walls, but it is quick to pull up, as it works against arrows and people that charges in on a mage. Spanning three meters wide and two meters tall, it offers decent coverage. Plus, its invisible. When she is done with the wall, she pulled up her staff with her right. Ready for anything that comes in front of her.

"Ah, warm sunlight and green trees. How I miss them, I miss them! "

A grown woman, gliding through the air on a peculiar device, chirped cheerfully to herself as wind carried her away from the mountains, toward Ravinia Kingdom. If the woman had walked on land instead of flying as she was, she would attract waried gaze as she chatted away to what seemed to be herself. The people would be justified in their suspicion, as Vale was truly talking to herself. A long time away without other sentient beings to talk to, Vale had made it a habit to speak out her thought aloud, to keep her voice and clarity of mind intact.

"Ravinia! The place where I was born and where I was abandoned. A location where I made a promise- wait, it had changed! " She exclaimed in surprise as numerous once easily recognisable location had shifted so much she couldn't recognise it. A list of familiar locations ran through her mind as she scanned the land below for them. The farm field with a lone broken willow, a tavern with a dark red bloodstain on its roof, gone!

"Ah, time. The cruelest enemy against memory. I should land and ask a good local for direction," she again said happily to herself as she shifted her weight on the glider, allowing her to descend to the ground. The iron chest shook at its strap as she touched the ground with her feet, folding her glider into something similar to a pole. She took this chest into her embrace before walking down the road, leading to a busy inn. An inn was always a good place to ask for informations. Travelers used inns. She was traveler. The connection was quite clear for her.

There seemed to be a commotion at the inn, however. A group of travelers was also there. Travelers like her. She heard one of the travelers asked, "May I ask what the predicament is here? My aquaintances and I have just arrived into town." Yes, she would like to know as well! Standing a bit distance away from the gathering of men, Vale, hugging her iron chest with both hands, expectantly waited for the answer. The army looked unfamiliar to her.

Ethan looked at the newcomer with a smile. "Nice of you to join us, Marianne. Got some arrests to make. King's orders if you haven't been briefed on it."

"I hope you mean that, Marianne. Even in mortal combat tis always nice to meet a fan.........enough talk. Time to dance." Ari stepped forward and moved his hand to his bow across his chest

Immediately, Ethan slashed the bow. The interval between closing the gap and striking was almost instantaneous. Ari, however, knew it was coming, which was why he stepped FORWARD instead of backward. His bow blocked the slash and Ari braced for the hit by stepping forward. Ari was prepared. This was more evident when Ari spun around and kicked Ethan back. Due to Ethan's light weight, he moved back pretty far, but the kick itself didn't do much. This entire exchange lasted less than a second.

Ari jumped up and back. From behind where he stood, a MASSIVE serpent Basilisk charged through Ethan's formation, scattering them.

Misty jumped off Lucielle's shoulder. "Time to choose, Lucy!" She exclaimed and ran towards her master
The field was suddenly wiped clean of all magic. Anyone charging spells had to restart and any spells cast or being output was immediately dissipated. They had anti magic within their lineup. With all of this going on though, targeting one specifically would leave them open to another attack

Keara was quiet through the exchange. She could feel the tension in the air, only speaking once a shy voice asked for a nonlethal resolution

“The time for peace is past. Only blood may sate the gods now.”

She said in an ominous tone. As she expected, the smqll squirrel charged forward at Ari. She began charging her dark magics, her claws radiating with a dark purple aura. However, as she noticed he large paladin, her attention diverted to him instead. She began backpedaling. Her survival instincts then kicked in, igniting the dark flame.

Pausing only for a moment, she stared directly at the paladin, linking minds with him. Her eyes became glazed over with a black film as she started to corrupt his thoughts

If succesful, the paladin would hear whispers scratching deeper into his pain, boring into his very soul

“Submit... Cower... Fear. Fall!”

She had hoped it would incapacitate the paladin long enough to deliver a killing strike with her magic.

Beatrice was all to used to berserkers. After all she worked with them before. And just a fist against her was dangerous. More presence than flesh,

In his wake - life shall perish,
sacrificing itself to his hunger.
And when the realm is dead,
he will feed on this very world,

and eventually... consume infinity itself.

MOLYOZ THE CONSUMED
A mantle of tainted twilight set over the petrified spires of the palace.
Within, shadows were malformed upon the walls by the dreary eye of the rising sun.
A spectral resonance would emanate from the palace, an anomaly, a sickening hymnal to churn the stomach of even the bravest warrior. It was profound, unending and enshroud by veils of malaise. In all its years of sullen loom upon the fringe, betwixt two mighty peaks, the locals in the town below had never felt such unease by its tremendous, dejected guise. Only recently, they have complained of mortified night terrors, sinister apparitions of the damned and an exhaustive drain in their vitality. Many would theorize that the palace had unleashed its boiling curse, to which the church sent clerics to purge such malevolence. Though they never came back. Soldiers were tasked with investigating the winding path, which trailed up into the forest and towards the palace. They would never return. The townsfolk were desperate, warning the occasional traveler who happened to chance by of its foul legend. In time, news of this vile corruption spread throughout many taverns in the land - though construed as canard speculation.

Anyone who was interested in the supernatural or uncanny would have heard to be wary of this place, typically by bartenders through word of mouth. Though, no one is quite sure what to make of the strange happenings amidst the townsfolk.
All it takes is for you to find out, to discern myth from reality.

Marianne Basil
"Oh yes, I'm a huge fun, so much so that I want to keep you for myself." Marianne said to Ari with a playful tone. "It's really too bad, I wished we could have met in a more peaceful circumstance."

As soon as the fight began, Marianne drew away. She wasn't one for close combat and is more used to supervising the battle from afar. Of course, when push comes to shove, she could fight with her dark magic and have Fredrick defend her, that was for the worst case scenario.

"Well then," she muttered, "who should I start with?"

Marianne briefly surveyed the ongoing fight that was close to becoming a chaotic melee with everyone doing their own thing and formations had been all but forgotten and quickly decided against summoning a large force to do battle. For one, it is to avoid friendly fire in the confusion of combat, and for two, she simply doesn't feel like going all out in this fight and the first reason will do well enough as an excuse to not put her all into this one battle.

With the course of action decided, Marianne reached out her hand and as if responding to her gesture, a tome appeared right atop f it, resting comfortable on her palm as it reveals its contents. Written within the tome, there are various dark spell and incantation along with a long list of names of the ones dominated by Marianne. By themselves, the pages turned to reveal the page with the names Marianne is looking for, and from within she called upon one specific follower.

And so, from thin air the follower appears, an armored knight armed with a spear, riding upon a flying beast, a griffon. This follower was a griffon knight from a certain foreign kingdom and he was found by Marianne after him and his griffon got lost in a storm and landed far away from home. Marianne took both him and his griffon under her care, nursing them both back in health. Then when he finally opens up to the Conquistador, darkness seeped into that opening, chocking him of his free will and though, till only loyalty to Marianne remains.

Now summoned, Marianne gave him but a single order: Strike down the god given familiar Autumn, A.K.A. Misty, for if nothing else, the familiar's air support could easily wipe out the rest while they're stuck in the midst of their melee. And so the knight had his griffon soppy down at the creature, the griffon striking with it's deadly talons and deadlier bestial precision whist the knight would try to stab the yet small familiar with his spear.

Somehow, a group found him there and wanted revenge.” She took a deep breath. “I woke up in the middle of the night to being dragged out of bed. We were taken outside and our clothes stripped off. They tortured Leon for hours. It was near dawn when he was truly dying,” she said, her voice wavering. “They forced me to watch, and right after they stabbed him, they gouged out my eyes so it would be the last thing I ever saw,” she said softly. “That was about a year ago.”

Alreos

The god's eyes shot open, revealing two wells of orange power behind them. He looked around nervously, until he found Sammaster to his left, standing dutifully. "Did you feel that?" Alreos asked him, without explanation.

Sammaster looked at his liege. "Feel what?" he asked casually.

"Back in ancient times, people believed me to be a benevolent deity. They prayed for my help, so I took on that role for them. I became the First Paladin, and developed means of destroying evil." Alreos launched into a short monologue about the past, but Sammaster's question wasn't answered. After a short second, Alreos added: "I felt a wave of pure evil sweep across the land. An awakening of great energy, just now."

Alreos fell into silence. Sammaster didn't have anything to say or respond with, and he didn't understand what his master wanted from him. Alreos spoke again after a long moment - five or six seconds, "Good thing you have your gear with you. We're going traveling! We'll follow this energy back to its source and investigate or destroy it."

Sammaster happily perked his brows under his helmet in response to the word 'destroy.' After a moment, however, he reflected on the situation more deeply. "Hang on. You said that absorbing Amos freed you - made you balanced. A being, neither evil nor good. Neither internal nor external. So, why bother destroying evil anymore?"

"Good question. There are a few reasons. One is that this thing interests me. It could bolster my plans, or prove a threat to them. As such, we must find out what it is and use it, or destroy it. We're going traveling, therefore, I propose it - a crusade!" he yelled at the top of his lungs with one finger pointed upward heroically, startling the guards all across the throne room.

Sammaster shook his fist upward in gleefully, jumping victoriously. "Crusade!" he mimicked his lord in pure joy. "Yes! I love crusades!" One of the guards anxiously muttered something under his breath that may have been 'Please, not again...'

Alreos stood up and walked forward, away from his throne, and onto the red, royal carpet. He spread his arms out to the sides and stood straight. Particles of magical, glittering gold dust suddenly appeared in the air around him and started coalescing around his body in hard shapes, glowing like heated iron. In two seconds, the golden glow faded away, the once-particles leaving behind a solid armor of golden color and fine make. Alreos' personal paladin suit.

"Sammaster!" Alreos spun on his heel, speaking decisively.

"Yes, my lord?"

"Call the crew."

"What about the adventurers?"

"Ethan's on it, is he not? Fuck the adventurers, I say! They don't want tea, then they don't get any... They get arrest warrants instead."

"On it!"

mikolayev mikolayev (you woke up in the wrong neighborhood. there can only be ONE eldritch god in town, and that's gonna be ME! No hard feelings, homie. If you're cooperative, Alreos might befriend Molyoz instead!)

Later, Sammaster would threaten the telepaths to send messages to every major servant and lieutenant of Alreos - be it army, or Inquisition - that the Lord has called a mysterious crusade and everyone that felt like it could come along, but they had to bring some cannon fodder with them.
