Sam likes to chat with everyone, but doesn't usually spend much time with any one individual. He'll drift from one conversation to the next, following whichever topic interests him most. Usually, he's the one putting together games or issuing challenges to spice up the night. Always game for a laugh, though his streaking days are far behind him, he won't say no to a karaoke competition or a good old fashioned dance off.


At a formal event


Monkey suits don't suit Sam, but he'll polish up without fuss when required. At weddings and special events, Sam (usually) behaves respectfully and maturely. That isn't to say he doesn't have fun. He still goofs around, if only more quietly and subtly. Around people he doesn't know, he tends to ask a lot of questions, but won't propose any crazy dares or silly contests.

Appearance

She is short, 5'0, but her wild ginger curls give her small stature fire and presence. Freckles cover her face and body's pale ivory skin. Dimpled smile. Hair hangs past her shoulders with her bangs white because of depigmentation. Curvy body type with meat on her bones. Big hazel eyes that give away her emotions, even when her face is otherwise unreadable. Fresh faced. Usually wearing jean shorts, graphic tee of some color and a pair of sneakers.

Observable Characteristics

Usually deep in thought, so she has a tendency to forget what she was saying and trip over things, including herself. She is feisty and stubborn. You'll never see her letting someone take advantage of her because of her size. She makes up for her height with big attitude.

Behavior

With her friends, she is one of the more fiery characters. While she remains debatably lazy, she isn't afraid to adventure and meet new people and explore new places. She doesn't talk all that often, usually expressing herself with the look in her eyes, facial expressions and unintelligible hmphs and hums.


In group settings or outings, she'll go out, when asked, to drink and party, though typically doesn't drink all that much. Every once and a while she will let loose and she becomes more talkable. She normally finds a comfortable spot at the venue to situate herself since her friends drink a lot and always bring their purses, so Adelais takes it upon herself to watch their things while they drink and dance or play games. But when there are no bags to watch, Adelais loves to dance. She's a trained dancer and tends to lose herself in music. She is also very good at pool and darts.

Known Facts

She just graduated with Masters in Theatre Performance. She has only dated a few men over her entire life, with her last relationship (and only sexual relationship) lasting almost two years. The breakup was well acknowledged by the group, as he was caught cheating on her at a party they all attended on New Years. In the months since the breakup, she has yet to date anyone or be involved with anyone. She works at a university as an adjunct professor and was convinced to come on the trip in celebration of her new position at the university to direct shows there.

this is what I meant. something simple. just a place to hold info we give about the friends. since they will be regularly referenced, I think it would be good to have it in the same place. so say you were writing an interaction with sam and caleb and Vivienne. you'd look at what has already been established (that's concretely important, like appearance) and can see that caleb has already had his appearance described, so maybe can decide to delve into what becks looks like. hopefully this makes more sense.
