Help The URL uploading on albums

Ok, so i'm trying to stay postive about this updating as I know that all of you stuff and especially Mr. Dark Wizard worked hard for us to make it work in the best way it can but

I have an issue.

So usually, I upload my media by URL, as it is easier and I don't have to download anything to my computer because as of moment i cannot do. But when i went to upload another picture for an rp code i was working on. It only had the option for uploading by file. And I wondering if this is a bug or I lost the option to upload by url?

This concern has already been reported, unfortunately I have no answer as I'm not sure what were settings and what were addons. For now, this seems to be how the media gallery works.
