The Infinite Being
The general shape of the known world is fairly simple. In the southwest "corner" is a long peninsula. at the tip of this peninsula is covered by what is known as Central City.
Near the tip of the peninsula is a floating castle chained to the ground. This is where all of the royals live as well as the most secure prison ever known.
The rest of the peninsula is covered in a vast field. It also extends a bit beyond the peninsula and merges with the forest. Towns reduce in frequency and size the further towards the forest you go.
The forest is the first place where any real threat presents its self. The picture is a depiction of what it looks like in the center, but it adapts to various climates the closer it gets to other biomes. There is a town, Tillon, at the center and is the largest of the biome and has the same affect as Central on the field where the towns become smaller and more scares further from it.
The west most point of documented exploration is the desert. There is no central city of the region like the others as life can only flourish around the various oasis's. However, the largest town is Octren. The landscape can vary greatly from sand dunes to a rock filled terrain, to sandstone structures covering everything. Monsters here are moderate in strength, but are seen infrequently. They do often travel in swarms, however.
To the north is the mountains. There is a few scattered villages filled with the toughest people on the internet. This is because it is the harshest environment to live in and the monsters are categorized as the strongest in existence. Many major viruses seek shelter here as it is hard to track anyone in the treacherous terrain.
To the east of the forest is the Jungle. There is no obvious transition between the two as they merge together seamlessly. The jungle can be fairly deadly, but is often considered a vacation hotspot. The beaches are beautiful and the plant life tranquil. The "capitol" of the jungle is Lilor.
The furthest east is the swamp. It is more or less the jungle but with more water, danger, bugs, and poison. There are only a few people here and they are well adapted to the region. Often times treasure hunters flock here because of various stories they have heard.
