Do you want Gallien to know he's a Vessel? Because y'know... the whole murder thing
Also, maybe Gallien asked him to join the Miners(or the other way around, whichever you prefer), and while he's in Nuri, already a member of the Miners, he becomes a Vessel? Might give out some good scenes.

Well, he is a blood thirsty guy this is disliked by his own country but is one of the strongest forces in the Nuri armies. He is being decieved, keep that in mind. If he was transformed into a blood thirsty guy, he could perhaps be turned back with the miner’s strong justice beliefs? Then again, his advisors prevent him from leaving the country or the capital city itself so some of the miners might have to be in the city.

The Miners are public knowledge, although they don't know that they're after the Vessels. They're a common sight in all of the continent, aside from Phallia for obvious reasons.

Could be. The Jewels are seen as kind of a cult. Not a lot of members, believe in a very outdated religion. It would be a group today still actively worshiping the Olympian Pantheon.
Thr Miners are pretty open about their activity, though. They have bases in almost every country and acts as merceneraries and saviors

Shame is it maybe for Daniel to be kicked out of vessels at the border so that he can wander aimlessly in a near by country just to be caught by the Miners? Let’s put it like this, Daniel is a rumoured murderer so he is infamous and the miners heard those rumours, this leads to him being captive?

Hmmm, Gallien is merciful, but at the same time, he does want to destroy the Vessels. Shame , this can be the breaking point we needed.

Let's see here: The Miners are bent on killing the Vessels. However, they also need information regarding them, so instead of killing the first one they get outright, they capture him and interrogate him. Gallien, being the generous man he is (bless his soul), listens to him and offers a place on the Miners. This can lead for the Miners to understand the true dynamic between the Vessels, Corrupt Vessels and the Being.

Of course, this can't be done in the start of the game. Maybe entering mid game?
