For generations, the government, using the CDC, has been experimenting with various chemicals and compounds in an attempt to make people better, stronger, faster, and of course to solve the age old paradox of where immortality is possible. Finally, they think they've found an answer, and this answer the solution HC45908. Like with all experiments, subjects for the test are needed. The testing grounds for the serum is decided to be a quiet suburban neighborhood, with people of varying ages and genders. Test subjects are randomly selected from what they think is raffle contest to live in this cheap, though large-house neighborhood with their family, and are unaware of the tests that will be taking place. Governments agents are placed in the neighborhood to pose as residents, given immunity to the serum, and instructed to watch the events unfold and report back with the results. The serum is added to the shared water supply, entering the human system through contact. Miraculous stories, of superhuman capabilities such as flying, or super-strength are quickly reported. But on the third day of the agents time there, reports suddenly stop coming in.
