It has the possibility to to save someone's life or cause some sort of miracle if the character they come across isn't in combat.

What it does: Takes over opponents' minds and causes them to become extremely submissive to the commands of their new master. Even the strongest will breaks eventually under the might of the technology of the Cheshire's top inventor. The Smash Brotherhood are not even exempt from the powers of this helmet.
