Question for Littletiger (And for Potatoe as well, I guess.) Is it alright if we share the surgeon role? Is it possible to do so? Or is it separate, because we have separate ships?

There will be only one person per role [only the crewmembers can have multiple]. Currently we will be rp'ing on one ship: the silent maiden.
