The Shine School of Hunting is well known in the kingdom of Vale and is one of the oldest hunting Academy's, but lives in the Shadow of Schools such as Beacon. That does not stop the school from gathering it's own group of talented young Hunters and Huntresses, who wish to gain a reputation of their own, rather than one as a former Beacon Student.You are one of the students lucky enough to have been granted an acceptance to this grand ancient academy- but what will you make of it? Will you pursue your dreams of being a great Hunter/Huntress? Will you spend your time trying to make your school days as normal as possible (with the exception of the required monster killing)? Will you just try really, really hard to get a date to the Prom? That's up to you. Welcome to year one at Shine.


The Shine Academy is currently taking applications for this years class! Please fill out an enrollment form if you wish to attend, and we look forward to meeting this years class of accepted students!


All players will be first year, aged 14-16.

Chapter 1 Summary

The student of the current class 1-B had a lively bus trip, complete with introductions being made left and right. A few students also made friends wandering around campus, and maybe made a few friendships, partnerships, and even teams out of it. Some even found friends they had missed over the past years.


Notable bonds include that of Argen Mesa with Nubia Cornwallis, Ivory Speight, and Iokaste Eminence. What a ladies man. Must be the suit of armor.


We see some students breaking out of their shells, such as stuttering Nubia and her friendship with Braun, and introverted and cynical Iokaste with Ivory, Azure, and a few others. Will these two find themselves teams of people they can trust and rely on?


Tensions seem to be high amongst the Faunus Students, as they are literally fighting like cats and dogs over subjects such as the White Fang, the political role of Fauni, and their simple natures as humans. Will Azure, Umbra, and Ivory learn to get along? Or will they eat each other, in a figurative sense?


Is love brewing between the shy Braun Fremont and the flirtacious faunus Fiora? The two had a heated spar which may have done nothing to quell their rather cute friendship/romance.


And many will remember Ivory, the sweet little mouse Faunus we practically raised? She's finally a first year at Shine and she is just blossoming, our little girl is all grown-
