The true story recounts back to the day of his birth as the third child of the Lancaster family.

Personality

Known as the “man of many smiles”, as an individual who no one has seen without a variation of a smile in his face, Walter is what you would call an individual who most find very difficult to decipher. He is mysterious, cunning, only showing his true self before those he appreciates. He may come across as a stern and judgemental servant one day, a charming bastard in the other, a quiet and sullen gentleman in the other, it's all part of the act. Confident, intelligent and charismatic, he draws those around him in a very natural way. And he knows it. He possesses an odd supernatural and overwhelming charisma, and flawless eloquence, he uses these skills to manipulate people into doing what he wants with ease. carries around with him this aura of omnipotence and omnipresence, as if anywhere you go, you can feel him and even if he claims to simple had heard of it, there's always something shady about him...something that people cannot perceive completely.In all sorts of ways. Charming and seductive, he knows what people wish for with a few exchange of words and an exchange of gazes, making him a very, very dangerous man to walk around freely. Life is made of chances and he likes to take them whenever he can. He is completely unflappable and rarely seems anxious or under stress, never allowing himself to get stuck. While he does enjoy a challenge, he knows when to set his interests aside to help others in need, showing an unwavering loyalty and passion for what he believes in. Everything is a game for him, either he wins or he loses. Make fun of him? He will laugh at your rage, envy, everything and look at you with pity, as if he is superior to you. Take it as you wish. He doesn't give a damn unless you count for something. But truth is, not everything is black and white with him. He does have his fair share of skeletons in his closet, after all. Walter is a scarred man, cursed by the shadows that haunt him wherever he goes, afraid of being forgotten, afraid of seeing those he knew in the past, afraid of letting someone get attached to him. He's rude, arrogant, sickening even to look at. A truly pathetic guy. But he's human, despite all. He dislikes using violence to achieve is means and the idea of sadism repulses him entirely. Though the reason for that according to him is his lack of initiative and high laziness, in reality he does hold morals at heart. What a shocker, wouldn't you agree? He is protective, almost to the point of possessive. Noak is a man who often finds himself being approached with frequency. For his talents? Perhaps. For his company? He finds it surprising, after all he is a "rotten bastard", as he often describes himself. For help? Oh, if he likes you, he will be your best friend, I assure you. Stab him in the back? He will not kill you, no. He does not hold the belief that he has the right to take a life. Make your life a living hell?

The eldest of five children born closely together, Jasmine was never without someone to play with. She would run around with her brothers and play dolls with sisters, all while dancing around the house in those rare moments she was alone. Real Gender: I lied. 'Gabrielle' is not actually female, nor is it his proper name. Gabriel is decidedly male.


Appearance:

Gabriel is certainly attractive to look at, regardless of any suspicions one may have about his gender. His features are pale and almost pixie-like, framed by choppy blonde hair that fades to golden-brown at the roots. Not the typical long, flowing and meticulously styled tresses you would expect from a 'princess', but damn it's soft. His eyes, surrounded by long, dark lashes, are a bright cognac amber that sparkles whenever he's up to mischief. Which, I must add, is most of the time.


He isn't very tall - Gabe stands at around 5'6", a slim build with minimal curves and no chest. Funny that. For a dude, though, he does actually have really nice legs. He may not seem overly powerful, but this doesn't mean that he's weak at all; his actual strength can come as quite a surprise, as it's not too obvious at first glance. Well, especially seeing how he's masquerading as a 'princess' right now - the muscle he does possess is often covered, but it's certainly not something just to be brushed aside. He is rather sensitive about his height being made fun of, though.


Bio: Gabriel is royalty. Yep, you heard me. Royalty. A prince. That's right. However, that's nowhere near the full story of who he is. You'd find not even trace of his existence in any record of royal families you might get a hold on, and that's no mistake. He may be the biological son of a King and Queen, but that fact is recognised no longer. By both sides. His past is not something he talks about.

Personality: You can easily say that Gabriel is a near impossible character to keep tabs on. His raw intellect alone is something not many can hope to easily outmatch or keep up with. He does tend to condescendingly hold it over people he particularly disdains, but otherwise he's 'usually' good about it; he is a cynical but excellently astute judge of character anyway and acts accordingly, although it's definitely unusual that he gives away the impression that he actually likes someone, even if he genuinely does. Even if you are one of those rare people, it won't save you from his sharp tongue that can, and will, always find a way to insult you, no matter who you are. He likes to keep people at an arm's distance.


His creativity most often comes to light whenever he's up to no good, which is mostly all the time. He's fiery, flirtatious, generally cheerful and good-naturedly mischievous, and in possession of a wicked sense of humour. He doesn't back down and he doesn't give up. Trouble follows him around like a lost puppy. Gabriel is curious to a fault, yet he does have a surprising respect for secrecy about people's pasts; getting respect from him for anyone else is basically impossible, but, as always, exceptions will exist.


He's a lazily confident creature, clever with his words and his nonverbal messages. He can screw with your head and play mind games like the best of them, but he most often does so when he feels particularly threatened. However, he doesn't always enjoy doing this. It almost comes as second nature, and he often faces a struggle with himself to stop. It can both trick and hurt people, and he hates to be the reason for these things.


He may be offensive, deceptive and troublesome, but somewhere buried inside is a good person. A surprisingly fragile person. Despite his obvious flaws, he does have both his vulnerable and redeeming features, and trust issues galore. His many faces are only to protect himself.

Likes: Sweet things, mischief, playing chess, casual flirting, people with a sense of humour, freedom, engaging challenges, swordfighting, getting in and out of trouble, winning, kittens, quiet starry nights and generally messing with everyone.


Dislikes: Bitter food, cheaters, being outwitted, losing, talking about himself, talking about his past, idiots, having nothing to do, people getting too close to him, formal situations, being reminded of home, spoiled brats and goody-two-shoes.


Habits: He's quite the fidgeter, but he chews his bottom lip - often until it bleeds - when he's caught up in a stressful situation or just deep in thought.


He always keeps a weapon somewhere on his person sheerly out of habit, despite what he might be wearing and almost never needing to use it. It's most often concealed and most often a short blade of varying style, but all suited to be hidden. It's often a slender knife, securely fastened upside down to the inside of his mid thigh so it's invisible when wearing a dress. He may be crossdressing for his amusement, but you just can't kill habit. It's awkward to access quickly or in a tight space but it's much better than nothing. When he is dressing normally, it's a long, undisguised sword.


Other: His milky skin is soft and smooth, but both his admittedly slender hands have those trademark callouses than can only belong to a well-practiced and apparently ambidextrous swordsman. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention - he may flirt with both sides, but in this case, the ladies are out of luck~




Opinion on The Selection: Gabe's opinion? He thinks it's pretty stupid and subsequently an irresistible opportunity to create havoc.

Biography

Arabella is the eldest child of four, with two rowdy younger brothers and a sweet younger sister. Her father was in the business industry, and her mother was once a secretary. Though she and her family were comfortable and better off than some, they still had hardships. Work keeps her father away for long periods of time, and her sickly mother has been bedridden since the birth of her youngest sibling. As a result, Arabella has taken on the burden of caring for the children, the house, and her sickly mother all on her own. Well, some help was provided by neighbors and friends. After all, there's only so much a young girl can do.


When she's not mothering the children, dusting the shelves, or feeding soup to her mother, Arabella can be found in the beautiful garden at the back of her house. For all her life she adored flowers, finding pleasure in simply sitting amongst them. She is skilled in the art of watercolor, her favorite muse being the blossoms of the back garden.
