@The Cobalt Killer what exactly is the Registration Officer it just confuses me since well the only thing that I can think of that is similar is the attendance officer just wondering if its the same thing.

Yeah, basically the Attendance Officer. They just keep up-to-date with students' attendance records, making sure they attend school enough and catch up with anything they miss etc.
