[Sorry ya'll promise I'll update it properly in a but just wrote this down in note form and REALLY want some help brainstorming and developing this idea as I think it could be amazing, please ignore the notation type reading I promise a real interest check will replace this A.S.A.P.]

Well, essentially I was bouncing around with ideas this evening and well kinda
A dystopian setting based roughly a century or a few after a mass war with potentially inhuman enemies
The land is now separated into patches of barren desserts and overgrown forrests, previously hot climates are as cold as winter ice and the cooler ones with blazing sun burning down, the very maps we wrote no longer lead us true with a completely renewed terrain. Very small amounts of the population survived this incident, less than 1% to be accurate.
Now in coming years that has raised to unknown numbers but still not much more than a couple thousand at best, probally less
in a last ditch attempt the 'government' (If they could sitll be recognised as that)
launches a program, specifically K59C.
'Rescuing' children off the street, taking those who's parents beg them to give a better life, those injured or sick or even straight up kidnapping or the experiment
deep within The Garden
A dome like prison of beautiful lush greenery and a small testing facility the survivors of the vigorous testing are being placed within, taken at a young age they're memories are essentially blank of anything that occured in the middle, during the five years they were here, not wiped but more blurred out almost consciously
Almost 200 of the small populaiton of children were taken in
Only a handful survived.
Placed within this oasis within The Sanctuary, the name of the one stable city still standing run by this government
They're now the earth's last hope in means of defence and population, most humans being infertile from radiation, genetic deformities or numourous other causes form the outside world
in this time serums were injected and body's mangled with dna strands that didn't belong, it gave great powers to these children, but at a cost for each and every one, the strain of it was too much for most to handle, or they weren't right for the testing in the first place, but you, you were perfect.
It's now your job to match up within this facility and create the start for a new start for humanity
..... But monsters lurk in the shadows, remnants of the wars long past, beings far more than inhuman or beast like people more animalistic than real, and as the human race fights a loosing battle, you might just be the key for success.
