Cruxis

A Shadowy City that stands as one of the world's last defenses against the horrors of the world. The city is seperated by the rich and poor and the city itself suffers from constant disease and pollution due to an uncontrollable infestation of rats. About one in every 6 individuals suffers from disease or sickness of some kind. The city itself is quite polluted not just from the infestation but from machine pollution.

Cruxis is home to many barons which own large portions of different industries. Crime is quite rampant within Cruxis and the barons control over the city makes it worse.
The upper class of Cruxis like to throw masquerade balls and events constantly and there is always rumors of mystery within the inner circles of the elite.

Cafe LeBlanc

Cafe Leblanc is a small modest cafe in the downtown district of Cruxis. It is quite popular within the city of Cruxis. The workers there wear masquerade masks to hide their identities and the cafe itself is themed as mysterious and many of the workers there have madeup personas and backstories ranging from fallen wealthy elites or sorceresses or perhaps maids or aspiring actors. The Cafe itself however also is tied to Sacred Cross Academy and constantly feeds rumors and information to the Order. Some but not all of the workers there are students however some are simply citizens who are supporive of the academy.

Corruption

Corruption is the process in which one becomes a full vampire through the overuse of a vitalis ritual recipient's vampiric abilities.

The Corruption is seperated into four stages.

Stage I: Blood Red eyes appear during combat and the desire to maim and consume blood becomes more and more present.

Stage II: Fangs also start to appear and the subject becomes more and more violent.

Stage III: The individual's skin starts progressively turning whiter and at this point it is recommended to not engage this person alone.

Stage IV: Full Vampiric Transformation. At this point the subject has become a full vampire and is many more times more powerful than any human or vitalis recipient. Due to the bloodshed and murder that will be caused by a full vampire it is important to eliminate the vampire at all costs before they cause too much damage to Cruxis. Even just a handful of vampires could likely result in the complete downfall of Cruxis as a city. Do not let someone reach this stage under any circumstance.​
