Fandom The Riders of Berk

Licht`s frill popped up so I knew something happened, He motioned for me to get back on and I obliged. Before they took off and flew around the island to an opening, "A cave, thats what you wanted to" Heir started to say but spotted a tree placed in-front of the opening. So they flew down towards the mouth of the cave and took a peek inside

As Autumn slowly but barely recovered, far away out of the storm on the outskirts of Berk camp a young girl and her dragon. This girl looked rather small and fragile in comparison to her massive beast. The BoneKnapper was rare, very rare, and not to mention absolutely ginormous. This creature towered over almost every other dragon, and terrified them with it's ridiculously frightening appearance. Hazel, on the other hand, was tall and slender, her figure sharp and well featured. Her skin was clear, soft, and warm to the touch. Her hair hung in beautiful red curls around her head, dangling carelessly in the wind. She was standing, her beast laying just beside her as she looked to the sky. "That storm looks brutal." she remarked, looking down at Marrow with a grin. "Perhaps we should check it out, seeing as it's calming down." she suggested. The dragon let out a groan and raised it's massive head, bones rattling as it did. It seemed to merely nod, and eagerly Hazel climbed onto his back, clicking with her tongue as they raised to the skies.

"Hello in there" Heir yelled into the cave hearing his voice echo slightly as Licht roared into the cave his wings flapping carefully in pace almost peacefully when Heir heard a rattle. He looked around trying to locate the source and saw a large figure flying in the sky "What is that" Heir said turning his attention away from the cave.

( Heir has good hearing and the description of the Boneknapper is huge)

Flint remained by Autumn's side as she gagged. He kept her propped up on her side. He saw Lea as she stopped her rush, having been beaten. Then he ice outside. Lea had that under control, and it was quickly resolved. He looked to Manjaro, seeing if he was okay from what he could see. Then he asked "are you alright? You seem like it." he asked. Ice growled then. Flint looked to see what was going on. Lea seemed to still have that under control. Flint stayed by Autumn, and she rolled onto his foot. He quickly propped her back onto her side so she could keep gagging. The fluids up.

(I feel this is necessary to help Tera get going properly. Just helping understand the current situation.)

Heir would clearly be able to see the several dragons and their riders inside the cave. But gusts of wind would make it extremely difficult to land, as the cave entrance was thirty feet from the waves crashing at the stone cliff face. No place to land, except right inside. Wind and rain buffeted the two.

(I do not mean to control. Please don't take it wrong. I'm only trying to help set the scene for you, Tera. :3)

(I understand and thank you for setting the scene for me, Azimuth)

Licht Flies inside the mouth of the cave landing so not to disrupt anything, but to Heir`s suprise sees people and dragons and lots of them. With the wind howling outside its probably not a good idea to go back out. Heir gets off Licht and sees that one person is down and maybe even shivering "The log" Heir thinks as he signals Licht to cut it up and bring it in.

Lea freezes in place when another rider and dragon appear, not at all liking the idea of even more people joining the group. They had enough injuries as it was. Narrowing her eyes at the new rider, Lea said, "I don't know who you are, but if you're going to help then feel free to stay. Otherwise, get out." This said, Falarion, Lea's dragon, instantly woke up and slowly stood up. Shifting her gaze to the new rider and dragon, Falarion let out a low growl, standing protectively over Chip's tube. Seeing as most of the dragons were with the other riders, there was only Chip for Falarion to really protect. Lea saw Falarion's reaction and walked to her side, putting her hand on her dragon's neck to try to calm her. Falarion let out another low growl at the new rider and dragon, not trusting either of them.

Manjano heard Flint's question and nodded before adding, "I'm still not quite sure what happened though. One second we were making a break for it and then the next second there was a bright flash and everything went black." Manjano shrugged after saying, finding it all disturbing. Sighing, Manjano rolled on his side away from Flint, unknowingly revealing the tree-like scarring on his back and shoulder blades. Manjano had no idea the scars were there and he definitely had no idea that Kurt shared the same scarring now.

Ice moved to stand protectively near Keani, who had still not woken. She growled deeply. All day, she had met new dragons and people, she went through a horrid storm, and now even more new people were here. She didn't trust that all who had met each other today were going to be whom she trusted long from now.

Licht brought back part of the tre and sat it a distance away from everyone else before igniting it warming the cave "Oh, I'm here to help. My names Heir and this is Licht" He said first pointing to himself then the Hobblegrunt. "I didn't mean to alarm you but you seem tired do you want some food or anything" Heir said trying to be cautious of his surroundings.

Venice looked over to the new arrival who had started the fire in the cave. She was too worn out and tired to even attempt to be hostile toward the newcomer, and she knew he had good intent. Under the massive beast lay the shivering unconscious Autumn, looking as bad as ever, her body heaving to get the liquids out of her but having no avail. Outside the massive boneknapper flapped hard against the winds. His bright amber and green eyes surveyed the storm. Atop the beast the girl was completely fascinated, the amazing storm bringing with it a brutal beauty. She loved it, however she wasn't paying attention to where her Dragon was flying, and turns out he had spotted a nearby cave. In the Cliffside the hole clearly held dragons, and being the social Dragon he was he wanted to make some friends. He flew hard and when Hazel noticed what he was doing it was to late. The massive beast's head slammed into the entrance, taking up the entire hole. His massive jaws snapped playfully and his eyes glittered with excitement, though anyone witnessing the event would be terrified. "Marrow, no!" Hazel shouted, trying to pull his head away. But the dragon wanted to make friends, and there was no stopping him now.

The shock of the gigantic fangs entering the cave with him made Licht move towards Heir "Wait a minute" Heir said moving towards the beast followed closely by Licht. When he reached to the Bony creature its tooth cut him making him pull back with a small drizzle of blood but he reached out again with his other hand trying to calm it.

Ice growled deeply, fire building in her mouth, the bright orange flame glowing in her maw. She was clearly frightened, but she didn't move away from Keani.

"Hang on a minute I think this ones friendly" Heir said motioning for them to stay back as Licht guarded him from the Ice

The massive beast wriggled, rather upset that he couldn't fit and join the others. He let out a sad roar before retorting backwards, flapping in front of the cave, his massive boned rib cage basically the only thing they could see. "You're an idiot, Marrow, I swear." the girl upon the dragon's back grumbled, rubbing her hair awkwardly. "You're going to give them a heart attack."

Flint saw the scars on manjaro's back. He was about to suggest something, but yet another dragon and rider apparently joined their little cave party. He ignored the event happening closer to the entrance. Except when he caught a glance of chips tube by Falarion's feet. Flint didn't want to walk away from Autumn and leave her on her own, despite lock, Manjaro and Kurt being eight there. "uh, Manjaro? Was it? Are you alright enough to make it over here and hold her like this for me?" he asked, gesturing to how Autumn was laying. He rubbed Venice's head, as she was there anyway, and was clearly worried. "wait, how about you?" he said, smiling to her. "just hold her like this." he gestured again. That was when the Boneknapper thrust it's head into the cave. Flint clasped his eyes shut for a moment, waiting for something or rather to happen. But when he opened the a moment later and look down, autumn was gone. Lock had her in his mouth and was retreating deeper Into the cave. Ice growled again, but Flint ignored it. Priorities. And first priority has already been taken care of. Now for second priority. The new guy claimed, at this point, that the beast was friendly. "I don't think it's that friendly! Get away from it!" he yelled he ran to Falarion and pat her side, avoiding the spike. He hoped she wouldn't react by turning around and impaling his arm. Once down, he ducked under her, gathering the tube and it's cap. He quickly put the cap on. That done, he now went over to Keani. He heaved her over his shoulder, then on to Ice's back, so she knew where Keani was. He then tried to lead ice deeper into the cave, away from the beast that now retreated from the cave entrance, but was still outside. Whether the dragon follows him, is up to the dragon.

"Licht help me here" Heir said as they started to push the dragons large head out of the cave sensing it might be in pain.

Autumn flopped around in Lock's jaw, her limbs swinging about. If she was awake there was no doubt she would be screaming in agony. Venice waddled after her owner, rather nervous that Lock might be hurting Autumn. Outside, Hazel stroked her beasts neck, slowly lowering him so the girl could peer inside the cave the boneknapper was so eager to get into. She noticed the amount of riders and dragons that were inside of the cave and cocked her head. What where they doing here? Perhaps the storm had forced them to take shelter within it, but that seemed to be an awful lot of riders and dragons to be met up coincidentally. She brushed the bangs out of her face and begun to speak. "Er... hello?" she called, looking further into the cave. "Are you alright?" she asked, seeing some were in pretty bad shape. She wanted to apologize for her dragon's behavior, but she was more concerned about the wellbeing of the riders. And if she was not careful, they may attempt to kill her for having a rare powerful dragon as such. That had only happened once, but she was right to be nervous.

(The Dragon is now hovering just outside of the cave, @TeraByte36G)

Ice backed up slightly before following Flint, careful to keep Keani on her back. She growled more when she heard a new voice, and tried to look fierce while still walking awag, deeper into the cave.

Going to the mouth of the cave Heir waved "Pretty cool dragon you have there" He said While him an Licht were staring up at the two.

Hazel shrugged, tracing her finger around the hard bone that encased her dragon. "He's pretty interesting, I'll give you that, but he sure can be a pain. I kind of feel bad for him, really, he scares basically everything away. People are always judging him before truly meeting him, and it hurts his feelings." she said simply, her dragon letting out a depressed huff in agreement. "I can't say I really blame them though, he does look rather intimidating. But really he's a sweetheart." She continued, before looking back into the cave. "That storm looked pretty damn nasty, are the others alright? I can easily get a few dragon's and people back to my cabin. I've got a few beds and a really big stable. If not that's fine too, but at least let me get y'all something to eat. You all look destroyed, my friends. You can't let the weather beat you like that." she said softly.

Falarion snarled at the nearby boneknapper and its rider, sending a warning shot of plasma near it. Dimly, Falarion could hear Flint and feel his touch, but both were soon gone and Falarion felt her spikes rising on her body as she snarled again at the new dragon and rider. Having two new riders arriving so soon after having dragons and riders alike injured was not settling well with Falarion. Lea saw her dragon's distressed attitude and was about to help calm her when Lock picked up Autumn and began moving deeper into the cave. Glancing at Kurt, who was also quietly growling at the newcomer's, Lea put her hand on his neck and said, "Kurt, I need you to take Manjano further into the cave, okay?" Kurt snarled at the new dragons and riders, but nodded at Lea and carefully stood up before nudging Manjano. Manjano slowly climbed to his feet with the aid of Lea and Kurt. Leaning against Kurt for support the dragon and rider slowly made their way deeper into the cave with the rest of the group.

Now turning to face the newcomers, Lea walked to her dragon's side and put her hand on her neck reassuringly. Taking in the sight of all four of the newcomers, Lea said bravely, "I need you all to leave. Please. We've been through a lot recently and need time to rest. You're all just adding more stress to the already extremely stressful situation."

Further back in the cave with the rest of the group, Manjano continued to lean against Kurt for support before sighting Flint nearby. Having heard his question earlier, too much had happened in a short span of time for Manna to reply. Now taking this opportunity to do so, Manjano said with a slight grin, "You know, my name is Manjano. Not Manjaro."

"Are you sure you all look pretty beat and she just offered a place to stay more comfy than this cave" Heir said mounting Licht. "I don't really want to leave knowing you guys are beaten up, so I can get some more help" Heir said shuffling in the pack on his back "Here" Heir said holding out a bag. "Some medical berries I found in the woods a few days back, not native to berk but on another island" Heir said grinning while the back still waited in his outstretched arm.

Hazel let out a soft sigh, rubbing the back of her head. "The storm has calmed, nothing bit wind and rain now. The eye has passed and the power has died. Judging by the shape those two are in..." she started, gesturing to Autumn and Keani, "I think it's your best interest to get them somewhere where they won't die. Get them medical help so they can survive. I can tell your dragon's are in no shape to fly. The only one that looks feasible to fly is that one" Hazel stated, pointing at Flarion, knowing that most of them had gone through a lot. "So, if you won't let me take them to safety, then please accept what I can provide, which may not be much but it could definitely help." she said finally, looking each of them in the eye. It was more of a plea to help them, really, because she knew she had what was needed to help.

Venice watched from the back of the cave, sitting near Lock who had Autumn. Though the knapper that had entered the cave was terrifying, she could tell that he had only good intentions, and so did the girl. With a few moments to ponder, the dragon was first reluctant, but knew it was the best thing for her rider. Gently from Lock's jaw Venice took her rider, laying her gently on the floor near the entrance where Hazel hovered on her beast.

Lock allowed it. She wasn't his rider anyway. He knew he hand right to keep her. He followed Venice, and Flint followed lock. Lock was in perfect shape to fly. He had only been exhausted for a while. Nonetheless. Flint eyed the rider of the Knapper, and the beast itself. He looked to lock, who stood up. He seemed to already trust the Knapper as he looked at it with curious tilt of the head. "thank you for the offer. It appears it had been accepted." Flint said, gesturing to autumn. "and this guy is just lazy most of the time. He's fine for flying." he patted locks side. Lock placed one foot atop locks head absent mindedly.

(Um, Falarion is perfectly fine. She got to the cave almost immediately with Lea and so she's not sustained any wounds. Ice actually went through a bit with Manjano, Kurt, and Keani)

(That's who I meant, sorry xD )

"I can feel the heat of the cave, which no doubt came from that nightfury. It's remarkable that he isn't tired from being in the storm and warming the cave. However, he looks strong, so I suppose my assumption was wrong." She concluded before signalling the dragon down with a tap of her heel. Swiftly she snatched a rather big knapsack from attached to the saddle and walked down her dragon's neck casually. She hopped into the cave, and tossed the bag onto the ground. It was a camping bag, equipped with a tent and several blankets, as well as some other things. She knelt down beside Autumn, inspecting the girl. "She's basically torn apart, any idea exactly what happened? Any complaints about neck pain when she was awake...if she was awake?" Hazel started, her questions rapid fire.
