The Princess and The Sol

He bowed his head, enjoying the feeling. His hands massaged her legs and hips. He took a deep breathe.

Luna kissed his forehead bore starting to wash the shampoo out. "There." She said softly, wrapping her arms around his neck.

Sol looked at her and splayed a hand across her lower back, holding her to him. "Luna, I could die, you know that right?" He said this sadly, not wanting ruin the moment, but needing to remind her, this may be short lived..

Luna shook her head, not wishing to believe that. "Entreat me not to leave thee,

Or return from following after thee—

For whither thou goest, I will go,

And where thou lodgest, I will lodge.

Thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God.

Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried.

The Angel do so to me, and more also,

If aught but death part thee and me."
She quoted an old passage, from a type far before them, her eyes never leaving his as she said the words, each holding the meaning truly.

Sol took her in his arms and crushed her to him. "I will follow you to the depths of our deepest hell. My sword to protect and honor my Queen. Forever my body stay true to her alone. If she die, I die with her." He mumbled to her, a passage from the guards codex.

"I love you too, Luna. Forever." He picked her up and stepped out of the tub. He reached and grabbed a towel from the floor and wrapped Luna in the fluffy expanse. His hands cupped her face, his eyes dancing happily. "Luna. Marry me."

Tears spilled over Luna's eyes and down her cheeks. "Yes." Was all she could say. Luna was filled with joy beyond recognition. This was exactly what she wanted, to marry someone who she loved.

Sol smiled and stroked the tears from her face. "Don't cry my love. It's okay. You'll never cry again with me." He said softly and pulled her to his chest.

"Anywhere. We could go to the neutral land. Or... we could tell your father." He said and stared at her for answers.

Sol looked a little upset. "But Luna... you are the only heir.... I can't do that to my people..." he mumbled defeatedly

"Ad you are the only person I love Sol, I do not wish to lose you." Luna said, her words true as her chest twisted painfully as she thought about losing him.

Sol sighed and held her. "Get dressed. Pack. I'll see you at the horses tonight. Do not be followed." He stated before releasing her and getting dressed quickly. He moved to the door and lookEd back at,her. "I love you" he said before he slipped out of the room and went toward the baraks

Luna nodded to him, dressing as quickly as she could, but this time in something a little less dressy and more manly-ish as if she were going riding. This will do. She thought to herself as she grabbed a small bag and began to pack it with simple closes that were ore movable than anything and a single back dress with a corset and heels. Just in case. She thought, then attached the dagger Sol had made for her to her thigh. Luna looked more like a warrior than a princess at the moment as she tied her hair up in a long black ponytail. Finally. I'll be leaving and doing what I want I want to do. But I will return and take my spot as queen, Sol by my side as king and no one will tell me different.

Sol rubbed his neck as he walked to his room. He had a headache and it was only going to get worse as he tried to get Luna out of here.

Luna sighs softly. But what to do for now.. Maybe I can go down to the barracks and train for a little. It couldn't hurt. She thought to herself as she left her room and headed out for the barracks.

Sol packed up his room and then laid on his bed. "This will be.... treason...." he sighed to himself

Luna reached the barracks and picked up a rapier. She lined up with a training dummy and began swinging in very artful maneuvers. Leaving. WE are actually leaving. How exciting! Where shall we go? She wondered as she swung at the dummy continuously.

Several hours later, Luna had made her way back to her room. She'd found a sealed letter on her bed, and upon opening it she found it was a lover letter from Victor. As she read it, bile rose in her throat and she became very uncomfortable. No..Victor. Go away. She thought and ripped up the letter anger-ly, wishing Sol and her could leave immediately.

There was a knock on her door. It wasn't Sol's normal knock, but it could have been her father's messenger.

But in all actuality, it was Victor, to pick her up for the dinner he asked her to. Knowing she couldn't say no, if he took her. And her father wanted them to join him.
