The Princess and The Sol

Luna walked with him, but raised a brow at him when he looked at her. "What's wrong Sol?" She asked him, feeling like something might be wrong, or maybe he was just looking to see if she was following.

He smiled. "Just seeing if you were keeping up half pint." He laughed and walked into the dining room.

Luna rolls her eyes. "Of course I am." She said with a small giggle before sighing deeply and entering the dinning room. Already there was her father, Victor and his men. Victor eyes her intensely, making her uncomfortable as she took her seat. "Father. Victor." She said calmly, her face no longer happy, but more serious.

Sol sat down next to Luna, wincing slightly at the pull of his sides. "That smarts" He mumbled to himself and then steeled his face and looked at the men across the table. "Gentleman."

The two guards say nothing, but Victor's eyes move from Luna to Sol. "Sol." He said, then tilted his head. "Where have you two been today?" He asked curiously, amusement in his eyes as everyone was being served on the same patters as last night only a different fancy food.

Sol smirked and stood up. He removed his shirt and put it over Luna's eyes and he lifted his arms and showed his new codex. "I needed a little more link you see." His eyes landing on the man that gave him the scars. "I think I needed a few new scars." Sol was build, muscles coiled around every groove. "The princess was resting on her day off. I left Atlis to tend to her. The king knew of my newest addition to my body and agreed the vampric codex of arms would be perfect for his daughters guard." He was laying it on thick, but he loved a good show.

Victor seemed to show no reaction as he looked Sol over, taking not of his scars. "I see. It looks quite good if I do say so myself. I can't wait to see Luna with our symbol on her." He said, waiting for a reaction out of Sol as the man on the right of Victor seemed to get very uncomfortable the minute all of Sol's scars were shown.

Sol just smiled and took his shirt back, placing it on his body. "I am sure the wolf with thorns my sister has drawn up would look gorgeous on the lady herself. Although, I hear she dislikes dogs, and prefers more of the arachnid family." He said with a flash of his fangs and eyes. "But, who knows where the king will lay his vote. We do have a troubling, " as he spoke he stroked a finger down the large scar as he fixed his shirt, "past and I think we all worry about your...mutts." He buttoned up his shirt and sat, looking Victor in the eyes.

Victor seemed to suppress a growl. "We shall see." Was all he had to say.

Luna on the other hand lightly slapped Sol's leg. Be nice! Dinner is almost over..then we can go lay down.. She thought, hoping he at least read that thought. Though she was glad her father had left before the two of them had gotten into it.

Sol only smiled, not hearing her, since they did not share blood that day, his eyes flashing. "So, Luke," he turned his gaze to the fidgety one and smiled broadly at him, "come for round 3, or should I just make another beautiful mark on that adorable face of yours?" Sol growled his words out at the end.

The man didn't answer, only avoided looking at Sol.

Luna on the other hand growled at Sol. "Sol." She warned, Victor becoming amused at the display before him. Luna was already glaring daggers to everyone at the table except the one of the guards. He was at least behaving.

Sol put up his hands. "Alright. Alright." Sol stood and smiled at Victor. "I'm done playing with the pups." Sol turned away and offered his hand. "Princess, lets go, the dogs need to go outside to relieve themselves" He couldn't stop, Victor crossed a line, but he refused to allow it to show towards anyone. Right now, he just seemed humorous and amused at everything.

Luna takes his hand and allows him to lead her out, but once they are completely away from the dinning room, she stop him and looking up at him, her face hard. "Sol. What was that about?" She asked, her voice stern, as she was not accepting any of his excuses right now. She wanted to know why he was acting up like it was some soft of pissing contest.

Sol looked down at her, his eyes looking annoyed. "I am done with dogs in the castle. Especially ones who have harmed me and my comrades. " he stated and turned. "Come on, I'm tired"

Luna sighed and followed behind him, annoyed at the way he had behaved. "Neither of us like it, but we have to get over it Sol. t's not by my choice that they are here."

Luna lets out a sigh and walks into her room. "Please don't let it happen again." She requested as she made her wait to a near by dresser and retrieved a dark red silk night gown.

Luna changed quite quickly, her ink showing from the low neck of the night gown but she could careless. "Alright Sol. You may enter." She calmed to him as she sat down at her amour and began brushing through her hair, humming the same song from the night before.

Sol walked in and kicked off his boots at the door, as he locked it behind him. "How are you?" He asked as he removed his shirt

He rubbed his neck, hesitating before walking to her and moving her hair to one side. Her hair was like silk as it fell away from his fingers. Sol bent his head down and kissed at the junction of her shoulder and neck."are you mad at me, luna?"

Luna shivered as a familiar tingling sensation spread through her body. "Not as much as I was early. But I'm more or less over it. Why do you ask?" She questioned. Why does that feel so good? Why is he doing this? She wondered to herself.
