STRENGTHS: Zachariah is quite good at looking into people, and getting to know them, sometimes this isn't a good thing because some might think that it sort of weird, that he can see you for who you are.

WEAKNESSES: Zachariah is not talented in making tough decisions, definitely when he had to choose his starter from Professor Oak. Zachariah thinks this more of a flaw than a weakness.

GOALS: Zachariah is currently wanting to become a Pokemon researcher, and to become a great Pokemon Professor. Zachariah also wouldn't mind getting all the gym badges either, but that's a different story.

PERSONALITY: Zachariah is a fun loving lad, that loves to get things done, and often doesn't take "no" for an answer. Zachariah is also quite snobbish because his father makes the law; well okay, enforces them. Zachariah takes this a being brought up right, and in the comfort of home, this is why Zachariah is the way he is. Zachariah is sometimes caring to his loved ones and close friends but has some trust issues when it comes to new people or trainers.

DESCRIPTION: Zachariah stands at a height of five feet and five inches and weighs 128 pounds. Zachariah has quite a skinny build and has some muscle but not much. Zachariah can hold his own weight, and lift slightly more than that. Zachariah has sage green eyes, and sandy blonde hair. Zachariah's smile is quite cute, and very cheeky, and has perfectly white teeth.
AGE 1-4:

Zachariah was born in the Cerulean Hospital where is father was present, seeing that he was always busy, and he was always present for these, and this was his last one. Zachariah was born into a family that he already three older siblings, one being a sister, and the others were his brothers. Zachariah lived in Cerulean for the first fours years of his life, and wasn't treated any different from the other children in his family, well he was quite spoiled for being the baby of the family.

AGE 5-7:

Zachariah's family moved from Cerulean to Pewter City when he turn five years old, so that his father could be closer to his job, and could spend more time with the family. Zachariah didn' mind the move whatsoever, but was sad to leave some of his close friends behind, and growing distant between them. This was the year the Zachariah started school, and began to learn more and more about Pokemon. Zachariah loved mostly all Pokemon, but yet he despised fairy types because they seemed too girly to himself. Zachariah would always tell his sister why he felt so strongly against fairy types, seeing that those were his sister's favorite.

AGE 8-10:

Zachariah's family made yet another move to another town in the Kanto region, they had moved to Pallet Town so that it was easier to start a Pokemon journey for his older siblings, seeing that two of them were already on them, his mother had decided to make a move to there. It wasn't a bad choice, but it made mother and father's relationship slight more on the edge, seeing that he couldn't be home all the time anymore.

When Zachariah turned ten. his mother told him it was the day that he would have to decide what Pokemon to choose, and man was that a tough decision, Zachariah had a hard time with those. He had to choose between Squirtle, Bulbasaur, or Charmander. Zachariah always loved fire types, but he also like water types ... so the choice was somewhat difficult, but he believes he made the right one. Zachariah chose Charmander as his starter Pokemon, but his mother requested that he would start his journey in the region that they were moving too ... Johto.

AGE 11-12:

Zachariah's father was offered a job in the Johto region, and moving date was set three weeks after his tenth birthday, so they were moving. Zachariah's mother didn't request the other children home seeing that they already started their journey's in the Kanto region, and deemed it unfair to summon them home. So his older siblings would continue their journey's in Kanto, but he would begin his in Johto.

Zachariah's moved to Johto was easy seeing that as he grew older, he didn't really trust new people, but he would have to make it work on his journey seeing that he hated to travel alone. Zachariah started his journey from Cherry Grove City, and began his path to become a Pokemon researcher.

STRENGTHS:

Smart - Rachel is a clever girl, and thanks to that, also incredibly witty, and can stand up for herself at all times. She has a pretty snarky personality, which makes her deal with people who try to bring her down easily. On a more grey-zone note: She can also lie excellently.

Flexible - She's very adept at utilizing her Pokemon's abilities and individual strengths to make them shine. But even outside of battles, she's quite a resourceful person, never abandoning a situation until every possible idea has been tried out.

Humor - Rachel has a good mind for jokes, and has excellent comedic timing. She has a talent to keep people in good spirits, even in dire situation.

WEAKNESSES:

Attitude - It may be a phase, but Rachel's sass and refusal to oblige can often lead to her coming across as rude or inconsiderate, which, in turn, often blocks her own paths.

Unhealthy determination - She also pressures herself into doing good enough to make her grandpa proud a lot of times.

Careless - Rachel can often be a little oblivious to her surroundings, which holds a lot of potential for danger. She has never actually hurt herself seriously, but ran into the occassional street sign etc.

GOALS: To become a famous trainer, known for her strengths and abilities in fighting and raising Pokemon.

PERSONALITY: Rachel, possibly fueled by the early stages of puberty, is a pretty sassy and sarcastic young girl, easy to be a little antagonizing - often for no reason at all. Given that she's generally a very bright person, especially for her age, this leads to an overabundance of witty remarks from her side. However, it also fuels and highlights her more positive traits, such as a good sense of humor and a very empowered personality, which makes her stand up against all who try and put her down. Be it because she's young, be it because she's a trainer newbie or be it "because she's a girl". You BETTER take her seriously.

The Orre-native's rather cunning personality comes out in her prefered Pokemon and many other aspects of life. She'd rather tell a little lie here and there, or cheat on a test, than take a loss. Often described as "cheeky", Rachel is definitely a sly one. However, these are just influences coming from her hometown. Regardless of all the community's all-around negativity, she's actually a pretty cheery, well-spirited young person. Rachel laughs a lot, is quick to jump in so she can come to the aid of others, and cares deeply about her Pokemon. She also greatly values friendships and family bonds, and it shows in her striving to be as good of a trainer as her grandfather, who she hopes to make proud of her.

A big part of her personality is her fondess for music. Rachel ALWAYS rocks a set of large headphones, and often even has them lying next to her in bed. She can be a bit of a bubblehead once the music occupies her, ignoring most of her surroundings, meaning she'll overhear questions, warnings and the likes, and generaly seems to be a little careless. Rachel adores Pokemon Contests for this reason, even though she cares more about battling. However, performances and choegraphies capture her interests just too much to pass on them.

DESCRIPTION: Rachel is relatively tall and has an average build, for a girl her age. She has very long, flowing hair, in a pale shade of pink. Her eyes are of similar shade, albeit considerably more vibrant, making her look naturally daring a lot of times.

Rachel always has large headphones on her ears, or hanging around her neck. Her wardrobe consists mostly of proper, neatly cleaned blouses with a vest above them. She greatly values the fine clothes, seeing how she never had nice things in The Under.

Usually, she wears skirts above a set of leggings, rounded out by boots or sneakers, but she also occassionaly wears normal, simple pants, especially in colder weather.
Age 0 - 6

Rachel was born in the Orre region, quite far away from her current location. Born into a family of small-time shop owners, she grew up in The Under, a lawless city below the surface, shrouded in darkness, illegal stadiums and dubious clubs. As a child, Rachel was not allowed to visit the upper world. This restriction was placed because, while The Under itself was a central point for many criminals, the surface, primarily Pyrite Town, was often plagued by corruption and rough thugs - not exactly a safe place for a young girl. And so, it was decided that a known local (many of the shop's customers - or "customers") recognized the little girl, and let her roam about freely, without bothering her. A few scummy thiefs trait to trick her into giving them her lunch money, or tips on robbing her family's business, but those were usually taught a lesson by the more honorable thugs. Overall, while far from ideal, staying here was considerably safer for her, then starting a journey outside.

However, she was eventually going to leave The Under, that much was clear. With the stronghold of gangs over the upper world subsiding slowly, it suddenly became much more viable to send the girl off to her grandparents. Soon, it would actually become a necessity, as the neglected underground city became more of an assembly point for the fleeing gang members. Rachel's parents decided she was better of leaving now.

Age 6 - 12

A while later, the girl had arrived in the Hoenn region, in Lilycove City to be exact, stepping off the boat, and right onto the soil that would be her new home. An estatic grandmother would welcome her and take her home, where, much to Rachel's surprise, she was told that her grandfather had left Hoenn, and had started a journey in Johto, for reasons he deemed better not to explain. Rachel knew her grandparents had a special relationship, and she didn't want to question their lack of clarification, but it irked her deeply.

Nevertheless, she would now live a much happier life, finally being able to experience sun, culture and friendships on a whole different level than before. She went shopping in the Lilycove Department Store, got to visit the museum with its wonderful installations and went swimming with the Wailmers. Life was good, until she eventually started to feel giddy to get her first Pokemon.

Like most ten years olds, she could receive a Pokemon. After a journey to Hoenn's lab, she was, indeed, one of the lucky ones, and received a Torchic. Rachel was overjoyed, as was her Grandmother, but soon, Rachel doubted her abilities. Torchic was obscenely cheery and overly cuddly, leading to the two losing absolutely every battle. Rachel had heard many stories of her skilled grandfather, and felt her aspirations crushed rather quickly. Training halted, her drive to explore diminished. It would only be when her Granny decided to take her on a trip to the montain, to learn what respect and love for their Pokemon really means.

The resting place for fallen comrades quickly touched the girl. She doubted she'd be able to turn around the success ration of her and her little fledgling, but she was suddenly at peace with it. Maybe it was the maturing moment, or the change of heart in the young girl, but, out of nowhere, a Shuppet appeared, luring Rachel away from her grandma. The ghost Pokemon lulled the girl in completely, eventually butting against her midsection, the part where her spare Pokeballs were stored away. Snapping out of her admiration for the cute ghost, she quickly pulled out a ball, and, sure enough, the Shuppet immediately let itself be capture. Rachel could've cried out of joy, and the two became an unseperable duo, making her grandmother extremely proud of what her granddaughter had done. Torchic's training on the other hand, halted heavily, as the girl decided to just let it be cheery, while letting Shuppet do the fighting. And sure enough, first wins against other trainer newbies followed. Thing seemed to look better and better with each day.

Age 12 - 13 (Now)

About six months before Rachel's 13th birthday, a letter from her grandfather arrived.

Dear Rachel,

I've been hearing you are doing well. I'm so proud of you. You didn't let a bad place get you down, and look where it got you! I'm very sorry I can only write so irregularly, but let me assure you, I do miss you and your grandmother a lot, every day. But let me tell you, my journey has been nothing short of delightful. Sometimes a little rough on this old, cranky body, but still, magical. Johto is beautiful. In fact, I would like you to come here. You will be a teenager soon, and I think you are mature enough to explore a bit of the world. There will be a special gift waiting here for you. Afterall, what kind of grandfather would I be if I didn't get you a present, right?

PS: Your wonderful nana suggested this trip, so please don't worry about leaving her.

Of course, Rachel was immediately fantasizing about her journey. A few months went by, filled with preperation for her cruise to Johto, and soon enough, she'd exit the Hoenn region on the same ship she had arrived on years ago, with her smiling grandmother waving her goodbye.

It was a long trip, and Rachel, after traveling sea and land alike, arrived in Violet City about a month before her birthday, greeted by a young man with a bright smile on his face. He introduced himself as Kael, a good friend of her grandfather. He showed her the little box, a letter of her grandfather attached to it, and explained that she was to receive this upon arrival. With a laughing "Sorry that it's early", he handed her the box, but told her to keep it closed until they arrived at his house. Afterall, she needed a place to stay, given that her grandfather was on his own journey, still.

Kael's house was quite wonderful, a fact she'd only take in after a few days, as the first ones were filled with excitement. Excitement over her journey, her birthday, her new home, finally, the chance to meet her grandfather, the man she had heard so many stories about, but most importantly. Micolash the Deino, and Grimer. Her grandfather had left her two of his Pokemon, explaining that he felt they'd protect his beloved grand child well. And truely, Grimer seemed to be a defensive juggernaut in order to protect the girl, making her forget his awful scent, whereas Deino seemed to be a match made in heaven. Together, the two laughed and chuckled at every joke the girl made, and quickly grew close, occassionally much to Kael's dismay, as the two regularly snatch away some desert, right under his nose.

STRENGTHS:

Empathy - Regarding both people and pokemon, though more so the latter. She has a natural ability to understand, empathize, calm and earn the trust of others, from observation, sympathy, tactful approaches and a gentle touch.

Persuasive - Rae not only holds a compelling debate, but she's witty, wordy and knows how to people please.

Adaptive - Weather, situations, change of plans, Rae hasn't the slightest issue adjusting, and manages to fall in line with unpredictability.

Improvisation - She's extremely resourceful, and now's how to cope without proper setting. She also has a great sense of direction.

Multitasking - Rae can juggle several activities at once, with golden results.

WEAKNESSES:

Sensitivity - Which tends to cloud her judgement, and lead to hypothetical worries that are obstacles in her daily endeavours.

No sense of time - She hates time restraints/schedules, and never really knows what time it is or how long/fast it's gone by.

Anxiety - She's easily unnerved, and can't handle overstimulation.

GOALS: To become an Ace trainer (likely through acceptance at the school in Viridian) and perhaps a shot at the Pokeathlon when she's older.

PERSONALITY:

Rae's empathetic, with her heart on her sleeve, no walls to break down and an undeniable desire to ensure the contentment of others, mostly pokemon; she's a paradoxically forceful, and at times candid, paragon. Rae is always one hundred percent honest with wisdom laced in her words, even to her own detriment, and often in hopes of enlightening others. She's an ambivert, so while she's capable of initiating conversation, she'd prefer solace every time. She's naturally a leader, but refrains from assuming the position unless impatience gets the best of her; while she's not opposed to company, she dislikes set backs, and won't tolerate large doses of inadequacy. For her age, she's seemingly matured over night, and isn't the fearless, eccentric brunette everyone knew so well; she has no set goals, and dislikes rushing, but would at least like to experiment with trial and error.

She does, indeed, have a sense of humor, and is extremely affectionate, though her somewhat softer sides are shown mostly to her team. Rae has a natural sense of direction, a way with words and is extremely encouraging and supportive. She's intelligent enough to astonish others, but doesn't sport her wit too often; she's artistic like her mother, and can craft just about anything with her hands, be it from clay, brushes, other utensils or unconventional artistic supplies, like sand.

DESCRIPTION: Rae has a delicate figure quite notably on the willowy side, always lean, but bruises easily and physically inadequate. Her skin is the softest shade of ivory, eyes doe shaped and golden-brown, a bit of a cleft in her chin, and rosy, medium sized lips are usually set in a bit of a frown or neutral, pressed line. Rae's hair cascades to her thighs (though she always wears it up) sporting caramel hues highlighted with silky strands of honey, the texture is fine and not easy to style, so she doesn't really bother, though it has an endearingly healthy shine and is always combed to perfection.
Although Rae was born in Vermilion city, Kanto, due to her low class upbringing she, her mother and younger sister moved quite often (cities of Kanto, Hoenn, and Unova) and were hardly ever in the same place twice. This lack of stability prevented Rae from creating long lasting human friendships, but where she lacked social endeavors with people, she made up for with life long bonds to many, many pokemon; their uprooting encouraged her capability of adapting flawlessly, her humble nature, and also gave her a zest for travel. One of these irrevocable connections were found in Lottie (Eevee), a gem of a fox Rae was given as a gift, the only female from her mother's friend's litter.

Around the time Rae turned thirteen, her mother's life long aspirations of becoming an artist/craftsman took off, and upon many successful (and beautiful) commissions, they started up a family business (think hallmark), one that's starting to become a national icon. With a brighter outlook on their future, Rae feels as inclined to stay home, and has braved the idea of heading out on her own while she still can. Alongside Lottie, Rae went on to acquire more companions by her own doing, but mostly by befriending and earning their trust prior to capture. With her, amidst her first independent trip to another region (Johto) she's brought along Trapinch from a short stay at the desert resort, Scyther of whom was cajoled in the wild, and a Kabuto that'd been resurrected from a fossil she'd unearthed herself while in Kanto. There are many more family pokemon at home, from neighborhood cats that have taken up residence in the garage/yard, to the family growlithe, persian, lumineon, and spritzee.

Rae knows she'll always have the business to fall back on, but aspires to see what she can procure for herself, on her own. She has entered quite a few amateur trainer competitions and succeeded, though she hasn't much of a strategy and often relies on unpredictability or, as she calls it, The Black Swanna method. She's failed one contest with humility and never went back, and came in first during a bug catching contest which was when she befriended Scyther, the prize was an elemental stone that she treasures.

Raika's family was originally from the Unova region. His dad was a researcher while his mom was a stay at home mom. Born in a sophisticated family Raika always had to act appropriately to uphold his family name. He has three other siblings that always fool around and keep him on the line. While eating dinner with his family, Raika's mom suggests that he gets a Pokemon to help him make friends. His dad agreeing even though Raika was yelling at him to say no. While she was on Victory Road, she engaged in battle with another trainer who possessed a Houndoom. During the battle, both trainers and pokemon got heated and a misfired Fireblast from the Houndoom ended Zak's mother's journey. Needless to say, Zak had no more interest in being a trainer after that. However, after endless talks with his father, Zak decided to go on his journey when he turned 13. Regardless of all the community's all-around negativity, she's actually a pretty cheery, well-spirited young person. DESCRIPTION: Rachel is relatively tall and has an average build, for a girl her age. She has very long, flowing hair, in a pale shade of pink. Her eyes are of similar shade, albeit considerably more vibrant, making her look naturally daring a lot of times.

Rachel always has large headphones on her ears, or hanging around her neck. Her wardrobe consists mostly of proper, neatly cleaned blouses with a vest above them. She greatly values the fine clothes, seeing how she never had nice things in The Under.

Age 0 - 6

Rachel was born in the Orre region, quite far away from her current location. Born into a family of small-time shop owners, she grew up in The Under, a lawless city below the surface, shrouded in darkness, illegal stadiums and dubious clubs. As a child, Rachel was not allowed to visit the upper world. This restriction was placed because, while The Under itself was a central point for many criminals, the surface, primarily Pyrite Town, was often plagued by corruption and rough thugs - not exactly a safe place for a young girl. And so, it was decided that a known local (many of the shop's customers - or "customers") recognized the little girl, and let her roam about freely, without bothering her. A few scummy thiefs trait to trick her into giving them her lunch money, or tips on robbing her family's business, but those were usually taught a lesson by the more honorable thugs. Overall, while far from ideal, staying here was considerably safer for her, then starting a journey outside.

However, she was eventually going to leave The Under, that much was clear. With the stronghold of gangs over the upper world subsiding slowly, it suddenly became much more viable to send the girl off to her grandparents. Soon, it would actually become a necessity, as the neglected underground city became more of an assembly point for the fleeing gang members. Rachel's parents decided she was better of leaving now.

Age 6 - 12

A while later, the girl had arrived in the Hoenn region, in Lilycove City to be exact, stepping off the boat, and right onto the soil that would be her new home. An estatic grandmother would welcome her and take her home, where, much to Rachel's surprise, she was told that her grandfather had left Hoenn, and had started a journey in Johto, for reasons he deemed better not to explain. Rachel knew her grandparents had a special relationship, and she didn't want to question their lack of clarification, but it irked her deeply.

Nevertheless, she would now live a much happier life, finally being able to experience sun, culture and friendships on a whole different level than before. She went shopping in the Lilycove Department Store, got to visit the museum with its wonderful installations and went swimming with the Wailmers. Life was good, until she eventually started to feel giddy to get her first Pokemon.

Like most ten years olds, she could receive a Pokemon. After a journey to Hoenn's lab, she was, indeed, one of the lucky ones, and received a Torchic. Rachel was overjoyed, as was her Grandmother, but soon, Rachel doubted her abilities. Torchic was obscenely cheery and overly cuddly, leading to the two losing absolutely every battle. Rachel had heard many stories of her skilled grandfather, and felt her aspirations crushed rather quickly. Training halted, her drive to explore diminished. It would only be when her Granny decided to take her on a trip to the montain, to learn what respect and love for their Pokemon really means.

The resting place for fallen comrades quickly touched the girl. She doubted she'd be able to turn around the success ration of her and her little fledgling, but she was suddenly at peace with it. Maybe it was the maturing moment, or the change of heart in the young girl, but, out of nowhere, a Shuppet appeared, luring Rachel away from her grandma. The ghost Pokemon lulled the girl in completely, eventually butting against her midsection, the part where her spare Pokeballs were stored away. Snapping out of her admiration for the cute ghost, she quickly pulled out a ball, and, sure enough, the Shuppet immediately let itself be capture. Rachel could've cried out of joy, and the two became an unseperable duo, making her grandmother extremely proud of what her granddaughter had done. Torchic's training on the other hand, halted heavily, as the girl decided to just let it be cheery, while letting Shuppet do the fighting. And sure enough, first wins against other trainer newbies followed. Thing seemed to look better and better with each day.

Age 12 - 13 (Now)

About six months before Rachel's 13th birthday, a letter from her grandfather arrived.

Dear Rachel,

I've been hearing you are doing well. I'm so proud of you. You didn't let a bad place get you down, and look where it got you! I'm very sorry I can only write so irregularly, but let me assure you, I do miss you and your grandmother a lot, every day. But let me tell you, my journey has been nothing short of delightful. Sometimes a little rough on this old, cranky body, but still, magical. Johto is beautiful. In fact, I would like you to come here. You will be a teenager soon, and I think you are mature enough to explore a bit of the world. There will be a special gift waiting here for you. Afterall, what kind of grandfather would I be if I didn't get you a present, right?

PS: Your wonderful nana suggested this trip, so please don't worry about leaving her.

Of course, Rachel was immediately fantasizing about her journey. A few months went by, filled with preperation for her cruise to Johto, and soon enough, she'd exit the Hoenn region on the same ship she had arrived on years ago, with her smiling grandmother waving her goodbye.

It was a long trip, and Rachel, after traveling sea and land alike, arrived in Violet City about a month before her birthday, greeted by a young man with a bright smile on his face. He introduced himself as Kael, a good friend of her grandfather. He showed her the little box, a letter of her grandfather attached to it, and explained that she was to receive this upon arrival. With a laughing "Sorry that it's early", he handed her the box, but told her to keep it closed until they arrived at his house. Afterall, she needed a place to stay, given that her grandfather was on his own journey, still.

Kael's house was quite wonderful, a fact she'd only take in after a few days, as the first ones were filled with excitement. Excitement over her journey, her birthday, her new home, finally, the chance to meet her grandfather, the man she had heard so many stories about, but most importantly. Micolash the Deino, and Grimer. Her grandfather had left her two of his Pokemon, explaining that he felt they'd protect his beloved grand child well. And truely, Grimer seemed to be a defensive juggernaut in order to protect the girl, making her forget his awful scent, whereas Deino seemed to be a match made in heaven. Together, the two laughed and chuckled at every joke the girl made, and quickly grew close, occassionally much to Kael's dismay, as the two regularly snatch away some desert, right under his nose.

From her, she had an eye for fashion and accessories. Her father was a traveling Poké photographer. From him, she adored beautiful scenery. She dabbled in photography, but preferred sketching or painting. Instead of styling or photography, she fell in love with Pokémon contests. Becoming a top coordinator was her dream. Her main goal, however, was venturing to her home region and capturing a Fairy-type. A few weeks later, Zarina captured her first Pokémon, a gentle female Swablu. In favor of her Swablu's singing, she named her Harmony. (Nicknaming Pokémon became a norm.) Down the road, two additional Pokémon joined her team, a brave male Shinx and serious male Zorua. She captured Shinx in a forest, but her Zorua was a gift from her grandparents. They hatched him from an egg and gave him to her as a late thirteenth birthday present. She nicknamed her Shinx, Lior; her Zorua, Sirius. Months later, Zarina vacationed in Johto. There, she started the bulk of her journey.

Crescendo had always been fond of exploring the world, even as a youth. Her father was a Pokemon Collector, and her mother an Ace Trainer. Both of them wanted Cres to walk down their path, but she couldn't decide. When she was around 8, her mother took her to see a Pokemon battle. It was extraordinary, but she knew she could never surmount to such skill. She kept visiting her mother during these battles, never ceasing to encourage her.

Her father showed her the many Pokemon he had when she was 10, how many people came to him for information and advice. Her eyes shown with respect, but she knew she could not surmount to those expectations. She thought she might be able to be both, but that seemed impossible. As an Ace Trainer, you had to choose a team and stick with them.

It was the opposite for Pokemon Collectors, and so she decided that instead she would put her skills to use in adventuring and battling along the way. This is what she still does to this day, though with another goal in mind: Find some companions

Raika's family was originally from the Unova region. His dad was a researcher while his mom was a stay at home mom. Born in a sophisticated family Raika always had to act appropriately to uphold his family name. He has three other siblings that always fool around and keep him on the line. He never made any friends due to his uptight behavior, everybody though of him as a weirdo.

While eating dinner with his family, Raika's mom suggests that he gets a Pokemon to help him make friends. His dad agreeing even though Raika was yelling at him to say no. His dad was one of Professor Elm. Upon agreeing to start his journey as a pokemon trainer, Raika's parents soon moved him to his uncle's house in Johto. There at the lab he met Totodile, he picked Totodile because of him being ''out of place with the other pokemon". At 12 he started his first pokemon battle, he felt a rush he had never felt before, winning his battle he explores to find a cave with drawings of pokemon. Interested he decided to be a researcher to find out all pokemon ever to live and his name to be recorded in the books.

PERSONALITY:

Cross is the mystery girl from Johto. Not exactly friendly, but not exactly outgoing. She's an odd one she is. You can approach her, but she's far less likely to approach you. She pushes out a cold insensitivity, but that is put to question when she is around her Pokemon, all of whom she loves dearly. She can be lonely at times, but never shows it. Instead, she just pulls out her guitar and starts playing. She's tough. Not afraid to fight physically or Pokemon Battle. She knows her strengths and weaknesses and uses them to her advantage. If you do get to know her, you'll find that she is actually rather loud and expressive with her cute quirks thrown in. And she has a rather colorful language.

I was thrown into the adoption system the moment I was born. I'm convinced I'm the spawn of a rapist and his victim, so no wonder my mother didn't want me. Annnyway, I was adopted by a very nice but rarely home rich family with like four other kids in Blackthorn City. The parents were more often then not gone, leaving me with at least two other kids if the others weren't off doing some rich people activity, like competitive croquet or something. But the one night that everyone is home, the freaking mansion burns down. Juuuuust my luck, huh? It kills my entire family and leaves me homeless and alone. So obviously the one thing I do is go stumbling down the mountain instead of going to the police like a normal six year old would. No, I go running down the mountain, cuddling with the Swablu and avoiding the Ursaring and that mean Skarmory couple that made a nest in that one tree... I'm getting off topic again.

SO ANYWAY, I soon find myself in New Bark Town. Enter Professor Elm. He comes running out of his lab, mumbling about Mister Pokemon and Pokemon Eggs, and guess what? He runs smack into me, sending us both toppling, I'm covered in scrapes and bruises and in only a cute little night dress, and his papers are flying everywhere, and I'm crying, and he's apologizing, and I'm crying some more, he apologizes more. Eventually he fixes his things and takes me into his lab and patches me up with band-aids, and then he asks me who I am because he doesn't recognize me as one of the town's resident kids. I tell him the whole tearful story about how my house burned down, and my life is over. More crying. More tissues in the trash can.

Then Professor Elm made a life changing offer.

"I've already given my Cyndaquil and Totodile to two other kids," he said, "but nobody seemed to want the last Pokemon. She's a real sweetheart too, and it makes me sad that she's alone. Much like yourself, I suppose... Will you take care of my friend? She's a Chikorita, a Grass-Type Pokemon." He held out the Pokeball and opened it. Out popped the Chikorita. She looked around for a while, then looked up at me. Our eyes met, and she smiled at me, and pretty soon I was squealing and giggling and ALLLLLLLL my troubles are forgotten! I HAVE A POKEMON! Me and Luna hit it off immediately, we just got along so well! After that, Professor Elm adopted me into his small, modest family, and I couldn't have been happier there. Professor Elm is so nice and clumsy and ridiculous and a HORRIBLE cook, but I loved every moment I spent with that family. I was LIVING, not just existing. My dead family of seven had been replaced with a small family of three. Well, four. If you include Luna.

I started my journey only just recently, but I've met so many Pokemon! I have an extra special connection with every single one of them, but that's a story for another day.

Persuasive - Rae not only holds a compelling debate, but she's witty, wordy and knows how to people please.

PERSONALITY:

Rae's empathetic, with her heart on her sleeve, no walls to break down and an undeniable desire to ensure the contentment of others, mostly pokemon; she's a paradoxically forceful, and at times candid, paragon. Rae is always one hundred percent honest with wisdom laced in her words, even to her own detriment, and often in hopes of enlightening others. She's an ambivert, so while she's capable of initiating conversation, she'd prefer solace every time. She's naturally a leader, but refrains from assuming the position unless impatience gets the best of her; while she's not opposed to company, she dislikes set backs, and won't tolerate large doses of inadequacy. For her age, she's seemingly matured over night, and isn't the fearless, eccentric brunette everyone knew so well; she has no set goals, and dislikes rushing, but would at least like to experiment with trial and error.

DESCRIPTION: Rae has a delicate figure quite notably on the willowy side, always lean, but bruises easily and physically inadequate. Her skin is the softest shade of ivory, eyes doe shaped and golden-brown, a bit of a cleft in her chin, and rosy, medium sized lips are usually set in a bit of a frown or neutral, pressed line. Rae's hair cascades to her thighs (though she always wears it up) sporting caramel hues highlighted with silky strands of honey, the texture is fine and not easy to style, so she doesn't really bother, though it has an endearingly healthy shine and is always combed to perfection.

Although Rae was born in Vermilion city, Kanto, due to her low class upbringing she, her mother and younger sister moved quite often (cities of Kanto, Hoenn, and Unova) and were hardly ever in the same place twice. This lack of stability prevented Rae from creating long lasting human friendships, but where she lacked social endeavors with people, she made up for with life long bonds to many, many pokemon; their uprooting encouraged her capability of adapting flawlessly, her humble nature, and also gave her a zest for travel. One of these irrevocable connections were found in Lottie (Eevee), a gem of a fox Rae was given as a gift, the only female from her mother's friend's litter.

Around the time Rae turned thirteen, her mother's life long aspirations of becoming an artist/craftsman took off, and upon many successful (and beautiful) commissions, they started up a family business (think hallmark), one that's starting to become a national icon. With a brighter outlook on their future, Rae feels as inclined to stay home, and has braved the idea of heading out on her own while she still can. Alongside Lottie, Rae went on to acquire more companions by her own doing, but mostly by befriending and earning their trust prior to capture. With her, amidst her first independent trip to another region (Johto) she's brought along Trapinch from a short stay at the desert resort, Scyther of whom was cajoled in the wild, and a Kabuto that'd been resurrected from a fossil she'd unearthed herself while in Kanto. There are many more family pokemon at home, from neighborhood cats that have taken up residence in the garage/yard, to the family growlithe, persian, lumineon, and spritzee.

Rae knows she'll always have the business to fall back on, but aspires to see what she can procure for herself, on her own. She has entered quite a few amateur trainer competitions and succeeded, though she hasn't much of a strategy and often relies on unpredictability or, as she calls it, The Black Swanna method. She's failed one contest with humility and never went back, and came in first during a bug catching contest which was when she befriended Scyther, the prize was an elemental stone that she treasures.

Cross is the mystery girl from Johto. Not exactly friendly, but not exactly outgoing. She's an odd one she is. You can approach her, but she's far less likely to approach you. She pushes out a cold insensitivity, but that is put to question when she is around her Pokemon, all of whom she loves dearly. She can be lonely at times, but never shows it. Instead, she just pulls out her guitar and starts playing. She's tough. Not afraid to fight physically or Pokemon Battle. She knows her strengths and weaknesses and uses them to her advantage. If you do get to know her, you'll find that she is actually rather loud and expressive with her cute quirks thrown in. And she has a rather colorful language.

Cross wears a green jacket at all times, along with a similar striped scarf. Her shorts have lots of pockets to store her things in.

I was thrown into the adoption system the moment I was born. I'm convinced I'm the spawn of a rapist and his victim, so no wonder my mother didn't want me. Annnyway, I was adopted by a very nice but rarely home rich family with like four other kids in Blackthorn City. The parents were more often then not gone, leaving me with at least two other kids if the others weren't off doing some rich people activity, like competitive croquet or something. But the one night that everyone is home, the freaking mansion burns down. Juuuuust my luck, huh? It kills my entire family and leaves me homeless and alone. So obviously the one thing I do is go stumbling down the mountain instead of going to the police like a normal six year old would. No, I go running down the mountain, cuddling with the Swablu and avoiding the Ursaring and that mean Skarmory couple that made a nest in that one tree... I'm getting off topic again.

SO ANYWAY, I soon find myself in New Bark Town. Enter Professor Elm. He comes running out of his lab, mumbling about Mister Pokemon and Pokemon Eggs, and guess what? He runs smack into me, sending us both toppling, I'm covered in scrapes and bruises and in only a cute little night dress, and his papers are flying everywhere, and I'm crying, and he's apologizing, and I'm crying some more, he apologizes more. Eventually he fixes his things and takes me into his lab and patches me up with band-aids, and then he asks me who I am because he doesn't recognize me as one of the town's resident kids. I tell him the whole tearful story about how my house burned down, and my life is over. More crying. More tissues in the trash can.

Then Professor Elm made a life changing offer.

"I've already given my Cyndaquil and Totodile to two other kids," he said, "but nobody seemed to want the last Pokemon. She's a real sweetheart too, and it makes me sad that she's alone. Much like yourself, I suppose... Will you take care of my friend? She's a Chikorita, a Grass-Type Pokemon." He held out the Pokeball and opened it. Out popped the Chikorita. She looked around for a while, then looked up at me. Our eyes met, and she smiled at me, and pretty soon I was squealing and giggling and ALLLLLLLL my troubles are forgotten! I HAVE A POKEMON! Me and Luna hit it off immediately, we just got along so well! After that, Professor Elm adopted me into his small, modest family, and I couldn't have been happier there. Professor Elm is so nice and clumsy and ridiculous and a HORRIBLE cook, but I loved every moment I spent with that family. I was LIVING, not just existing. My dead family of seven had been replaced with a small family of three. Well, four. If you include Luna.

I started my journey only just recently, but I've met so many Pokemon! I have an extra special connection with every single one of them, but that's a story for another day.
