Positions Available:

The Surgeon - ...I mean, the doctor.

The Mate(s) - often there were first and second mates who usually work under the ship's master, boatswain, gunner or carpenter as an apprentice. Mates also outfit the ship with ropes, pulleys, sails and other rigging as needed.

The Common Sailer (multiple needed) - would be familiar with rigging sails and the steering of the ship. They keep watches and handle cannons during battle.

The Rigger - works running rigging and furls and releases sails.

Powder Monkeys - run gunpowder from below deck to cannon crews and also relays messages.
