History:
Jordana was born and raised in California to a loving father and mother. She was raised with tea parties with mommy and game days with her father. She maintained AB honor roll through middle school into high school, and was captain of her Key Club as well as a spelling bee finalist in Cali. She swam competitively, as her involvement in academic and extracurriculars granted her popularity where she studies to be a Biochemistry major looking for colleges. On the outside she looks fierce, but her timid yet quietly wise aura does not match her looks. Her confidence lacks but one would never know because of her elusive an drew mysterious nature. It would take a real investment to find out what Jordy is truly all about. She fell in love with pop culture growing up playing games with her father. She started to read comics and anime and get into the fictional movies and shows as well. She had the life in Cali. The friends, the status, the men. She was happy. And then she got the news that they were moving, the sorrow on their parents' faces when they knew Jordana had to leave it all behind. All because of some stupid backwater town in the coastal mountains of USA, a place called Horizon. Her father Holland had gotten a Corporate Supervision job there, their Pine resources top notch and very lucrative. Her stepmother would simply transfer to the regional hospital in the town, and Jordana was left with nothing, no choice, no say. Jordana said her goodbyes to friends, angry and bitter inside topped with a cherry of pain and sadness. Just like that, the life she knew was past news. They drive almost across country to Horizon, and upon the drab and dreary tone of the town, she knew it was the opposite of what she's used to. Little did she know, she was about to stumble into something bigger than she ever imagined in the small town. Small town, large secrets awaited. She was about to experience The Cold Pines.

However, in return, she expects a form of remuneration for her skill and that is, secrets. Not the kind you grew up hiding as a child because you were embarrassed but the kind that could potentially end up leading to danger, threats and a side of humour. Because of this, she is sometimes feared by students as they are unaware of what she has up her sleeves, whether about them or not. Her unpredictability does however, ensure that whoever she's friends with won't ever get bored. Despite her first impressions, she is quite the warm person if only one would take the time to get to know her. Will has absolutely no sense of personal space and would likely smother a friend to death with hugs if she could. However, she is respectful enough to other people's boundaries. Born to a single mother who worked odd jobs, Willow's childhood growing up wasn't the most privileged or fun for one her age. Her mother had managed to place food on the table continuously for five years without complaint, trying her best to shower her own flesh and blood with the love she should have been given by both parents. However, when Willow Lee (at that time, Willow Jung) had just turned six, her mother had drove all the way from Chicago all the way to Horizon before dropping her off the Horizon Pines Orphanage. At that time, Willow had assumed it was was temporary, almost like summer camp. However, when months turned to years, she finally realised that she was abandoned. As much as she wanted to resent her mother for it, she knew that if her mother couldn't support the both of them, Willow would have been in a rougher shape than she was when she came here.
Deciding to live her own life as her mother wanted to, she started by befriending anyone she could in the orphanage. Though she had resigned the idea of her mother coming back for her, Willow had still wanted to find her one day. However, when she was twelve, she was adopted by the Lee family. George Lee was a well-known surgeon at the Horizon Pines Hospital. Now Willow Lee, her agenda from during her stay at the orphanage and after the orphanage is still the same- looking for her biological mother.

While Cedric is the star performer in Horizon, Zelda has been known to join him for few special performances. - Millie Wright; once, they were neighbours and friends. Millie's passing took a toll on her as it did everyone else. She misses their morning talks in Millie's front garden. The news of Millie's death shook her to her core. Zelda has never been comfortable or able when it comes to death. It doesn't really matter who it is. She hates it. And the way it makes her feel. In the weeks following her death, she was definitely not herself.

Born and raised in the town of Horizon, Cedric had a fairly easy going childhood as he was raised by two wonderful parents, Sean and Melody Hickenbottom. It was literally at the age of terrible two that he fell in love with the arts of singing and dancing. He got teased at an early age because of his love for them both but his mother signed him for lessons anyway. Though, his father wasn't too thrilled about the idea himself. But Cedric got better and better with lessons, even competed in local talent competitions and contests. Some he won, others he lost __ He never was a runner-up. But as he grew up and his love for his artistic ways grew stronger, he did manage to make a few friends along the way. Ones that would hardly tease him. He's in his senior year in high school and now and hearing about Millie's death phased him just slightly. He doesn't really know how to feel.

He's kind to his fellow human but even more so to his animal friends which he has aplenty around the town. Jack was born to the local Martin Miller and his wife Samara who came to the US as an exchange student and decided to immigrate. They were both modest Christians and did their best to raise Jack and his later siblings as proper but open-minded Christians. Jack didn't quite take on to the Christian part of his parentage but he did turn out to be a good kid from an early age onward. He would often play outside on the cul-de-sac with his friends Zelda, Casper, Millie and Cedric.They were simply inseparable and went to the same school which wasn't that difficult if it's the only school in town. He found out he loved baseball on a family reunion meeting outside of town where some of his older cousins introduced him to the sport at age 7. It didn't take long for him to pick up practice at home (with a couple of window breaking incidents) and to later join the junior league that their local baseball team had. He and his sister Maike would often go on nature hikes in the weekend with their father who told them quite some things about nature around their hometown just like his father had before him, kind of like a family tradition.
When puberty came Jack lost most of his innocent demeanor and grew into being a teenager pretty quickly with the whole complete package of rebelling at parents but still loving them and telling them that at random times. He didn't spend most of his day with his childhood friends anymore but they'd still hang out a lot even as his friend circle grew. He also started liking girls (except for Zelda and Millie, that would be like liking your sisters) and had the occasional short-lived romance as he didn't quite found someone to stick to and didn't really like the exclusivity of the whole girlfriend idea. Of course this has lead to some gossip in school but since he was good-looking and an avid baseball player most people just let it slide as he hasn't really hurt anyone, well, except for that one pitcher when he lost grip of the bat mid-swing and it flew straight into the poor guy's shin.
In high school he got a bit more serious relationship wise but screwed up on other fronts of his personality. He was a good student, but not exceptional. He got his driver's license at 16 and his parents took him out to buy his first car, nothing too fancy but he settled on a used pickup truck (think of something like the 2015 Chevrolet Colorado with an extended cab). He also got placed in the local teenager baseball team and even played a few games last season. Things were going pretty great for him until Millie was found dead in the woods, he was struck with grief as he used to be good friends with Millie. He had just recovered to be his normal self a few days before he heard the old house was sold to some out-of-towners.
