Feet First into hell
Based off Code 8 short film that will be shown in theaters-someday, they are out doing premieres, but i can't afford to see it anyways-. Guess this falls under fandom so...here it is

The year is 2028, the tensions between humans and 'specials', are at an all time high. The special were looked down upon as they can do things no other human can do in their profession like welding, lifting, knowledge, etc. Specials can do what a human can, but 10 times better. Most have turned into lower class citizens living off any work they can get, construction, tutoring.. Gang affiliation... the police are now highly militarized due to the gifted people, as some have powers that would be reserved for military work or police work. Such as super strength, metal manipulation, force field, etc...
The story here begins in April, 2028.
LA area, high crime rate, and lots of people living on or below the poverty line, specials don't have it easy either.
Many specials in LA work as construction mainly, some began working in positions that would require their special.. Others became gang members, majority joined 'The Kings', a ruthless syndicate. Number one gang in LA, number 5 in the country, and number 10 worldwide. The kings handle the majority of weapons and drugs in California and most of the trades in mexico and surrounding states.
Anti-spec is a highly trained tactical response unit designed to take on specials. The task force itself has specials within the unit, marksmen, super strength, you name it, they're in it... Life's hard for the rest, living day to day by working odd jobs, or working themselves to the point of exhaustion... Though some were lucky enough to remain successful, and live a better life. Some work as firefighters, paramedics, teachers. But not all, as some are turned away as they can do more work than a whole workforce for that profession.
The outcasts are another group of people-title not related, just a group of people- who are radicalized in attacking anti special human establishments. Meaning any place that turns them away from basic human needs-Food, water, etc- is targeted and attacked at random until it shuts down...or the owner dies under...mysterious circumstances.
Who will you be? Anti-spec? A king among kings? Teacher? Police officer? Humble human? Make a choice..
(I didn't put much into this idea as there is still little known on Code 8's universe and i just winged it, some of the stuff here is made up and does not follow the movie... Also last time i dumped a bunch of my time into making an rp idea lots of people said they were interested, then dropped off the face of the earth, i refuse to add too much so i can avoid wasting my time)
(Though based in IRL, i will be using an anime faceclaim for my ocs, so if you don't like anime, don't bother me with being interested please.)
