I am not sure if in your character sheets you are accounting for Soul Steel ACC or not.


I see Hattori has an ACC of 16, but is that his DEX + SKILL + WPN? Or is it including SL (Soul Steel)


EDIT: I just noticed I didn't take away their DV from your ACC roll.... screw it, their dead to me and to you!


You probably would have fared the same either way.

EDIT: Haha Hattori is going crazy up in this piece.... I will update in a bit. I imagine Hattori is just slaying civilians at this point, so I won't bother having you roll for the hundred some odd people that exist in this small town.
 
Yeah, he's getting his first chance since he was a Legionnaire to really cut loose, so he's enjoying it.


As for doubting what he's doing, well...I think the only thing that would make him start doubting would be when the killing gets old. He's not really a torture artist, and isn't particularly inventive, so I think after a long while, he might get bored with murdering things. That would be the time for doubts to sneak in. Also, when he can't go enjoy the pleasures he used to with the Guild, that'll be an annoying fact for him.

I have kinda discounted Hattori out of combat, that is why he is causing an onslaught while you guys are in tick-time. When your outta battle you will be performing the same stuff while he is doing that.... if you were wondering anyway...

Nope, even if there is an NPC in front of you first, I don't have a problem with it. I mean if you know an NPC is all up on Rondo and he is the only guy in front of you then post away.


There is one arrow guy looking for Eel, but I don't think he is going to succeed before he takes a few arrows to the chest.
 
I will add that I do have to wait for the PC's in front to actually post as well before I can update. Wouldn't be fair for you to up and kill the guy and Eel wanted to and vice versa...

Yeah, that's probably for the best to not pre-post, but I provided a block of IF Then's as backup options for this one time. :D

For the sake of argument, with a tick cost of 3, each person can reach Rondo's side. Additionally the tower is pretty open from the gates... so Rondo is very visible. Those on the ground in the courtyard can see the people in the tower, those on the wall will have to climb down and reach him first.

If you were to jump down the wall, you would have line of sight. The men behind the tables (taking cover for obvious reasons... you and Hector) seem to have "spout-like" weapons. They will get an additional +2 to their DV. The men with chains are kinda far back and aren't readily in sight, so they get a +1DV. That is if you do not choose to use the 3 ticks to get to Rondo's side.


This is a small town as you can see.

Heh, sorry guys very busy day at work today. I will update in a few hours.


Finally got approval for the ten network projects I had pending. Tens of thousands of dollars worth of work to do. :)


I check this page often, I didn't miss him. :) He is going to be toasty next update.


EDIT: Just got home, I am going to bed..... lots of over time at work. I will sneak in an update tomorrow in the morning if I am stealthy enough for it.
 
Yeah, I am updating tonight and going to continue to have a steady pace. I have had 10 hour days at work and I have my certification+interviews coming up that I studying for. Tonight will be my first night in a week that I get more then thirty minutes for fun. Heh.
 
Sorry for the delay in posting. Recovering from food poisoning at the moment. Will post when I don't feel utterly miserable.
 
By the way, usually if its someones turn in combat and its held up for 2 or 3 days I move on to the next tick. I haven't in this instance because work has been pretty hectic.

Gonna refrain from updating until I hear what Hattori is going to do. Combat is kinda over, unless you wish to pursue the fleeing guards who are running up the black stone steps, which seems to be the case.


For Hattori, most of the peasents are dead or dying from the blast and debris alone. In hindsight the magnitude of the blast should have given each of you 1L at least but that's cool... ill let it slide.


Pretty much the only structure left is the tower.
 
Mmmh, I'm confused.


How far is the explosion?


Can I roll Occult/Lore to get an idea of what could cause such blast?


Was it a fire explosion (yellow reddish) or some less 'natural' color?
