Appearance: Mahogany hair, though flecks of grey have began to sprout towards the top. He stays unshaven for the most part, though he trims his moustache and scruff. His eyes are a desolate void of emerald, a rare Italian trait.

Occupation: Former lawyer, turned professional negotiator. Has began to pick up more insidious habits as his intrest in crime grew.
Personality:
Lorenzo is the most charming man you'll meet, always a smile on his face and a handful of compliments to give. His acuteness for detail aids him in his people skills, as well as his easy-going Tuscan accent. But along with his people skills, his sarcastic, yet excited personality makes him quite the character.
But he has darker traits. Losing all empathy when working, he could care less if he had to kill a entire city, so long as he got something worthy from it. His way with people is almost scary, some even calling him a "snake charmer." But in buisness matters, he's the coldest man, other than his cousin Vinnie.

History: Lorenzo grew up in Tuscany, living on a dairy farm for his entire childhood. His parents wanted nothing to do with his uncle, seeing as he ran in crime up in Sicily. And as the years progressed, the bad blood boiled. So as a young boy he was shielded from the deadly family waters, in hopes to preserve their only son.
And it worked. He left Italy, moving to London in hopes of starting new intresting life. And that he did. Attending St. Andrews, studying American law, he found he was quite a peoples person, talking up people in bars, usually haggling a good amount of cash from the drunks. For 8 years he did this, then once graduating law school decided to head west once more.
Settling into a quaint Los Angeles firm, he quickly earned his way up, case by case. By age 30, he was the head of his firm, living quite lavishly in Santa Monica. But, he grew bored. Something was missing in his life. He knew his cousin had immigrated as he did, living in Chicago. So he began to keep tabs on him, studying any criminal event in the city quite carefully. And so began his intrests.
Having all the money he'd need for a good while,he sold the firm, and began his negotiation career.

Starting in San Diego, he quickly began to negotiate drug trafficking deals, as well as human, for the Cartel. Then he began to branch out in more manipulation, talking many men into killing themselves, some even to conviction. It was quite a sight. But recently he's grown bored again, inspiring his Chicago trip. Although he may not be quite welcomed...

Nikolai's personality is best described as a forceful alpha male, who objects to authoritarian personnel and demanding figures. History:
Nikolai was born in Irkutsk, Russia in 1918. At the age of five, his father had been arrested and held in Gulags, during Stalins reign. While incarcerated, he was accepted into the very v zakone, tethering the families ties to the Russian Mafia. After being released, his father had become a permanent bookie for the mob. Nikolai's childhood was soon plagued by crime. The Pakhan had become his father, the Boyevik his brothers. Nikolai showed little interest in being an active member of the mob, instead joining the Red Army by the age of 23. He spent four brutal years fighting Nazi, Germany. During his duration in the Red Army, he grew a hatred for Fascism and an ever-growing love for Communism. After the war, he was discarded by society. The Russian Mafia was the only family he truly had. He was happily accepted back with open arms, where he was made a prominent figure in the crime family.​

History:

Rayna was born to William and Madeline Caito in mid-July. Her childhood was fairly normal, being as her family was involved in the family gang business. She was the oldest of two other children.
Rayna was a very happy child, whom everyone always loved to interact with her. Always a smile on her face and bringing grins to other people's faces.

She was very studious, wanting to make her family proud and wanting to bring something to this world.
She kept herself low-key from the family business for the majority of her life until her 18th birthday. That was when her uncle employed her as an undercover spy for the Romano business. She would go undercover and gather information from different Irish gangs.

Rayna was going undercover at the local fancy bar, spying on the Sullivans when Ronan, the son of the leader suddenly asked her to dance. He had spotted her in the distance and found the young girl was quite beautiful. Quizzical, the girl hesitantly accepted. Taking her hand, he took her to the dance floor. Whilst they dance, Ronan asked her about herself. Rayna of course, couldn't tell him her real name as that time so she made up one.
Over time, Ronan and Rayna spent times together whilst Rayna wasn't working as a spy. Eventually, she told him the truth about herself. He felt betrayed but forgave her. Then, not long after that the two began seeing each other exclusively.

The two had been seeing each other for over a year when Rayna found out that she was carrying a baby.
Though her family disproved have a child out of wedlock, they still supported her. At this point, they did not know that her lover was Irish.

She took a break from undercover work for a year after she gave birth to her child James. At first sight, Rayna absolutely fell in love with the child. She was big spoiler of that child and was a bit more lenient than Ronan was when it came to discipline.

When James was around two years old, the news that his father was Irish came to fruition and it turned out to be bigger than expected. This resulted in her being sent away to Italy by her Italian uncle. Rayna had no contact her family, Ronan or son since then which has ate away at her.

During her time in Italy, Rayna has in fact met another man and gotten married. She had been living in Italy for about one year at that point. It took a while for her to her used to not being with Ronan. But she still loved him with everything in her.
Rayna met her current husband met during her job at a soup kitchen. The two connected. Her husband is Australian. They married about two years after seeing each other. The two have three children together. Two sons and a little girl. The oldest being 12. Middle being 8 and the youngest being a mere toddler at one year old.

The woman has found happiness within them but at the back of her mind, she's still wondering about Ronan and James.

Arlie was born in Manhattan, New York in 1927. She was abandoned by her parents shortly after her birth, discarded on the side of the road. She, however, was luckily picked up by a widowed father at the time. Jack Sullivan raised her by himself, with little to no help. She grew up scrappy and often had altercations with boys in her class. After receiving counseling for her anger management, she was able to function in school properly, suppressing her anger. It didn't workout in the long run, outburst occasionally popping up out of nowhere.
She was eager to get her hands in the family business, proving her self with her ability to organize files and calculate digits. While she started off working as a bookie, she soon showed off her abilities with a firearm. Due to hitwomen being almost unheard of at the time, it was the perfect job for her. She decided to reside in New York, where she would run part of the family business from there.

Personality:
Arthur is an incredibly swuave young man on good days, and a complete opposite on others. He can be extremely awakward, constantly falling over himself, or know exactly what he is doing, and how to deal with it. Those who draw the short straw on him are very likely to suffer a large telling off. He discourages violence and much prefers to talk things out then pull a gun. It might get him killed one day. History: Arthur was born and raised in New York by his English father and American mother. As a child he was very troublesome, and so was shipped off to boarding school, where he surprised everyone that knew him and became a promising student with a passion for theatre. As he grew, he excelled in his proclivity for maths and his talent in screen and stage acting. His first real gig was in a rendition of and from there he grew into the screen and brodway musical shows. Of course, not all his gigs have gone off wel, but that's life. While filming "Rising Star", he met Maggie Sullivan, and they hit it right off. A one night stand, and the discovery of The Emerald later, Arthur has moved to the city of Chicago to pursue his stage acting, and accompany his best friend [who he hasn't slept with since, might i add] in her daily endeavours, still not aware of the gang war raging under his nose, after all this time.

Personality: Jewels is quite the charmer. Most can't resist her naturally good looks and sweet personality, she intoxicates those around her with her good natured energy and she looks as if she could do no harm. History: Juliana was born and raised in Chicago, with her mother, father and older sister. Her father had died in the ........... war when Juliana was very young, leaving her mother , sister and herself alone to fend for themselves. Her mother took on many different jobs as Juliana was growing up, she worked in the textile factories at times, sometimes she would spend the nights working the streets for money. She did anything she could to see that her daughters and herself could survive. Though her mother cared for her Juliana, she had an awfully funny way of showing it. From an early age, the girl always had artistic talents, painting and sculpting beautiful pieces of art that could belong to museums and galleries. Unfortunately as a young girl (11 to be exact) she contracted meningitis and was bed ridden for several months. The financial burden her illness had on the family made her mother bitter towards her, always comparing a weak and ill Juliana to her older sister. Stating that she wasn't using up all the families money.

The doctors didn't give Juliana much time to live, but she miraculously pulled through. Though she wasn't ill, her body took years to recover from the damage to her brain. Throughout those years Julianna was bed ridden or forced to stay in the confines of her room, too weak to work or help provide, she took her artistic talents more seriously, letting her emotions and pain flow through her into her work. Her mother continued to nag her about not being like her sister, not working like she did to keep the family alive. Juliana left her mother's home when she was strong enough and able to. Taking to the streets and toughing it rather than spending another minute with the woman who always doubted her, always put her down. It took Juliana a few years to establish herself, selling herself came in handy when needing to make money fast, and despite barely having enough money, she would continue to paint and create new pieces of art.

Juliana now lives in a small apartment in the poor side of town, she doesn't have many things. Just the necessities. Her apartment is crowded with tons of paintings and small sculptures, none of which she thinks are good enough to sell. Peter is a pretty happy go lucky guy for the most part, though he tends to take on the personalities of those he grows close to (part of his fatal flaw). He has always had some sort of identity crisis, never really fitting in anywhere. Any feeling of resentment he felt for his parents were pushed down in him and locked away with a key. He is reckless at times, but he really tries hard not to be. The young man is charming and sweet, always opening the doors for the ladies and helping them out of cars. Sometimes, he can have a temper...it really depends on how far you push him though. Peter has a lot of issues that he's never felt the need to deal with and sometimes this can cloud his happy go lucky personality and turn him into something darker.
History:
Peter grew up without any parents, a nun found him just outside the cathedral with a note stating that the parents couldn't take care of the child and asked for god to watch over him. Peter grew up in a very irish catholic background, being raised since birth in the church's orphanage. He was a warm kind and helpful boy and young man, the sisters of the orphanage called him, "The charmer" because his adorable smile and smooth words could make ANYONE swoon. Peter for the most part was an obedient child, sure he stole a few things, did a few drugs he probably should have done, but all in all the boy was good and pure.

He never really wondered if his parents missed him or if his family even knew he existed...up until he met the Sullivans of course. The young lad was offered to work for them in exchange for not going to prison. Needless to say, the boy was doing something he wasn't suppose to and got caught this time around. He was bailed out and sent to work for the Sullivan family, being guided under James Porter so he doesn't fuck anything up.

History:
The middle of five siblings, Salvatore was never given direct leadership over any of his father's businesses. With Vinnie taking over the Chicago businesses and the second oldest brother, Mario, looking after things in Italy, Salvatore was left to assist. With Vinnie rejecting help from his brothers, Salvatore spent much of his time in Italy.

Ten years ago, he found out his wife, Elisabetta, had been having an affair. He threw the woman out of the family home. The only reason he didn't have her and her new man slaughtered was because she was the mother of his children. He hates the woman with a passion and often speaks with nothing but venom for the woman. While there are many characteristics that the twins share, it is their differences that are most significant. While Junior can have a bravado, a sharpness, and a childishness to his inherent being, he is also the more truly accessible twin. This has positives and negatives. ━ ♚. herstory: she wasn't complete, not without her "younger" - junior is actually older - twin brother. she never knew life without junior. they did everything together, from mimicking each other to sleeping with each other. they knew each other best, nothing would pull them apart, not when juniper was around. she was overprotective of her brother, especially when their so-called mum left them. without a word, juniper took matters into her own hand, being the "mum" her brother needed. she took care of him and that only made their bond closer aside from being twins.

the two would often prank those in their household, becoming each other and making bets on who would be able to tell them apart. for a good while, before puberty, the twins were identical, same height, same eyes, same hair, and same persona. they knew each other from how they walk to how they talked - perfectly impersonating each other to the tee. unfortunately, no one could tell them apart - aside from their father. after puberty, the twins lived in "fear" knowing they would come into their biological make-up and impersonating each other would slowly become harder. however, juniper took it as a challenge.

History: Elias Lawrence Samson was born on Tucson, Arizona, son to Edward and Hillary Samson. Being the only child of a pair of lawyer who where already reaching the age of 40, it came onto to make sure their marriage succeeded and that he took after them. Something that became obvious when he started growing, his parents always being harsh on him, sometimes even disciplining him when he never did anything wrong. When he had reached the age of 8, his parents went to Chicago to visit family members, and it was also the place where he met this girl who he can honestly say has been his only ever friend, something that he never had the chance of having, with his parents strictness, usually leaving him locked on his own room. He was kinda upset that he had to leave her but eventually his parent had to return to work. Cormac can be described as quite cold and rude upon first impression and then you realize that's actually who he is. He is not the nurturing type in any sense, and gets quite awkward around anyone who is upset, he doesn't know what to say or do to console people. If it wasn't for his soft spot for animals and children people would think that he was emotionless or a serial killer.
. He is brutally honest and see's no point in sugar coating his opinion, it doesn't do anyone any favours. Cormac is quite sarcastic and usually has a quick reply to anything thrown his way. He almost constantly displays some level of humorous behavior, and frequently makes light of tense situations
