  Reiko is your studious and hardworking student that has a preppy style with an attitude to match. Though she is mostly friends with the popular group in school and instead of being on the outgoing and in-the-spotlight type like most popular kids are, she is rather subtle and calm, for lack of a better word; prefers to work behind the scenes for she doesn't like much attention drawn to her. She'd rather not get involved and have any unnecessary drama in her life since school is one of her priorities. However, she'll say something when she has something to say and is not afraid to say it; her bark is worse than her bite so to say. She is a perfectionist, confident both physically and mentally, authoritative with important things and things that matter most to her, and she can get annoyed pretty easily if the right buttons are pressed.
  
  Though Reiko is seemingly good-natured and amiable in her own way, you better watch out on her bad days because on those days, she is quite intolerable and blunt though she tries to keep it inside instead of rearing it's ugly head, making her look more cold and distant than ever. She is also quite conceited and self-centered since she is goal-oriented, always putting her needs first before anyone else. When in a situation where she is felt threatened, even she would be the first to admit that she can be quite deceitful when it comes to herself.

  The youngest child of two, Reiko is the only daughter of two parents that make enough to live comfortably. Her parents are in a loveless marriage, seemingly more like a business than a marriage, and it has always been like that all of Reiko's life. Her older brother, Ichiro, is away and not apart of Reiko's life with his bad influence and all. He didn't stand up to the expectations of being the son and firstborn his parents wanted him to be for that was not what he wanted. In actuality, he isn't a bad person after-all. Not that he wanted to anyway, and every now and then they stay in touch over e-mail. So now Reiko has the responsibility of being the perfect and beautiful daughter, and basically new firstborn, rests on her shoulders, and it stresses her a great deal.
  
  Luckily for her, Reiko loves school, even though there are days where that's the last place she'd rather be, the feeling of most students. She is involved in a couple of afterschool clubs, and tries to be the prime example of what a student should be.

Even though he doesn't have many friends he is surprisingly out going and if he tried he could easily become a popular kid but he choses not to. He is usually calm and isn't known for starting fights, but he won't back down from it.

At the same time since he hates getting bore he will become very annoying when he does and is more than willing to prank people. Though he is cool with pranking he doesn't like bullies or unnecessary fight and will interfere.

He lived with his mother who had won him after being divorced with her husband. At the age of ten she died because of a tumor that was found too late. When she passed he was sent to his father who blamed him for his mother death. Since then he was abused daily, but he learned to tough it out and soon didn't care.


He has a hard time making friends since they were always moving from one region of japan to another. As soon as he collected enough money from his part time job he ran away and got an apartment near the school he is currently going to. His father has no clue where he is, and Ryuu plans to keep it that way.

Lelle's normal disposition is cold and silent, not very much for talking to anyone. Or, at least that's what it seems like. Although he tries to push people away and be more independent, he actually does like having company with him. As a dork at heart, he's a person who enjoys seeing others smile and is always willing to stick around if they get past his untrusting gaze.


That is Lelle's major flaw; he has an awfully hard time trusting anyone, and if he's to be friends with anybody, he has to truly see the other's kind intention, or else he remains isolated and intimidating.


Habits:


His main habit is pushing others away from him. To be perfectly honest with himself, he wishes he wasn't so curt on gaining other's trust, and more likely than not beats himself up about pushing others away on a daily basis. As a side note, Lelle tends to have a pen around with him and might bite on the end of it when frustrated or stumped.

Is more of an introvert who likes to keep to themselves, but they don't mind socializing with interesting people or possible friends (aka, you gender them properly, share an interest with them). They try and stick to the positive but if afraid or in panic they can't think clearly and say/do pessimistic or risky things. Although you would expect them to be a cheery helper who wants to assist with things, they're actually pretty lazy most of the time and will try to come up with reasons to not do something, most people might not notice however. As in, no one really falls for it. They love to mess around and are pretty happy most of the time, but is pretty cowardly. They'll talk about how brave they are, but when faced with a real problem- it's likely they'll chicken out. They do have bipolar disorder however, and are often picked on (not beaten, just 'teased' and such) for it. They keep calm on the inside when this happens to them, but really, they stabbed you on the inside 46 times. They might talk to themselves and some people call it creepy, and tends to space off for the reason being that they try to figure out what 'someone' is saying.

They were considered a 'bastard child' since their mother had gotten pregnant with Kou when she slept around in her teens. Because of Kou, her mother was forced to keep them no matter how much she wanted an abortion, and never liked Hikaru for being a 'bothersome needy child'. Years passed, and they lived in poverty and pushed Kou to get good grades but made them extremely unsocial. Eventually in middle school, Kou found out that their mother was going out with a man who deeply loved her, but Kou's mother only went with it because she was a gold digger only after the Man's money. It was very difficult for Kou to try and spend time with their 'father' because Kou's mom would always accuse Kou of being sexuality attracted to the man and having a relationship with them, so Kou could only think of locking themselves up in their room and attending to their studies while silently crying about not being allowed near the one person who understood them. When Kou came out as Agender, their mother began to beat and yell them, trying to change their 'attitude and thought', but eventually gave up and just decided to pretend like Kou didn't exist, only giving them the slightest recognition if they do something that involves the family getting money or recognition for the mother. The father was the only person who accepted Kou's gender, and was there to try and support them-- until he was yet again taken away by Kou's mother and not allowed near them. It completely broke their heart and they dragged on everyday trying to forget about them and telling themselves that they don't need anyone but themselves. Eventually, Kou stopped trying in studying and only went with the flow. They were diagnosed with bi-polar disorder and slight (hearing) schizophrenia, which threw the mom to being abusive again and now only treats Kou like someone to make fun of. When diagnosed, Kou's world spiraled downward. They lost their friends who feared Kou would lash out or have 'moments' that embarrassed them, and Kou stopped trying on their studies. They carry vast knowledge, they've just become too unmotivated to use it anymore.

Hikari is a young woman of average height;Reaching to a height of 5'4 (5'3.5 to be exact). She is also gifted with a rather curvaceous body; A trait that many men are unable to ignore. Inside of school, she follows the dress code policy provided but adding a personal touch to it by wearing dark brown stockings that reaches up to just below her thighs. She also has a habit of keeping her hair in order, combing it properly and taking care of its long, silky form. Her eyes shine a slightly maroon color. Outside of school, however, she prefers perky clothing to match her already cheerful appearance.




Personality:

Never liking a dull moment, Hikari always seek adventure in her life, though her own definition of adventure includes anything as long as its fun, she'd even consider a fight that she started as fun as long as it keeps her occupied. Hikari is noted to be one of the school's iconic figure,though it is mostly thanks to her childish yet flirty way of interacting with others. Aside from this, Hikari is also manipulative and a good liar.   I get that there are a lot of cliche people with depressing backgrounds and stuff, but this one tends to vary from most.
  
  
  She was born to a wealthy family who needed someone to keep their company's family name. They originally wanted a little boy, but received a girl. This changed nothing. Her parents will still joyed to have a new addition to the family no matter the gender.
  
  
  Now, as mentioned before, her family ran a big company which meant they weren't always at home. Tsubasa didn't mind too much since she got to stay with her childhood friend, Seijuro. They spent half of their life together, loving every minute of it. And as the years went by, slowly they began to fall for each other.
  
  
  Everything happened to be going great...well until one day.
  
  
  
  
  
  Tsubasa was stuck staying at school a little bit later to help her teacher with some paperwork. Once finished, she was asked to deliver these papers to a classroom. That's what she did. Her hand slowly opened the door of classroom. Brown eyes widened in shock of what she saw...Seijuro was....cheating on her with some...some other student. Pain shot throughout her body as she witnessed this. With out giving them time to explain, she ran off...slamming the door behind her.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Later that night, Seijuro took a visit to her house in attempts to explain himself. Tsubasa...she didn't listen. She upset, angry, and hurt. She even yelled at him a few times....this hurt Seijuro as well. He knew his mistakes and as much as he tried to say he was sorry, Tsubasa didn't listen.
  
  
  So he left her there. She hadn't seen him for a few days later until it had been broad-casted on the television that Seijuro had died due to committing suicide. This stung worse than being cheated on, and even leaving guilt resting in her. Because of her crude words...he had killed himself, right? She couldn't forgive herself, and importantly, she wasn't going to let anyone else hurt her as much.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Though the school year progressed, she was always known as the girl had been friends with the dead guy. Or even the girl Seijuro cheated on before he died. Since Seijuro was like a popular kid in the school...several students blamed Tsubasa for his death...making her have a hard time speaking with others.

Kevin tries to act as comic relief and lighten the situation whenever necessary. He's not always the best at it, however, and can end up with a lot of people disliking him because of his specific brand of humor. He's a people person and pretty used to being well-liked by most. He tends to be able to understand what he probably should and shouldn't do, but he rarely ever lets that make the decision of what he's going to do for him.

Kevin is a bit dissociative, not connecting events occurring to or around him to himself, grasping and holding onto the less important details of a conversation. He has a kinda morbid love of the process, results and steps of death and decay. He's protective of those he knows and cares about, but will otherwise put his needs above the needs of others and not try to help others or 'save' them from bullying and death. Kevin was also the more outgoing of the two, always trying to help his brother, Martie, make friends. Eventually, when they were in highschool, Kevin was given the opportunity to go to Japan for a year for school, and though it meant leaving all his friends and his twin and learning a whole other language, Kevin jumped at the opportunity, glad to have the chance to make new friends, travel, and have something awesome like living in Japan for a year on his resume.​

He is also quick to make decisions and clears his mind in order to make said decisions. He is very good at studying, finishing his mock exam with ease. He likes to spend his time taking mock exams and doing anything to help him get smarter. Though, Mr. Narukami isn't just smart in the Academic sense. The messy haired lad is very deductive, when he isn't doing mock exams, studying or with his friends (which he also like to do), he is solving cases. Sometimes just mystery video games or sometime real, he has a knack for these sorts of things. He has helped the police solve a few cases in the past and a few other times he took the cases on his own (by himself without informing police) and solving it himself. He loves uncovering the truth and opening up cases. When doing none of the above, Tatsuya likes to be out with his friends and socializing. He isn't the most popular but he's fine with the friends he has and gets along well with the people he wouldn't call his "friend's".

  Sadly, Tatsuya can't be Gary Sue. Alongside the good comes the bad. One of the "Bad" parts of his personality is his apathetic attitude. Along with his passive demeanor, Tatsuya seems to always "conserve energy" and never exerts effort on anything unless absolutely necessary; thus coming off as lazy. Also, because of his attitude, Narukami talks little and seldomly shouts or gets angry. He is pretty quiet and doesn't really talk unless talked to first. He likes to give input on situations but not much beyond that. He isn't always quiet as he does talk but not all to much. Though it isn't all bad as this makes him a good listener. Some say if he talked more and wasn't as lazy he could probably be popular and would for sure have more friends than he does. When he gives input the boy can be blunt. He isn't afraid to call someone an idiot if they deserve it and isn't the kindest when shooting down idea's or theories. He means well but it doesn't always come across as nice. Another thing that's "Bad" about the boy is how he acts under pressure. Sure he is quick to make decisions and clears his mind in order to make said decisions, but. This isn't always the case. In certain situations, like ones that are odd, shocking or have big repercussions. Ryo was born to A middle class mother and father who dearly loved him, and of course, his father was pretty much his best friend. The two would always go to the park to play sports and have fun. Being an only child, all their attention was on young Ryo, and he got used to this lifestyle. Of course, change came when his father started to become extremely focused on his work, and now no longer had anytime to spend with his son. Ryo found discomfort and confusion in this, and started to become very angry and aggressive. At school, Ryo went from the kindest gentleman to someone who made another student cry on a daily basis. All the trouble he got into made his parents upset, which made them more distant, and Ryo even more upset. But there was nothing that could be done. Ryo was now completely isolated, and left to do what he wanted with his friends-- but he still secretly wishes his father would spend time with him.

Due to spending so much time in cancer treatment, Arata is a staunch believer in living life for the moment. Any day could be his last, and he lives life accordingly to this notion. As a result, the boy is a bit impulsive, never holding back an opinion. He’s blunt, and brutally so. However, he isn’t heartless. Arata is a good listener when he wants to be, and if someone has something on their mind, he’ll gladly listen and give advice. He’ll sometimes jokingly say mean things to people, but he tries to make it obvious that he’s joking by "the tone of his voice". Sometimes, however, Arata can be a bit insensitive and bad at reading situations, taking these “jokes” too far. While Arata never intentionally hurts people’s feelings, he sometimes doesn’t know when to stop, thus causing him to be a bit of an insufferable bastard. It’s also not uncommon for the amputee to make jokes about his “stump” and prosthesis. He sometimes can be a bit of a flirt, but it’s mostly harmless.


Arata is terrified that his cancer will come back, and even though it’s unlikely, the thought crosses his mind a lot. He is also an insomniac; it’s not uncommon for him to go an entire night without sleeping. Due to this, Arata will often fall asleep in class.

Arata grew up in a friendly, suburban community with his mother, Rise, and his grandma, Hana. He never knew his father, since the man left before Arata was even born. Rise’s pregnancy was an unexpected one; the couple was young and unmarried. Arata’s father probably felt that he wasn’t ready to take on the responsibility of a child, and broke up with Rise promptly. This irresponsible action hit Rise hard at first, and she panicked at the idea of having to raise a child on her own. While she wouldn’t want to abort her son, she wondered how she could ever support him. However, Hana quickly stepped in and offered to help out in every way she could. Rise was still worried, but she was grateful to have such an understanding mother.


Once Arata was born, Rise’s worries slowly started dissipating. She knew that she couldn’t stay sad forever, and the new member in the household had certainly brought a positive energy into the house. The Yamamoto family wouldn’t let a father’s absence affect them. Instead, they focused on building strong relationships and living life to the fullest.


Arata was an energetic kid. He loved running, getting dirty, and playing outside. Sometimes he could be a bit of a handful, but he always meant well. He had no trouble making friends, and he could get along with most anyone. Arata was a truly happy kid with seemingly not a care in the world. However, everything turned upside down in the summer of seventh grade when Arata started experiencing intense leg pains and swelling around the knee. At first, he tried to shake the pain off as a bruise; nothing more than a result of his active lifestyle. If only that had truly been the case. The pain didn't go away. Soon, it had become so unbearable that he told his grandma and mother, who, upon seeing the swelling, rushed him to the hospital. Several tests later, the doctors came back with devastating news. Osteosarcoma, a type of bone cancer, had developed in Arata’s left leg, and in the fall of seventh grade, he started undergoing chemotherapy.


From that day forward, Arata spent a lot of time alone. The chemotherapy had taken a toll on him. His hair had fallen out, and he never felt hungry. The doctors said it was working, but Arata felt so miserable. His grades were falling behind since he was absent so often. It got so bad that he started having a personal tutor teach him. Arata and his friends grew distant. None of them really contacted him, but he didn’t really contact any of them either. Rise and Hana were always there for him, though, and for that he was grateful. Certainly the treatment wasn’t cheap, but they never complained. All they wanted was for him to be better again. Arata was on multiple drugs-- methotrexate, doxorubicin, and cisplatin. None of it was fun, but it must have been working because four cycles of chemotherapy later, the doctors told him the the tumour was small enough to surgically remove. While Arata was a bit terrified by the idea of surgery, he wanted to get rid of the cancer more than anything. He wanted to go back to his friends and his active lifestyle. It was with a little bit of hesitation that he agreed to undergo the surgery.


Fast forward a few weeks later, and the surgery was an alleged success! Arata was officially in remission. As long as he had regular check-ups to make sure the cancer wouldn’t return, he could somewhat return to his normal lifestyle. Of course, the long-term side effects would be there, but he would be able to go to school and see his friends again. At first, Arata spent a lot time being terrified that his cancer would return. However, as the years went by, he gradually started to relax again. His hair grew back, and while he would never be the same person as he was before, he actually started feeling happy again. But, of course, as soon as Arata started feeling remotely like himself again, the doctors found another growth of the cancer cell during a regular check-up. The news hit the Yamamoto family hard, and Arata felt his entire world crumble. He would have to go through those months of hell all over again. Except, this time, the treatment didn’t seem to be doing anything. If anything, the cancer was spreading more rapidly than it ever had before. Regular surgery wouldn’t be an option; the growth had spread too far. Arata was fifteen when the doctors told him that his only other option would be to get the leg amputated.


At first the thought horrified Arata. How could he possibly bear it? His leg would be gone; a limb that he used for so many daily activities.. His family tried to be supportive and encouraging, telling him that the prosthetic limbs had gotten quite high-tech recently. No matter how “high-tech, though”, the thought of losing a leg absolutely terrified Arata. The amputation would be above-the-knee, and the doctors assured him that he would be completely safe. After several nights of thinking and the realization that his other option was probably death, the boy went through with it.


The first few months that followed the operation were like hell-- physically and emotionally. Arata never realized how much he loved having two legs until one was gone. He felt completely bereft, as if he had lost someone close to him. His lost a lot of self-esteem, and to top it off he started feeling pains in the missing leg, even though it wasn’t there. The doctors told him that this was a common side-effect of amputation, and that it was usually referred to as a “phantom limb pain”. His family was there to comfort him and support him, and without them Arata was sure that he would have fallen into a severe depression. While he was indeed feeling grief from the loss of his limb, he forced himself to adapt. At first it was hard getting used to the limb and he visited therapy three times a week to try and cope. Eventually, however, Arata grew relatively used to life with the false limb, and even became a bit attached it it.

Satoshi has dark blonde hair with orange roots that curve around his head. It's rather messy and not kept in top condition, but that is just the way Satoshi likes it. He rather not waste too much time on personal looks when he could be worrying about other things in life. Which is why he really doesn't care about the clothing people see him in. Although most people only see him in his uniform anyways.
