Personality traits
Self-serving and self-centered, Taako represents the Elves' aloofness is spades. If it doesn't concern him, he doesn't care. Taako thinks very highly of himself and his abilities (not without good reason), and as such often sees things as being beneath him. He routinely lies, steals, and swindles his way through life, avoiding combat out of concern for his own skin rather than any moral reasoning. Taako also has a habit of antagonizing others, needling and heckling for shits and giggles. Though don't mistake his self-confidence for stupidity; he's quite aware of his rough edges and status as a squishy wizard. He knows when to pick his fights and when to go with the flow.
Taako is incredibly wary to trust anyone, but those who do manage to earn it will find a loyal ally and perhaps even a good friend.
Biological Powers and Abilities
Being an elf, Taako has Dark Vision, which allows him to see very clearly in dim lighting and fairly decently in pitch darkness, as well as not needing to sleep, instead going into short trance-like states in order to rest. He is also phenomenally beautiful.
Special Powers and Abilities
Access to a wide array of spells and magic, due to being a high-tier wizard. (There's a lot of spells in D&D, so [here] is a list of what he's at least used before). Taako is also a stellar chef, able to whip up great meals with or without the help of magic. His specialty is pastries.
Tools/Weapons/Equipment
The Umbra Staff, a magical conduit for, uh, magic, in the shape of an umbrella. It has the potential to absorb the energy of defeated sorcerers, and can gain passive effects onto itself. Also, like, a ton of magic items (again, see [here]._

Taako's story is one that you've no doubt heard countless times before;
Orphaned at a young age, twin sister and he passed around uncaring relatives, ran away to join circuses and mercs, eventually got hired to join an interstellar expedition using a mysterious energy force from beyond their universe (The Light), saw their own universe swallowed by a massive black entity (The Hunger), engaged in a 100 year long cycle of landing in other universes to find The Light before The Hunger could, at one point found a giant memory-eating creature called the Voidfish, ended up in one universe very similar to their homeworld, decided to split The Light into pieces to keep The Hunger at bay in this new world, turned the pieces of Light into amazing relics of extreme power, scattered the relics across the world, saw their relics used for suffering and destruction, ended up getting their memories erased by one of their own members to help them handle the guilt of their actions, started a cooking show called "Sizzle It Up with Taako", got framed for poisoning a whole town of people, ran off to start a life of adventuring with two of his old crew members (none of them remembered being such, of course), got hired into an organization created to destroy their relics (ran by the one who originally wiped their memories), did all that, found out about his past, remembered his dead twin sister and brought her back to life (long story), then teamed up to beat The Hunger once and for all. Oh, and he also discovered the mystical existence of the taco.

Short bio: G-Man is a mysterious Entity who is "paid" to alter reality for his "Employers" personal gain. G-man does whats best for himself, and only looks out for his own personal gain, with zero exceptions. It is unknown if he is Mortal or not but can be stopped for a breif moment by the Vortigaunt.

Its gonna be a mix of both personalities (prison weather and heavy weather) so: Eccentric and Mellow. Weather is almost emotionless when it comes to expressing his feelings, coming out as aloof or careless even though it could be the other way around (strong emotions do reflect on his expressions though). He has the habit of getting very close to people when speaking to them or trying to grab their attention, usually whispering into their ears. He has a strong sense of justice - Yet he still behaves in an "sinister" way when pissed off, going to extremes on testing his powers on those who bother him, only for his own amusement.
Biological Powers and Abilities (i.e. Underwater breathing, super hearing, flight): Slightly bit more stronger and faster than an avarage (fit) male.
Special Powers and Abilities (i.e. magic, elemental manipulation, telepathy): A Stand is an entity psychically generated by its owner, referred to as a Stand User. It generally presents itself as a figure hovering over or near the user and possesses abilities beyond that of an ordinary human, which, depending on the Stand User, can be wielded for good or evil. Stand name: WEATHER REPORT / Stand attack: HEAVY WEATHER: His stand allows him to control weather or the atmosphere on a great degree (will be nerfed cause his stand is too broken canonwise).
Tools/Weapons/Equipment: None, just what is seen on the picture.
Short bio: [SPOILERS AHEAD] Weather Report, also known as Domenico Pucci, is the middle sibling from a wealthy family from Miami, Florida; who was taken away by another woman who swapped her own deceased child minutes after his birth, living a different life than his siblings, who believed he was born dead next to his brother, Enrico Pucci. Due to certain problems, Weather and his brother Enrico became enemies, the last one taking the "memories" of Weather using his stand. When Weather Report managed to get his memories back he regained his full stand powers.
Other info: Weather is 1'90m tall, has slighty tanned/light brown skin and icy blue eyes.
Here are two pics of his stand, full reference and how it usually appears beside Weather ( HERE is how his voice sounds like ).

Personality traits: Kind, Sweet, nerdy, and polite/proper.
Biological Powers and Abilities: I don't know where exactly this falls under bc vampire abilities don't count as like. "Magic" but he has Enhanced strength and speed, can turn invisible for up to 20 minutes once per day, and can use a Mist Form that increases his speed by 30% and allows him to go through spaces a solid being cannot, as long as the barrier he is passing through isn't solid material. Can also be forced out of Mist Form by being his in the center of mass. He also knows alchemy, as in potion making.
Special Powers and Abilities (i.e. magic, elemental manipulation, telepathy): knows restoration magic.
Tools/Weapons/Equipment: portable alchemy kit, his flask (of blood), a restoration staff, some alchemy reagents.
Short bio: fennorian is the adopted son of Count Verandis Ravenwatch, head of house Ravenwatch. They are a clan of friendly vampires, who take no blood by force, help others, and curtails the acts of hostile vampires. I'm not gonna say more bc greymoor is still pretty new and spoilers and shit.
