history

Backstory: Tamara Irving was raised by a single father in Detroit. She was never graced with excessive wealth. Oddly enough, it never really seemed to come up. Everyone else around him was just as broke, so it was the norm. Nobody harassed one another for being poor. It was an odd sort of unity between people, everyone supporting one another as best they could with what they had to work off of. Tamara was bright and eager to learn, held back only by her living conditions.
Adept with the art of sound at an early age, Tamara developed a specific interest in producing electronic music. After receiving a keyboard for her thirteenth birthday, she began creating her own beats. They slowly grew in complexity. It was clear her understanding of musical concepts was ahead of most others her age.
In high school, Tamara became the Dallas we all know, a young man with a mature attitude and incredible musical skills. He managed to make a semi-decent amount of money selling records on Bandcamp under the name North Dallas, where he made electronic experimental hip-hop with a bit of rap thrown in. (The actual rap was usually done by friends of his due to his own voice dysphoria.) He was accepted into Howard by scholarship, which he applied for during his last year of high school.

the states - famed for their quality products and its sheer variety - rohan was already placed as the successor of the business and the family fully expecting that he would be able to branch out and improve upon the business. even at a young age, he was introduced to paperwork as he was often brought over to the office whenever they had time. of course, that didn't mean that rohan wasn't interested. oh, he was very interested. even at a young age, his mind for business had already been showing. people often joke that it runs in the grant blood. however, along with the expectations placed on rohan, it affected his overall attitude to group works. he's usually a good leader and people usually do not have any complaints... until he begins to pretty much micromanage everything so things go as planned. he has nothing but good intentions but it has irritated many people to the point where rohan has been seen doing the work by himself. and he is willing to take up all of the jobs if it meant that everything would be perfect. rohan had always excelled in school, having been taught in and out of school. so when he had been accepted to howard university, his parents simply expected that from him. it was a prestigious school - just like the ones that his parents had attended. though, as they say, it was good to branch out so they hadn't forced him to their alma mater. there were many things he was sure to learn in the university - but he never forgot to branch out. to make more friends. and he found himself in alpha phi alpha fraternity. it was a good way to be able to connect with other people, and he does admit that they helped him through the times when he falls short upon the rules he had placed on himself. there have been little problems that happened throughout rohan's life, aside from a few bumps and hiccups here and there as well as some problems that were more self-inflicted than coming from the environment. rohan is well aware that his life has been cruising smoothly so far but he doesn't think of the past very much. he looks towards the future - and he intends to bring the saying of the alpha phi alpha fraternity throughout his entire
