As far as I know, it's just a reprint of what was in the Storyteller's Companion, but I've never actually seen it.

But...everyone HATES the MoH rules. Who'd BUY that? :shock:

They are make because nobody will want to buy the Storytellers Companion anymore as the only thing that has not been redone and reprinted are the MoH rules.


I find the Mandate of Heaven rules extremely complicated to get a handle on, but rather useful as a concept, and it works a lot easier when you first start using them.
