The infamous tall tale of the mythical horned beast has been told for a millennia; the great story of the unicorn. The was once a noble idolized animal has now turned into but only bed time stories full of riddled with make-believe and fantasy. When in reality they're just as real and you and I. The tale begins in Swan's Grove, a small town surrounded by famous forestry. A place where the snow never falls, the trees stay green, the flowers stay in bloom, the rivers never dry, animals cloaked, and eternal beauty. It's been nicknamed the "Unicorn's Forest" for years. The anomaly started small but as time passed it slowly grew into the small town's theme and tourist attractions. The forest has been widely explored in a hunt for answers but is still full of mystery until now.
After taking a walk down memory lane watching "The Last Unicorn" it made me want to make a thread but with a bit of a twist. It's a secret to the public but the Government has been actively seeking out Unicorns to be subject of study, experimented on, limits tested, trying to harness the abilities from a range of healing to understanding immortality pressured to find answers to finding how to spread it to humankind. The endless amounts of money that could be brought in paying for your own personal immortality, eliminating paralyzation, the endless amounts of cures they believe is possible with extensive amounts of experimenting and study. As time goes on the number progressively dwindles as humankind drains the life out of all the pureness of the world. (I would love hearing ideas to be added or reworked, this is all kind of a work in progress) There comes a certain point where she'll have to leave her forest for the sake of rescuing the rest of her kind. Try as she might she would never be able to conquer her quest as her true self, versus morphing into a human. Which is something that could very much kill her if to much time passes or crippling herself unable to heal her own wounds. I was thinking your character (Male) would enter into the situation as a type of Silvologist, professionally studies biological science of studying forests and woodlands, incorporating the understanding of natural forest ecosystems and their lives collide forever changing each other's lives to help conquer a common enemy. Feel free to shut this down since it's your character but perhaps centuries in the past a descendant fell into a similar situation took place and the pair stayed together as mortals and somewhere in the bloodline runs the slightest bit of distant unicorn heritage and at a certain point she might be able to turn him into a fantasy being because of this but it almost kills her. I DON'T KNOW like I said, a lot is a work in progress and I would love to plot this out with someone
I don't have many "demands" but since I'm an adult anything romance I prefer to RP with people who at 18+. I also request at least a paragraph per reply, I do priories quality over quantity but I need something to work with. I usually write a series of multiple paragraphs. I don't have any issues with swearing of gory situations threads. If you have any boundaries let me know so we can work with it and I honor those boundaries. PM me if interested
