A arrow flew and sindged the air around it, as it came to stop in a massive wooden door. This warning was soon greeted, as the sound of the loud cannon fire could be heard from the strong walls of the fort against the mountain.
It was a long and feverish war, we lost our technologies and in a last ditch attempt, the leaders of the world met in peace for the first, and last time. There was much debate, but in the end, a decision was made, and the governments used the world's fleeting resources to launch the strongest native cultures in the world, and prayed that the ship would find a new home, before the great fortress was stormed by the now iron-aged population, and the secret knowledge was lost.
Only a few of the ships reach their destination. Only the center and most powerful were even able to survive on this harsh new planet. These people rarely mixed, and those that did were disregarded by all as the enemy, so many more people died and only the most original and strong survived.
Among their wars, 12 empires (known as the 12G(reat)) were able to rise and control the world, nobody survived one of these great countries wraith. It's been centuries now, and we have decided to call upon you, the magic people to fight against these nations, and free the world once again.
