Interested. I read all the threads related to this RP and it's all very interesting, but it fails to mention the actual plot..

Hm, I kinda failed to mention it. I apologize for that factor. The plot will be decided upon the makeup and professions of the character joining in. The government is rather corrupted in this and needs to be disposed of in order to provide a better existence inside the walls, so if most are rebels this way would factor in as a major point. If we have researchers of the virus and the like, I assume a possible goal would be to try to cure the afflicted. I want this to be open ended, altough it will have a plot factoring into it.
I have more information in mind, I just am bad at describing it.

I'm actually fine with any types. People usually convey their characters in whatever way they can, and sometimes they can't find one that looks how they want it to look like. In a way, that makes drawings fine to me as well.

Vaguely interested. But I'm unsure if you'd want me in your play... (I'm difficult to deal with) The setup looks intriguing enough, but I need more data on the socio-political climate and the technological advancements as far as medical and human augmentation go before considering a character. In addition I note that you have your citizens stuck in a caste system with a job-lottery, comically amusing as that is, how does your society have it's military set up? Is it born military? How are your societies police forces set up? What about your higher castes protection? You wouldn't allow random selection to hire your leaders children's protectors, you'd find the most bloodthirsty, violent people you can control and pay them as well as needed to keep your offspring safe in even the most corrupt societies. That or you clone super-soldiers without real thought processes. The holes I can fill in here are kind of scary... hm... *strokes beard thoughtfully*

Nobody is too much of a handful for me, I've had plenty of experience with people thus far. Socio-political climate is that the individual isn't all that valued, rather society as a whole. In many ways it's rather socialist and is run by the most powerful members of society, with some being more higher on that ladder than the main class. Each sector of the city is divided on how powerful your family is in this society, with the poorest/rowdy members of society being displaced to the slums (S-3) and the most powerful/loyal members being placed in (S-2) and (S-1). Each member is assigned a job, and with this job comes housing rights in one of the districts. With the job you do you get tickets, which can be used on either food or luxury items depending on if your sector has it. (S-3 lacks many luxury items but deals in black market trading. S-2 has restaurants, shops, car dealerships, etc. S-1 has everything you could imagine in a utopian society, as it is way above the other sectors on that factor.) The military is by draft or by personal choice if you don't want the job you were given. If born into a military family however, you are more likely to be drafted than that of a random individual from a S-3 slum.
Police forces are made up of selective military personnel chosen by the sectoral police chief. To become a police officer you must be chosen for the position, no random tickets are dispersed for it. Protection for the higher-ups is made up by military guards, much like how presidents are protected today. Instead of a random draw from the military however, these operatives must demonstrate their loyalty in order to be chosen for the position through a series of grueling tests/procedures. Imagine how knights were chosen in medieval times, but apply it to today.
