I have one more question: Why can't we even care about someone without having the gouvernament permission? Besides, in a socialist regime, the proletarian have control over their nation and there's no division of the people based on power (or money, obviously), so, why all that? Just curious

At a certain age, you are assigned a job. The job gives you tickets, and with tickets you can rent a house. With a higher selected job, you can use the tickets for luxury items. You have to save up quite awhile though, so the higher skilled ones get better ticket pay. The workforces are organized into categories, which are in locations tab.
I used socialist because it isn't all about the individual in this society. Without someone doing their assigned job, the city would collapse, and the reason you cannot care for anyone without permission is so you don't grow attached to anyone, preventing love to bloom. If you want to meet someone, ask an official or peace officer. It only takes a second out out of your time.

Or.. I won't have a CS built a few hours after I posted that. Sorry, I am still interested in it, I just have my time invested in the development of another RP and I'm balancing quite a few other things IRL. If this starts without me, I'll make a character and hop in when I've got the time. But right now, I don't have a for sure time when a CS will be built.
