We're going the hero army route to make things easier to follow, but we should be able to split up later

Oh, and by the way, Chachalotte , I was thinking of having my character be a Forgeborn: Semi artificial beings created by [something that we can settle on]. They are skilled blacksmiths and crafters, and have a high magical affinity, although only few of them can actually manifest it.

My original idea is that an ancient race created them to be mere servants, but a disease claimed the lives of that race, before the Forgeborn were fully developed. Ages later, they woke up from their cocoons and started to explore, eventually settling in villages and cities. Since they are only half "bred", they can't reproduce normally, needing to make the same procedure to reproduce. They can easily pass as human, if they can hide the glowing core on their chests, the source of their life and motion. They can rebuild lost limbs, but once the core is detached from their body or severely damaged, they die.
