Brenda has a very bubbly personality. She's very friendly, and loves a good laugh. She's always trying to put a smile onto someones face, and she loves to give others a helping hand. She's also very childish, and absolutely adores kittens (its gotten to the point where she tries to be like them as much as she possibly can).


She may seem to be all fun and games, but Brenda is also short-tempered. If you get on her nerves, you can either get the silent treatment, or your eyeballs scratched out. She does whine sometimes, and might cry if phased enough. She truly is a big baby, but that's what most people love about her.


Brenda sometimes gets these random bursts of confidence and passion, which almost always lead to some type of adventure. Whether it's trashing a grocery store or jumping around in a public fountain, you're bound to have a good time. Never one to participate in conflict herself, she considers herself to be a pacifist, using only carefully chosen words in defense. Along with being the self-proclaimed hippie, some also look to her as a mediator; quite possibly for her impeccable listening skills and unfaltering empathy. Though she holds true to never resorting to violence, she has a quick wit and her words have a tendency to hold even greater power. That is, when she chooses to speak up.


For the majority of the time, she's relatively quiet, finding the confidence and comfort needed to speak primarily around her closest friends/family. With them, she could almost be mistaken for the 'social butterfly' type... If it weren't for the mix of good and bad days she tends to have. She doesn't like people who think they can get away with things because in the end she will find out and there will be consequences. You can try and get her upset but she is a very calm person...unless you want a death wish.   Colin grew up in a strict, religious household where the teachings of the Bible were followed to the letter. Like many religious families, such a belief system left no room for a tolerance of homosexuality. He knew that he was always different growing up. He didn’t act like other boys, he had more fun watching The Little Mermaid than playing with G.I. Joes, and his mother even found him trying on his sister’s clothing! This caused people to raise questions, and it even led to him being teased relentlessly in middle school.
  
  
  He was shown no mercy. He was called every name under the sun, from “I'm uncultured” and “queer” to even more unpleasant pejoratives. One day, one of his bullies snapped a picture of him kissing another boy, and that’s when all hell broke loose in his life. The picture was posted to Facebook and sent to his parents. To say the least, they were mortified. They cried, screamed (sometimes at him), and called him an abomination for many years. Being who he is, Colin yelled back, and since that time a searing wound had formed between him and his parents that has still yet to fully heal.
  
  
  It was also during this time that he found he found his flamboyant side. It all started when he heard “Vogue” by Madonna. He loved the song, and sought out more like it. He discovered musicians like Cher, Whitney Houston, Cyndi Lauper, and Lady Gaga. He also found his passion in life - fashion. He would often steal his mother’s Vogue magazines and go through them. He would also go on various LGBT forums on the internet to find people like him. For once in his life, he didn’t feel so alone. He also started making friends in school, which led to him making the amazing friends he has today.
  
  
  Eventually, his parents learned to accept him, yet they still felt deep shame and disappointment towards their child. This left Colin feeling deeply hurt and inadequate, yet it was through the support of his friends that he was able to get back on his feet. These days, his friends feel more like family to him than his actual family does. He has been able to be himself around them, which brought respite to his mental health. Despite this, he still tries to please them to alleviate their feelings of disappointment. He has aspired to be a lawyer like his father, and he figured he would be good at it anyways. This is despite the fact that he wants to make it into the fashion industry. It is his passion after all, and he has even posed for a few magazines to show for it. He knows his parents would never approve, and so he has forsaken his dream in order to mend the shards of his broken relationship.

Lucas is tall and muscular with a defined jawline, high cheekbones, and broad shoulders. His hair is a short faded brown color and his eyes are a piercing green color. He is usually clean-shaven, although sometimes he does have a stubble and soft pillow-like lips. He has a charming smile and carries himself with an air of confidence, making him a very handsome man. Furthermore, because he enjoys working out, he has defined biceps, a toned six-pack, and a muscular chest.


His usual attire is pretty casual, as it consists of a polo t-shirt, long khaki pants, and sperry's. If it is warm outside, he'll wear khaki shorts instead as well as vans shoes. If the weather is cold, he will most likely wear his typical black leather jacket. Finally, he has a tattoo of falling leaves on his back. (see History for meaning)

Therefore, he hosts many parties at his house, since his parents are usually gone on the weekends for business trips, eventually being known as the Party Animal.


Furthermore, he has a strong intuition and often makes decisions with his heart rather than his mind. Cheerful, easy-going, and playful, Lucas is a huge people-pleaser, always putting the needs of others before his own. He is caring and loyal to his friends, always willing to help out those he cares about and becoming quite protective of them. He hopes to travel the world some day and experience all the different types of culture that the world has to offer.


HISTORY:


Lucas grew up with two happy parents in an upper-middle class family. When he was 5, his mother gave birth to two twin sisters, to the family's delight. However, when he was 13, one of his 8-year old little sisters was diagnosed with leukemia and died six months later. As a result, Lucas got a tattoo of falling leaves on his back because he and his sister used to go to the park together to watch the leaves fall once autumn hit. After his younger sister's death, the entire family became extremely protective over the twin sister and feared that she too would be diagnosed with leukemia.


Because this tragic death occurred at the beginning of his adolescence, it took him a long time to recover from the emotional toll. He began to resort to drinking and smoking as a way to escape his inner turmoils, often getting wasted at many parties. This was how the beginnings of his stereotype began to take form, but only his close friends know the true story as to why he began to act that way. Through the support of his family and friends, the death has made him realize how precious and short his life really is. Although he has recovered from the emotional pain, he continues to fulfill his stereotype by partying and drinking. However, he now does it for fun rather than to avoid his problems.

Lucas cannot be more excited for this road trip as he has been looking forward to this his entire last semester. Because he is graduating and going off to college, he cannot wait to finally throw down one last time with all his friends. He will be sure to bring all the alcohol he can and make sure that everyone has a good time.





WHAT HE PLANS TO DO AFTER THE ADVENTURE:


Lucas will attend the local state university where he will party it up even more and take it up a notch. He plans to major in Music Business & Management, as he hopes to start his own music production company in the future.

  Garnet is just what her stereotype is. The Rebel. She doesn't follow the riles and dislikes it when people tell her what to do. She goes by her own rules and doesn't let what people think of her let her down. She has a real bad tendency of beig sarcastic, she literally does not care if a person starts to break down crying right in front of her. It actually shows that she broke them from the inside out. She doesn't like people who think they can get away with things because in the end she will find out and there will be consequences. You can try and get her upset but she is a very calm person...unless you want a death wish. Don't make her upset, she carries weapons on her for safety reasons but she does have a permit for it as well.
  
  
  On the other side, Garnet is a very kind and actually caring person to be around. If you give her the respect she deserves you will most definitely get it back in return. She loves animals to her hearts content and will anything in her power to save all of them. If you are one of her real close friends she will open up to you more and she will actually help a friend with a problem. She has fears like everyone else but she decides to keep those to her and her only. Garnet is a real good friend to have. She may be rough on the outside but on the inside she's warm and sweet.

  Furthermore, he has a strong intuition and often makes decisions with his heart rather than his mind. Cheerful, easy-going, and playful, Lucas is a huge people-pleaser, always putting the needs of others before his own. He is caring and loyal to his friends, always willing to help out those he cares about and becoming quite protective of them. He hopes to travel the world some day and experience all the different types of culture that the world has to offer.
  
  
  HISTORY:
  
  
  Lucas grew up with two happy parents in an upper-middle class family. When he was 5, his mother gave birth to two twin sisters, to the family's delight. However, when he was 13, one of his 8-year old little sisters was diagnosed with leukemia and died six months later. As a result, Lucas got a tattoo of falling leaves on his back because he and his sister used to go to the park together to watch the leaves fall once autumn hit. After his younger sister's death, the entire family became extremely protective over the twin sister and feared that she too would be diagnosed with leukemia.
  
  
  Because this tragic death occurred at the beginning of his adolescence, it took him a long time to recover from the emotional toll. He began to resort to drinking and smoking as a way to escape his inner turmoils, often getting wasted at many parties. This was how the beginnings of his stereotype began to take form, but only his close friends know the true story as to why he began to act that way. Through the support of his family and friends, the death has made him realize how precious and short his life really is. Although he has recovered from the emotional pain, he continues to fulfill his stereotype by partying and drinking. However, he now does it for fun rather than to avoid his problems.

Personality: Hikaru is a fairly laid back person. He enjoys drawing in the manga style in his free time since that's his main subject matter. He acts like a token nerd as well, often growing very excited when certain works or shows come up in conversations. Hikaru often enjoys hopping into conversations as well. He's a great listener and makes sure to defend his friends. Hikaru also gets lost in thought very often.. Though he rarely discloses what he thinks about.


Likes: Books, anime, listening to others, artwork ( any kind ), Ouji and Lolita fashion, and cats.


Dislikes: Extreme weather, dirt, when tall people hold things over his head, and getting lost.


Fears: Being isolated somewhere on his own, losing touch with his friends, and spiders

Alaric: "Alaric is pretty cool. We aren't super close, but we talk about art and stuff sometimes."


Aston: "Ashton's a really funny guy! He makes great jokes and we get along great! We met over the summer, so it was good to see a familiar face when school started back up."

Other: he's extremely talented with drawing anatomy and people. His best subject matter would be realism, but he quickly grows bored when drawing in that style since it's less of a challenge for him. He's fair with perspective and background as well. He only ever draws settings with people. The comic he works on is meant to be one of the group adventure.
