Hello! This is the CS for the futuristic superhero RP I'm doing! Not many rules. These characters can be very powerful, about on par with the members of the Justice League, but not Superman levels of power. Characters get their powers from implants salvaged from alien technology. They vary from rewiring your brain so that you're basically a supercomputer, to generating a field that allows the user to bend time and space to move at extremely high speeds. Go wild, really.

Personality Report:
Alan is a born leader, through and through. Kind, caring, open-minded, and light-hearted, Alan was quite literally born for his role as leader of The Knights. His "father" was the original leader of The Knights, who he gets his alias from. He believes in traditional values, like duty, honor, freedom, and equality, and believes that humanity can one day be at peace.

Background:
Alan was not born in the traditional sense, like most people. Alan was grown in a test tube using the DNA from the at the time leader, Harry Jones, AKA Blur. Alan was raised in an underground facility, where he was given the same implants his father had to make him a suitable replacement for the leader of The Knights. Harry was getting old, so Alan was taught everything he needed to know to lead the team, and soon showed the potential to pass his father in terms of his powers. When he was just 21, he was forced to take over as leader after his father died of cancer caused by over use of his powers. He was married to one of his fellow heroes, Interface, a year ago, and they're still happily married.

Powers:
Saying Alan goes fast is like saying getting kicked in the nuts isn't a great feeling. It describes it on a base level, but it grossly oversimplifies it. Alan's implants work by bending time and space to allow him to run at unbelievably high speeds, possibly even light speed. It comes at a cost, though. Overuse of his powers can not only cause immediate physical problems, but eventually cause him to develop an incurable form of cancer like his father. He once dropped a pen in The Knights HQ in New York, ran to Philadelphia, got a sandwich, and got back to drop the pen when it only moved a few inches to the ground.

Due to his childhood, Roh-V suffers from lack of emotional development, resulting in apathetic almost psychopathic tendencies which are softened by basic understandings and exhibitions of feeling - something he's still receiving therapy for. Nevertheless, if you manage to get past his initial socially awkward and detached shell, one might find Jack has a wicked sense of dark humour and dry sarcasm. For what is assumed, on the contrary, his intelligence is highly linked to patterns. Thus if you ask him to solve a pattern based puzzle, he'd complete it within seconds. This is incredibly to his advantage in data collection, programming, and memory. Fiver is loyal, courageous and caring. He'll die for his colleagues and most certainly those he calls his friends. But in reality, after spending so much of his life being ordered around and kept hidden, he can often be almost childlike with his curiosity and inept at functioning in society.

Background:
Rho-V was an orphan, moments after birth being discarded in a nearby Catholic nunnery located somewhere in Northern Ireland. Only a few weeks old, he was selected for a government program with no name, no family, and nobody to stop them. Raised and continually brainwashed from a young age with propaganda, the program hoped to test how behaviour and emotion could be controlled by various factors. Or that's what the government said to cover their true intentions up, making it seem as if after the tests all children would be given good homes and happy parents. A luxury only afforded to some who failed expectations. Genetically, Rho-V was incredibly healthy with a stronger than average immune system for his age due to an overproduction of white blood cells, commonly found in high altitude communities. It was this resistance, coupled with excellent reaction to the stimuli of the experiments that led to stage 2. The bundle of joy that had been a baby boy, would never see the light of day again. Not until he was in his twenties. Rho-V would be buried beneath files, and his identity - the scraps of papers from the orphanage who spoke of an unknown infant male - were burnt and put to rest with a death certificate announcing he'd died of the common 'cot-death' inexplicably. It was that day he ceased to exist.

The boy was practically dismantled from within his own mind, and as soon as he was old enough, fitted with high tech implants which provided him with the ability to teleport. Yet giving him a power was the first step; training with the SAS and MI6 as well as overseas in Africa, Nepal, China, Russia, and Korea. Rotated through the militaries, he became better progressively till there was no environment he couldn't acclimatise to, no tricks he didn't know. Nevertheless, he was always more inclined to a stealthy approach.

Rho-V was trained for government operations as the arms races of the future continued between economic giants, reaching for the things they thought represented the future. And Rho-V was that. He began life as an unofficial assassin, working beside military intelligence and unspoken of sectors of parliament to quell terrorist groups and coups in the commonwealth, as well as spy on foreign governments and domestic threats. Or murder, in some cases. Due to being emotionally stunted, apathetic, and constantly in a state of fury or depression, Rho-V was designated as unstable and unfit for duty half-way through his initial deployments after an assassination gone wrong - where he not only murdered the diplomatic target, but his wife, child, and house staff. The bodies were mutilated in passionate rage.

Placed in confinement, Rho-V escaped at the age of 25. Initially a vendetta, his breakdown left him vulnerable and on the brink of suicide. Yet, turning himself into the UN, he was rehabilitated.

Rho-V has never been seen without his gas mask, some speculate he has facial disfigurements, or a face too recognisable it'd endanger him after the ambassador fiasco. Although his biography makes people wary around Rho-V, he's one of the best. And under heavy scrutiny from the UN after finding his break in joining The Knights, hoping to prove himself as more than what his past dictates. His alias stems from his real name 'Rho-V' meaning 'R-5' in Greek alphabet and Roman numerals. Jack, means 'Five Pound' in some English slang, 'Of Diamonds' coming from his reputation of tough attitude and inability to be put down for long. 'Fiver', speaks for itself.


Powers:
Teleportation - While unable to teleport halfway around the world, he can make a series of jumps from place to place; an ideal method of getting to locations quickly. He can only teleport places he's previously seen or can currently see. Nevertheless, he needs rest between bursts and longer distances take more out of him. Overuse of this causes black-outs and nosebleeds.
Stealth - Although not really touched upon, his stealth abilities are passive. Sometimes people simply don't see him in a room or walking from place to place. It's this natural element of incognito that pads his abilities as an assassin/stealth fighter.

Appearance: Blonde hair flows from her crown like liquid gold, serving to enhance her ice blue eyes. A singular scar runs through her right eyebrow, over her eyelid, and reaches halfway down her cheek, pulling her lip into a permanent smirk.

Religion: Asatru

Personality Report: Freyja, for the most part, is a silent woman, almost always seen smiling. Though that is in part due to her facial scar. Kind and caring despite her outward appearance, she can oft be seen with children, acting as a mother or sister figure, keeping them safe. Though hard to anger, once provoked, she is a force to be reckoned with that many of ill will seek to avoid.

Background: Freyja's background is as unknown to any known source as it is to those that befriend her. It is apparently very tragic, as whenever it is brought up, she can become either extremely depressed, or incredibly violent, undergoing severe PTSD. No known trusted associates known.

Powers:
Metal Manipulation: For any metals that Freyja comes into physical contact with, she can manipulate into any form she desires, even crafting complicated mechanisms such as fire arms. Her proficiency however is melee weaponry and armors.

Electrical kinetic capabilities: Not much is known on this ability for Freyja, as she is still adapting and learning to control this developing ability. As far as she knows, when she comes into contact with electrical sources, she is able to enhance her own energy level, or imbue others, and their weaponry. She has also learned that should she come into contact with pressure points and arteries, she can cripple her opponent by shutting down that location.

Muscular Manipulation: Freyja's first known power. Through trials of combat, and genetic enhancements from alien tech, she had discovered that herr size was her biggest asset in combat. Already built like a giant MMA fighter, she could enhance her physical attributes incredibly, and if taken care, to little harm of herself when pushed. Her muslce become like corded steel, her strength pushing her to be able to bend massive girders and punch through heavy armor vehicles at full use.


I am not sure how to use the die, but this is my character thus far. I have to go for the night, But I will be back on tomorrow. I will reply as soon as possible to any criticism and work with you on it

Personality Report: Perhaps a bit too passionate, Sunny wears her emotions on her sleeve and she doesn't have a problem voicing her opinion on a matter. However she's been working on her personal filter, when to just drop a matter, and to try and not be so jaded/pessimistic. She can be impulsive, especially when it comes to matters of right or wrong or even when she feels she's been slighted. However around people she likes or friends, she can be a good friend if not a bit crude when she makes jokes.

Background: It was more an act of petulance than patriotism that made Dandan Sun sign up for government testing. Second born and always in the shadow of her older brother, at the age of 16 Sunny felt she didn't have much of a future and had little interest in education. Thus she threw caution to the wind and signed up with others who had been drawn in with the promise of fame and glory. Sunny was the only one to survive receiving the implant and this was after having slipped into a coma for a couple of weeks.

She took delight in her powers in the same way a child learning a new trick did, although not taking as much delight when the testing became tedious or painful. Yet when all was said and her training done, she was the pride of the nation, something she was more than happy to lord over her family and use socially. As far as her work for her government went, while she busted plenty of heads and limbs along the way in stopping the bad guys, she's never killed.

Joining The Knights was done on more of a whim, Sunny seeing it as an opportunity to expand her fame but to also take a step up and to see if there were any new challenges that could be offered.

Powers: Her implant gives her the ability to turn her body into steel, tests showing she's been able to take a grenade explosion without a scuff and she can rip a steel door off it's hinges with ease. However if she stays in this form for too long, it becomes harder/takes longer for her to turn back to normal. At the longest test it was actually painful to turn back as Sunny slowed down more and more. It's hypothesized that if she stays as Steel for too long, she'll stop moving all together, becoming a lifeless, steel statue.

Thought a lot about the character I had posted yesterday, which was for the most part rushed. So I decided too edit and revise my character some. Hope you find it better than the previous attempt.

Though hard to anger, once provoked, she is a force to be reckoned with that many of ill will seek to avoid.

Background: Freyja's background is rather tragic. Born to the leader of a ragtag survival group of Icelandic militia and his wife, Freyja found herself constantly on the guard, and always under attack. Her group were always on the run, hiding from those that sought to take the little that they had, and fighting off those that were persistent. All she ever knew from these conflicts was loss, giving the young girl very little hope for the future. She did not know how very little she had until the day came that she was the sole survivor of the small band, the mutilated corpse of her mother the only protection she had left when the opposing force came to loot.

Not long after the battle had ended, and the body of her mother shifted to be searched, was she found. From that day on, until she found the strength to fight back, and seek her revenge, she was the groups play thing and mode of stress relief. They did not care if she was a child. She was a slave, a young, beautiful slave growing into her prime. Her teenage years were the worst, for thats was when they noticed her build, how she began to tower over the others, her physical attributes more warrior like. That was when the leader had desired to sire children from her, to raise a new generation of fighters that could possibly bring him and his people more.

Life got bettter, but barely. Attacks on the camp she was imprisoned grew as the years passed, and slowly, those in charge of her began to notice that she was not showing any signs of pregnancy, and that her use would be better put towards defending the camp. Wrong decision. Training her to fight, and to survive, Freyja began to plot, using her "relationship" with the leader to exact her vengeance, starting with his number one, removing him from the picture quickly. Then it grew to seducing the arms room guard to gain access to weaponry. After that, all went downhill for her captors when she came into contact with the "alien" technology.

She did not know what had happened next. All she remembered was touching the alien tech, and then nothing. Coming to, with no recollection of time passed or days gone, Freyja found herself outside a city, with some very powerful, and very strange people surrounding her, only blocked off by an odd metallic cage that they had no idea on how to open or remove.

Powers:
Metal Manipulation: For any metals that Freyja comes into physical contact with, she can manipulate into any form she desires, even crafting complicated mechanisms such as fire arms. Her proficiency however is melee weaponry and armors. In some instances, Freyja can use the manipulation to heal or fix broken bones, clot or close open wounds, and even replace limbs temporarily, even on allies, allowing them full use of the new limb by attaching microfiber filaments to their spinal chord.

Electrical kinetic capabilities: For the most part, Freyja can manipulate all forms of electricity, though it is primarily for healing others or imbuing weaponry and armors. But knowing how to heal someone teaches the user how the can destroy an enemy from within. Should she choose to use it, Freyja can target central nerve systems in her opponent, shutting down control of their limbs temporarily, or even permanently. And if given an opportunity, she can even strike with lethal power, stopping hearts or stopping/overloading the bio electrical signals of ones brain. For healing purposes, she is still learning, and does most by combining her metal working with her electrical control. Other assets are nullifying enemy electronics, draining battery cells in equipment, and overloading anything with charge to cause detonations.

Magnetic Polarity: Simple enough once one puts their mind to it, right? Though this is an ability that at its lowest point merely deflects or redirects incoming metallic small arms projectiles, the highest being 7.62 rounds, and that all depends on the distance. Applying more mental thought to her ability, Freyja can give herself, and others that carry dense enough metals, flight. For full effect, and should she have the right defensive measures in place, she can release absolute devastation of enemy forces, reversing the polarity and flinging enemy armor and weaponry, or place around singular allies shields to deflect/redirect rounds. Or when grouped together, a much larger shield that moves with her.

Born to the leader of a ragtag survival group of Icelandic militia and his wife, Freyja found herself constantly on the guard, and always under attack. Her group were always on the run, hiding from those that sought to take the little that they had, and fighting off those that were persistent. All she ever knew from these conflicts was loss, giving the young girl very little hope for the future. She did not know how very little she had until the day came that she was the sole survivor of the small band, the mutilated corpse of her mother the only protection she had left when the opposing force came to loot.

Not long after the battle had ended, and the body of her mother shifted to be searched, was she found. From that day on, until she found the strength to fight back, and seek her revenge, she was the groups play thing and mode of stress relief. They did not care if she was a child. She was a slave, a young, beautiful slave growing into her prime. Her teenage years were the worst, for thats was when they noticed her build, how she began to tower over the others, her physical attributes more warrior like. That was when the leader had desired to sire children from her, to raise a new generation of fighters that could possibly bring him and his people more.

Life got bettter, but barely. Attacks on the camp she was imprisoned grew as the years passed, and slowly, those in charge of her began to notice that she was not showing any signs of pregnancy, and that her use would be better put towards defending the camp. Wrong decision. Training her to fight, and to survive, Freyja began to plot, using her "relationship" with the leader to exact her vengeance, starting with his number one, removing him from the picture quickly. Then it grew to seducing the arms room guard to gain access to weaponry. After that, all went downhill for her captors when she came into contact with the "alien" technology.

She did not know what had happened next. All she remembered was touching the alien tech, and then nothing. Coming to, with no recollection of time passed or days gone, Freyja found herself outside a city, with some very powerful, and very strange people surrounding her, only blocked off by an odd metallic cage that they had no idea on how to open or remove.

Powers:
Metal Manipulation: For any metals that Freyja comes into physical contact with, she can manipulate into any form she desires, even crafting complicated mechanisms such as fire arms. Her proficiency however is melee weaponry and armors. In some instances, Freyja can use the manipulation to heal or fix broken bones, clot or close open wounds, and even replace limbs temporarily, even on allies, allowing them full use of the new limb by attaching microfiber filaments to their spinal chord.

Electrical kinetic capabilities: For the most part, Freyja can manipulate all forms of electricity, though it is primarily for healing others or imbuing weaponry and armors. But knowing how to heal someone teaches the user how the can destroy an enemy from within. Should she choose to use it, Freyja can target central nerve systems in her opponent, shutting down control of their limbs temporarily, or even permanently. And if given an opportunity, she can even strike with lethal power, stopping hearts or stopping/overloading the bio electrical signals of ones brain. For healing purposes, she is still learning, and does most by combining her metal working with her electrical control. Other assets are nullifying enemy electronics, draining battery cells in equipment, and overloading anything with charge to cause detonations.

Magnetic Polarity: Simple enough once one puts their mind to it, right? Though this is an ability that at its lowest point merely deflects or redirects incoming metallic small arms projectiles, the highest being 7.62 rounds, and that all depends on the distance. Applying more mental thought to her ability, Freyja can give herself, and others that carry dense enough metals, flight. For full effect, and should she have the right defensive measures in place, she can release absolute devastation of enemy forces, reversing the polarity and flinging enemy armor and weaponry, or place around singular allies shields to deflect/redirect rounds. Or when grouped together, a much larger shield that moves with her.

When can I start rping? And thanks. Though she has great offensive capabilities, I see her more as a defensive/booster/healer character, as she doesnt really have actual combat experience, due to the blackout.

That everything that happens is meant to happen and that everything will be alright in the end. I while this does help keep him calm and focused it can sometimes lead to a "wait and see" attitude when it comes to problem solving. Overall Jake is confident, kind and has a deep set moral compass but sometimes lacks forward momentum and the ability to see the grey areas of the law.

Background: Born and raised on the gold coast of Australia Jake had a pretty simple life. His dad was a pilot for tourist rides and his mom taught high school. Jake was halfway through high school when the "cleansing" happened. Him and his dad flew their helicopter into the city over and over again pulling people of the tops of burning skyscrapers. On what must have been their tenth trip in one of the ships exploded after being struck with heavy weapons. Bits of alien equipment scattered across the sky. One pieces striking Jake and another embedding itself into the engine of the copter. As they fell jake grabbed onto his father's arm and braced for the impact, but it never came. Jake opened his eyes to see himself floating in mid air his father dangling from his outstretched arm. He was flying.

Powers: Rostislav is able to project a field of energy so powerful, that it manifests itself in visible, shaped radiation that bears physical properties. He can also project it not as powerful, which makes it invisible, to affect surrounding matter to some extent, and even surrounding space-time, although the latter is vaguely theoretical. Most call it "Magic", but that term is clearly not scientific and rather made for a common and quick use.
