"I need a machine gun." ~ The Joker
Manipulation. Control. That was two of the many things The Joker was good at. He manipulated situations until it was right for him; after all, he got whatever he wanted. He was psychotic, and because of his past, he was emitted into Arkham Asylum.
Doctor Charleston Quinzel, an innocent man for sure, was assigned to The Joker because no one else could break him. It took months, almost six to be exact, before Charleston could open him up. He thought he was curing him, he really did, but it was just a matter of time before he fell in love with the clinically insane.
They're next visit was a particularly confusing one. The Joker spoke in riddles, ones that only the Doctor could understand, and if he wasn't so controlled by this man, none of this would have ever happened. "A what?" Was his response, but the Joker only grinned, his eyes gleaming with rage and lust. Charleston never would have done this. No, of course not, but he did.
Doors were kicked in; shots fired in every direction; screams echoed off the walls. And suddenly, as if it hadn't occurred to the doctor earlier, he realized he made a huge mistake. Especially when The Joker, machine gun around his neck, kicked in the door to his office and hauled him away. "You gonna kill me, Mr. J?" Charleston asked in a broken voice, but a laugh that seemed to drown out all the shots of guns, one that sent shivers down his spine as the Joker tilted the doctor's neck up, a knife sliding across it slowly, making sure he was looking at him. "Oh, kitten. I'm not going to kill you! I'm just going to hurt you, really, really, bad."
And he did. For the next few months, Charleston was put through immense amount of torture. Electroshocks that almost fried his brain, beatings that surely broke bones, ice cold water he pushed him into almost to the point of suffocation, and worst of all? The sexual advances. He got off on Charleston's pain, he loved the site of blood, he loved seeing him writhe and moan in pure agony.
All of this lead up to who he was about to become. Who the Joker wanted in the first place. His plan, so to speak.
Charlie Quinn.

- So, obviously I changed the storyline quite a bit, but I'd love for "Charlie's" personality to be almost exactly (if not, a little more insane) than Harley's.
- The Joker will have to be played as himself, or worse; sadistic, cruel, manipulating, controlling, etc.
- I don't mind which role I play, but I'd love to get a chance to play both roles.
- Please use proper grammar and sentence structure! Have fun!
*** I do have a premade form for both The Joker and Charleston Quinzel, if you'd like to see them before we begin.
