Maybe an alert for orientation? Time skips aren't really nice in my opinion, just a reason to move everyone somewhere else would be cool.

Didn't the day just start though? Unsure. If it's around lunch time it would be a great place for everyone to regroup and get to know everyone.

I'm assuming it was around 9 or 10 in the morning when this started. It would put us in the lunch time frame after talking an hour to an hour and a half to arrive and have that little scene in front of the school.
