There will also be a tab for neutral characters (although they are very much not neutral) where the government, scientists, and special normal human group will be explained with further detail. Should that influence what kind of characters you make, simply be patient~

I worded it wrong.. What I ment is that I want a Super that somehow went rogue (I'lll do detail later..), and is trying to bring out the governments lies.

Oh. Well...the Supers are remote controlled until their implants are removed. Once that happens, all of them are trying to find the truth.

Damn, well...I like open Rp's, not controlled ones. It forces alot on a person. (I read the story, and like it - I just don't know if I'll join..?)

Well it was only just created today, I can change things. Make it more open. Some people can target the scientists, some go to the social group, some target the government, some try to just stay hidden. I'm just bad at plot...I'm trying...

It's futuristic, not fantasy. No special powers. Skilled, yes. Perhaps I should include Specialized Skill in the CS?
