The world had fallen apart. All animals had gone extinct, yet humans had somehow survived. In the new civilization, couples were limited to one child who would have a set of lenses specifically made for them for identification purposes. Families who were expecting a second child were taken in to have them removed. There are few who manage to have a second child without the government finding out. The second children were stuck with a kaleidoscope of colors in their eyes and no possible way to go out and socialize with people. Yet a whole colony of Kaleidoscopes were hidden away underground, preparing to overrun the system and escape the civilization that had banned their existence.
