For six hundred years, humans have been locked in a battle for survival against various beasts and monsters that lurk on our planet. With their increased size and strength, humanity was incapable of fighting back. While five out of six humans were slaughtered, the remaining ones were forced deep into the largest forests on the planet, where they could hide from the monsters up in the trees.
Here, we began to build shelters high up in the odd, metallic trees. The trees were a source of food, resources, and well as shelter. Having settled down with massive treehouse-like structures as well as acquiring steel-grade weapons from within the trees, humans have now looked down towards the precious land they came from, now overruled by the darkest beasts. Another advantage on our side is the discovery of nature's own gift; Powers.
These natural powers allow a human to possess a diverse array of 'super' abilities. It's our first step forward into the fight against monsters. We have an advantage over those beasts, and it's not just the powers. It's our unity, our humanity, and finally, our position. We have...

Hey! Back with another RP! For those of you who didn't quite get it from the informational thing, this is a combination of a superhuman RP combined with a survival atmosphere, where humans have been living in trees for nearly 60 years now. It's like taking two of my favorite things and shoving it together into one! If anyone's been looking for something like this, well, glad I have found you and piqued your interest.
