Ju-Hyun will don an array of different styles, having an eclectic sense of fashion. One day she may be outfitted in a full punk look while the next she will take a cute or ultra-feminine bend. However, it could be said that punk truly is her signature look. She enjoys making effective use of spikes, leather, fishnets, and other elements commonly associated with the style. It could be easily argued to best reflect her personality as well, one of a free-spirited and rebellious soul. When it comes to fashion (and other aspects of life) the woman simply does not give a damn about what others think. She does what makes her feel most comfortable on any given day, and she firmly believes everyone else would be much happier in taking a similar mentality.
Ju-Hyun is a shorter woman, which will regularly be compensated by heels unless practicality dictates making a smarter choice of footwear. She is also rather slender. She is not built nor muscular. In fact, to most she looks rather delicate (although she will ensure others that she is most certainly not). While dressed up she loves to accessorize (this will vary depending on style), particularly with unique neckwear and and vibrant eyeshadow. About the only feature of the woman to remain consistent is her hair. She will almost always wear it down. Ju-Hyun is rebellious by nature. She is very much one to do what she pleases regardless of the obligations of those around her. Naturally, she does not care much for tradition either (which her family tried to instill in her from a young age). She is of course rather bold and outspoken, thus unafraid to speak what is truly on her mind. To some, it can make her come across as almost rude but she will swear that anything she says has well-meaning behind it. This is mostly backed up in that she will attempt to do what she believes is right (usually), although her sense of morality is occasionally blurred. She is first and foremost a pragmatist.
Perhaps unsurprising for someone in her field of expertise Ju-Hyun is distrusting of most authority figures. she believes that the system they serve is corrupt and does not look out for the common folk. This mentality has given her a bit of a thirst for vengeance, thus she believes her actions constitute a form of cyber warfare (or rather the defense of the downtrodden). She is, quite literally, a keyboard warrior. This latest heist she has become involved in she will no doubt attempt to justify as a blow against the "big man" (but in reality she likes the prospect of earning some easy cash).

Ju-Hyun was born in New York to a pair of Korean immigrants. Neither had a particularly prestigious job, thus the family was not well off. In fact, it would be easy to say that the family regularly struggled to make ends meet. The situation was far from ideal, but for whatever reasons (which remain unknown to Ju-Hyun) the couple still preferred the situation in America to that of Korea. Nonetheless, that did not stop the traditionally minded parents from teaching their daughter what they could about their own culture, thus at least some customs were passed on.
As a child Ju-Hyun got to know some of the neighbourhood's children. She befriended some, but others had a tendency to bully her due to her ethnicity. It made the girl somewhat sensitive to her background from a young age (to this day she considers herself a human first before anything else). Finally going to school, and with some of the neighbourhood kids nonetheless, became a rather mixed experience for the girl. Some days she enjoyed the experience, particularly when she chose to fool around with her friends rather than do school work. Although she found herself to be highly intelligent she grew bored rather quickly with the work and challenges school had to offer. It forced her to search for something more thrilling to fill the gap.
What Ju-Hyun discovered was video games and computers. Her interest all began, thanks to a friend introducing her. Almost immediately she was hooked. Very soon all money she earned, whether through allowance or odd jobs went towards consoles and games. It was finally into high school her interest shifted more heavily to computers. She eventually saved up enough money to purchase a high end computer, where she once again began endulging in gaming. However, she soon found interest in a more morally ambiguous undertaking: hacking. She already knew firsthand that the state of the world was simply atrocious and the hacking communities she encountered online tried to justify their actions as being a war against corruption and anti-transparency. The girl found herself pretty easily convinced, thus practically begged to join in the crusade against injustice, or whatever they were calling it.
Very soon Ju-Hyun found herself learning the art of hacking. Fortunately she discovered that she was rather good at it, practically a prodigy. Even her mentors became impressed by her level of skill. While she had begun on smaller tasks too she soon found herself taking on much larger and more significant ones. Additionally, she found the practice thrilling and almost like an addiction. It was this that prompted her to begin advertising her services within the depths of the deepweb in hopes of earning money. At some point a mysterious entity had contacted her, something about a big heist. She became intrigued, asked a few questions, and agreed to offer her services (provided she gets something in return). It was, afterall, inevitably to be just another fun challenge and adventure to partake in.
