The Gears of Crest

Hi! If we are creating a character for your RP, can their technological invention be something that harnesses electricity? or uses elements such as fire and electricity??? I guess what I'm trying to say is that the technological prowess I'm giving my character is Galvanic blasts based of a reactor that forces diametrical forces against each other--they said it can't be done, but a certain wise friend consulted it's creation and now it's mine!!!!!! lol


Anyhow, I just want to ask that before I make a character I can't use >_<".
