The Gation Commonwealth is a short story of a spacefaring Nation that rose to great heights and fell to great lows. This story is inspired by a game session I had on Stellaris. A Sci-fi (not future fantasy) civilizations builder game on steam. Check it out. Everything I am about to write will be highly stylized to fit the format of a story, but all events that happened in the story actually happen in game. Thank you for your interest and enjoy

The Gation Commonwealth 


     The was once a planet in a galaxy far from our own called Belluam, and it was home to a race of humanoid beings called the Gation. They were a noble race of Individuals that prized military glory, and their nation above all. They were by no means a war hungry people, but understood the necessity of a strong military tradition to instill ethics into the populace. Although They were a militant people they did not cast out their indivuality for a collective idea, but instead embraced each and every Individuals as a strength, despite how different they may be. And by the time the world came together to form a global Military Republic in order reach out into the vast heaven of space; the Gation had already been United in Idea and spirit. 


       As the Gation began to expand out Into space, colonizing the first habitat world in a system not to far, They found themselves alone in this vast emptiness called space. And soon the government as well as the people came to doubt there ever being intelligent life besides themselves... That was until a unknown alien flew by their Star system at incredible speeds. Unable to study the anomaly the Gation began to arm themselves out in the black void of space building their first ever Grand G.C. Armada so they may be prepared for the worse.
