100% groaned. He was laying on something hard...and his head hurt. Carefully, he opened one eye. It was dark, but 100% was used to that. From where he came from, there was no light. But as he started to summon his magic to heighten his vision, a shooting pain ran through his head. "Ow..." He started to black out again.

Fred was inside the convenience store he worked at during the nighttime. He yawned when he looked outside the glass doors, seeing nothing but darkness. Hopefully my shift ends soon... His manager called him over to take out the trash. Sighing from his misfortune, he carries the trash bag out the backdoor. After accomplishing his task, he was about to walk back inside until he trips over something on the ground. "OWW!" He immediately gets off the ground to inspect what he tripped over.

100% got smacked back into consciousness, accompanied be a loud 'OWW!' He groaned in pain and rolled over, finding himself staring into the eyes of a strange looking creature. 100%'s eyes widened and tried to get up, but the combination of his headache and the pain in his side kept him down. "Ow...w....what..." He winced as he tried to sit up.

[FYI: 100% is a sick figure. So he definitely doesn't look human]

Nikkai was walking with difficulty. She didn't remembered what hapenned so that she be like that but she felt very weak. She leaned her back against the wall and then she sat down. "How... Where..." she said.

Fred just stood there looking at the strange person in front of him. "Uh... are you okay... whatever you are..." He asked as he approached the stranger slowly.

100% glances sharply at the creature. It definitely wasn't from any if the worlds he knew. Slowly, he got to his feet wordlessly. This creature was asking if he was alright, generally indicating a friendly intention, but 100% wasn't so sure. He carefully shook his head, and almost crumpled to the ground in pain. Everything hurt!

Fred was shocked by the stranger's form but helped them up when they nearly fell down. "Hey, stay with me sir! You're going to be alright now!" The manager comes out to see what all the commotion was about and nearly had a heart attack from the stranger's appearance. The man then takes 100% away from Fred before carrying him inside the store to sit him down on a chair. Fred was about to head inside until he noticed a random girl leaning against a wall nearby. Debating whether or not to approach her for a few moments, he decides to walk toward the other stranger. "Hey mam... are you alright?" He asked after stopping right in front of her spot.

Nikkai weakly nodded. It was not like she could do anything else. She hardly got up. "Y-Yes, I-I am okay," she said.

100% didn't like being led to the chair, but it wasn't like he had much of a choice in the matter. He was far too weak to keep up any protest or struggle. So instead, he decided to observe what they did. There was two of the creatures, and it seemed like the first one had noticed another and gone to help. 100% sighed and stared at the other creature suspiciously. "Do you work for Ryk?" His magic was flowing back to him now, he had enough to manage a simple Truth Spell.

The manager had a blank look in his eyes when the spell affected his mind. "No... I work for no one but myself..." He responded in a drowsy voice.

Fred shook his head in dissapproval. "No, you don't seem alright to me. You can barely stand up. Look... do you want to come inside the store? My manager and me already have another stranger inside, so it won't be a bother to help two random strangers." He said while holding up his hand to Nikkai.

A light snow drop began to fall. "Okay," Nikkai said. "But only I am not bothering anyone," she said and hardly started to walk. She didn't like the fact that someone saw her while she was weakenned. She hated being weak. She almost lost her balance but was still alert so that she stopped her falling.

100% relaxed considerably and dispelled the Truth Spell before it could drain what little Mana he'd recovered so far. Glancing around the room, he realized that everything looked foreign. He glanced again at the manager. "So...where..am I?"

The manager regains his mind and looks confused when 100% asked him a question. "Wait... what? I'm sorry, it feels like I was asleep for a moment."

"Careful now, we don't need you falling on your face." Fred warned as he slowly lead Nikkia to the backdoor of the store. Leading her to a chair next to the strange stick figured man, Fred looks at the manager. "Hey manager? Are you alright?" He asked when he noticed the man looking a bit tired. "Yeah... but your in the 11-7 convenience store. Which your in right now." The manager responded with a more wakeful face.

100% nodded his head in thanks and watched the new girl. It was strange though, normally people were quicker to recover from a Truth Spell. It must have been because the manager was a different type of being than what 100% was used to. "11-7 convenience store...." He frowned in thought, and then winced at another headache.

"You two want something to eat? We have some leftover sandwiches that's suppose to expire at midnight. Also it'll come with free complimentary drinks!" The manager said before ordering Fred to get the food and water bottles. The employee gives the two strangers their meals. "Bon appetite... strangers." Fred said before walking back to his post at the register. "I'm sorry for his attitude, he's not very... social with other people. But do you two have any idea what happened before we found you two on the streets?" The manager asked with a raised eyebrow.

100% glanced at the girl, noticing that something about her was different than the other two. He turned back to the manager and chuckled lightly, attempting to not make his headache worse. "An interesting day for you, eh? Two strange creatures, arriving at your doorstep..." He tried to think back to the last thing remembered. A fresh wave of pain washed over him and he winced. "Zero..." 100% face planted in his sandwich from the pain that came from trying to remember when still far too weak.

"Hey! Are okay man?!" The manager asked as he pulled 100%'s face off the sandwich.

Fred just face palms himself when he saw that happen. Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to help those two strangers out. The front doors of the store opens up and two masked men enter the store with pistols in their hands. "Give us the money and nobody gets a bullet in the face!" One of the robbers warned with their pistol pressed against Fred's forehead. The other robber goes over the counter and points his weapon at the three strangers nearby the back door. "Wallet and phone! Now!" The robber yelled at the trio.

100% shook himself back awake and saw the two men with guns. He stood and something shimmered in his left hand. "I don't know what the heck you're holding, but you obviously can't respect a kind heart." He glared at them and his voice was as cold as ice. His head pounded with the headache, but he ignored it.

Fred opened the cash register and starts putting cash into a plastic bag. He didn't feel getting a bullet in the head by trying to play hero. That only happens in the movies, where the main character would save the day by beating up the criminals without even lifting up a finger. Him, on the other hand, didn't have such awesome strength or powers. He was a normal guy without extra lives...

The robbers backs away a little when they heard the stick figure talk to them. The robber nearby them then decides to move forward and points the pistol at one of them. BANG! "OWW! THAT HURTS!" The manager screamed out in pain when the bullet went into his leg. "You want to talk tough now stick man?! Huh?! Feeling so tough now?!" He asked 100% with scared eyes as he presses the pistol against their strange forehead. "Dude?! Why they hell did you shoot him for, you damn idiot?! The cops will be all over us soon!" The robber pointing his pistol at Fred yelled out with anger in his voice.

100% raised an eyebrow, but grinned evilly. The manager's leg glowed, and the bullet flew back out, the wound sealing behind it. A pure black, jagged sword materialized in 100%'s hand and he quickly swung, having seen the destructive power of the robbers' weapons. The front half of both pistols clattered to the floor as 100% stood up from his kneeling position on the other side of the room, where the front door was. "Talk tough?" He collapsed from the Mana drain that feat had taken, his last thought being that he hoped it would be enough.

The robbers were horrified when a sword-bearing 100% sliced their pistols in half before blocking the exit in one swift move. They were about to retreat through the back door until 100% collapsed on the floor. They stood there in silence for a few moments before smiling behind their masks. "What in the world happened?" The manager asked when he realized the bullet wasn't inside him anymore. That's right before a robber grabs him and throws him across the room, making him land on top of the stick figure. "Oww..." The man said before going unconscious. Fred watches this all occur and was still holding the plastic bag full of cash. "Thank you!" A robber said while snatching the bag away from Fred and punches him in the face. "Ouch! Why did that for?" Fred asked while holding his nose in pain. Then he watches the other robber approach Nikkai. "Your coming with us, girl!" The robber forcefully grabs the girl's wrist and lifts her off the chair.

All of a sudden, a key-shaped blade appeared in Nikkai's hand that was still free. "Huh? W-What's that?" she asked out loud while looking at the blade. She swung her key-looking sword near the robber's neck. "L-Let me go... Now..." she said. She wasn't joking and her voice was calm. Even if she didn't remember anything before she got there, Nikkai instincts were still strong and she was able to use a sword. Still, she was weak but thought that she would do her best.

((*Yawns* Sorry, I fell asleep *Poofs away*))

The bullet that was pulled out of the manager's leg floated up into the air menacingly. It hovered there for a moment before suddenly shooting forward, burying itself deep into the robber's neck who had grabbed the cash. Spoken softly, the words "I warned you." are heard. 100% smiled slightly, knowing that his trap had been set off. He didn't like to kill, but they deserved it for not taking the hint. With that, he began the slow slide into oblivion, having dropped his connection to the Dark World and used the last of his Mana.

"Oh geez! It's another freak!" The robber exclaimed as he let goes of Nikkai's wrist. Backing away from the strange sword, the man runs back to his partner. "Stay back or the cashier gets sliced!" The partner said as he grabbed Fred and pressed a switchblade against his neck. The robbers start backing up to the entrance as police sirens were heard outside. "Save me! I don't deserve to die!" Fred yelled out in fear. The sudden appearance of Nikkai's sword didn't really suprise Fred, since the threat of dying tends to cloud the mind of human logic. "Bob, get the car an- ARGH!" The partner falls on the ground with the cash and switchblade, not moving anymore. "NO! I'M OUT OF HERE!" The surviving robber exclaimed while running out the store. Fred feels his neck and was relieved that it was still intact. "Thanks for saving us. We owe you two our lives." He said as he sat down on the ground.
