capMARVELOUS so I peeked at the glossary and couldn't find it so is there a specific name or slang term for money? Is it called credits? coin?

Credits. The specific name for monetary units on Mars is Human Standard Credits. I talked about it earlier in this thread, but I must have forgotten to add it to the official glossary. Thanks for the reminder.

On a related note, I fell head over heels with the captive idea and I'm bringing in an old friend of mine to play parole officer.

You do know he's like, 30, right? A ship with that age disparity would be gross.

Actually, I don't think it's any of the PCs, unless someone wants to volunteer their character as one of the guys who captured Rist. That said, he was captured during a minor raid - so you'd most likely need to be some sort of town official to pull that off.

I’d love to see a team of two trying to take Rist in after a deal and they keep trying to backstab the other

So you got two fighting over the bounty while Rist is trying to escape leading to each sabotaging the other xD
