Ruling Gang: The Mutaneers
A large city block in cheapest part of town. It has part of a dysfunctional monorail running through it, and a lot of smaller industrial buildings. It's mainly ruled by a gang referred to as The Mutaneers, a gang of hobos who more or less took control of the area by force after a few of them had gotten their hands on weapons. While the area is mainly of very little interest since nothing but very small scale drug dealing and gun fights happen there, sometimes strange things arise from the place. The late Adam Estberg of the Bloods once stated that "Ragtown is a mystery. I was once sent to clear out a building there, and I ended up coming out of a 3rd floor window on the opposite side of the place. It's a freaking labyrinth.
