Jeffery looks ather text and smiles a little. “Let me know, no matter what the time is” he sends her and gets to the house. He takes Lyla to her room and then goes to settle down and lay in bed.

Chleo frowns and shakes her head. “I wanna see my baby.” She whimpers and looks at the nurse. She was scare, that didn’t sound good. “She’s gonna be okay right?” She asks frantically and starts to freak out. “I wanna see her!”

Norman frowned as the nurse tried to get her calmed down "Baby we will see her, its going to be okay." he said softly not being the best for getting her calm because he was just as terrified as she was.

Max smiled softly and said thank you before she made her way into the room going to her sister's side when she saw her panicking "Hey hey, you gotta calm down, screaming for her will get you no where." she said sternly to her.

Jeffery sighs softly and turns over, falling asleep, but keeping his phone close in case they needed him.

Chleo frowns and starts sobbing. She just wanted her little girl. She wanted her to be okay. She reaches for Norman’s Nd hugs him tightly, just needing him right now. She holds onto him tightly and whimpers.

-2 months-
Max was scurrying around her apartment trying to get everything cleaned up for tonight. For the first time in the two months they had been dating Jeff was going to come over and have dinner at her place. She was so beyond nervous about it wanting this to be perfect for him. She checked the food once more to see everything was fine before she went to her room and changed into a simple blue lace dress checking herself over in the mirror before there was a knock at the door. She rushed over and opened the door smiling widely as she saw Jeff standing infront of her with a bouquet of flowers in his hand.

Norman sat in the hospital room with Chleo biting his lip as they waited for the nurse to come in with their daughter. Today was the first time they would get to hold her outside of the incubator. However they still wanted to keep her at the hospital for a few more weeks at the least to make sure she would be okay. They however had not yet been informed that they recently found out that their daughter's had been undeveloped and she would be deaf.

Jeffery smiles at her and hands her the flowers. “For you.” He murmurs softly. He kisses her forehead softly and heads into the house. “Wow, this is nice.” He murmurs softly as he looks around. “And something smells amazing.”He murmurs. He couldn’t believe it was two months with her already. He was on cloud nine. He still hadn’t told her about Lyla, it never really came up.

Chleo hates how long their daughter had been in the hospital. She just wanted her home with them already. It was killing her having to leave each time without her. Two months had already gone by and she felt like she was missing everything. She takes Their daughter into her arms gently when the nurse brings her and smiles. “Hey sweet girl.” She murmurs softly and holds her close. “Oh mommy misses you so much.” She murmurs softly.

Max took the flower and smelled them smiling widely "Thank you." She said softly as she let him inside going to find a vase for the flowers "Well I hope it smells good, its my spahgetti." She said happily as she filled the vase with water and put the flowers in it. She went over and wrapped her arms around his middle smiling up at him "How are you?" She asked

Norman let a few tears fall as he stared down at his daughter "She is so beautiful." He whispered to her frowning softly when he noticed how their daughter didn't seem to be reacting properly "Is everything okay?"he asked looking at the nurse 'We were able to run some tests recently and we go the results back. Since your daughter was born so early she wasn't fully developed. I'm afraid your daughter's hearing was not developed fully, she is deaf."

Jeffery smiles and wraps his arms around her. He watches her happily and chuckles soflty. “I’m great.” He murmurs and moves some hair out of her face. “How are you beautiful?” He asks and caresses her cheek softly. He was really happy with her and he was glad Norman had set them up. He pulls her in a little closer and watches her happily.

Chleo frowns a little and looks st the nurse and then back down at their daughter. “What?” She murmurs softly and pulls her closer. She kisses her forehead softly and tears up a little. She felt like this was her fault. She had to have done something to cause this. She shouldn’t have broke the stupid diet or slept with Norman. She rocks her gently and holds her close.

Max smiled widely at him "I'm great." She said softly before she leant up and gave him a small peck on the lips "Ready to eat?" She asked as she pulled away going to check on the food. She was so happy with him right, happier than she had even been with her ex fiance.

Norman looked at the Nurse in shock before giving a small nod and looking down at his daughter "I'm sure we can make this work." He whispered as the nurse left them to privacy. He took the little girl into his arms and smiled softly "She is so tiny, but so precious."

Jeffery smiles and nods. “I’m starving.” He chuckles softly and kisses her cheek. He follows her to the table and takes a seat. “How abou next time we have dinner at my place?” He asks softly. He needed to tell her about Lyla and let them meet, so he figured a dinner date would be a good way.

Chleo lets him take her and watches them. “I’m sorry.” She whimpers and sniffles softly. She moves closer to Norman and holds her little hand gently. “I’m sos sorry.” She tells him.

Max smiled happily at him as she made their plates "Mm that sounds nice, I'd like that a lot." She said softly as she sat down with him pouring a glass of wine as well "So how was work today? Get to save a little old ladies cat in a tree?"

Norman frowned and looked over at his wife a puzzled expression on his face "Babe what are you sorry for? This isn't your fault okay? Its not your fault." He whispered kissing her head gently

Jeffery laughs softly and shakes his head. “Pretty boring today. Spent most of it at the station playing poker.” He admits and chuckles softly.

Chleo frowns and watches their daughter. “I feel like it is. She’s supposed to be safe, protected while she’s in me. I did something wrong.” She whimpers and watches her. She buries her face in Norman’s shoulder and holds onto his arm.

Max smiled happily and gave a small nod "Yeah my day was pretty boring too, had a small shoot with a few kids today." She said giving a small groan before she started to eat

Norman shook his head "No baby, no its okay I promise. These things happen sometimes its not your fault." He said softly keeping close to her until the nurse came to take their daughter back.

Jeffery frowns a little at her reaction. “Kids that bad to photograph?” He asks and chuckles softly. He watches her and starts eating. He sips his wine.

Chleo frowns when they take her back and sighs softly. “I just want her home.” She hugs him tightly and buries her face in his neck. SHe hated not having their daughter home.

Max nodded some "Yeah theyre very hard to get to smile. And they start crying and won't pose. I mean I gets its a kid thing, nothing I could do about it." She said shrugging before she sipped on her whine

Norman hugged her back and kissed her temple gently "I know babe, soon though okay? We'll get her home soon enough." He whispered before kissing her again

Jeffery chuckles a little. “I’m sure your kids gonna be a little angel in front of a camera. You’ll train them well.” He teases, gauging hey reaction.

Chleo sighs softly and nods. She kisses him back softly and gets up. She wraps her arms around herself and heads to the car. She gets in and curls up on the seat,laying her head agaisnt the window.

Max went wide eyed and choked on her drink a bit taking in a deep breath shaking her head some "Oh no no, no kids for me, I'm just fine staying the cool aunt." She said giving a small laugh

Norman sighed heavily and took her home with him "I've got night shift tonight babe, so I'll be home tomorrow mornin." He murmured as they went into their room and he started getting dressed for work.

Jeffery nods a little and frowns. “Oh okay.” He murmurd softly and looks back down at his plate. He didn’t think spring Lyla on her would be a good idea then. He’d put it off for now.

Chleo frowns but nods. She didn’t want to be alone tonight, but she couldn’t exactly ask him to stay either. She sighs softly and sits on the bed, watching him get ready. “Be careful.” She says softly and then lays down, curling up and holding onto her pillow.

Max nodded softly and finished up dinner with him a little later. She walked out into her living room with him and sat down in one of her chairs gasping as he found her polaroid camera "Oh no no! Don't take a photo of me I look awful!" She exclaimed as he pointed the camera at her.

Norman sighed heavily and kissed her cheek gently "Call me if you need anything okay?" He said softly as he made his way to the door before leaving the house

Jeffery smirks and sits down with it. He takes it and snaps a photo of her as she was laughing. He grins and takes the poloroid, shaking it.

Chleo nods a little and sighs. She lays her head down on his pillow and takes the scent in. She buries her face in it and sighs. She thought about calling max but she had mentioned having a night with Jeffery.

Max reached out for it laughing softly "Let me see!" She teased going over and sitting on his lap trying to reach for the photo "Let me see Jeffrey!"

Norman sighed heavily and got to work sitting down at his desk looking over some papers. He was barely there right now, all he could think about was the news that he recieved this evening about his daughter.

Jeffery laughs and holds it out of reach from her until it fully develops. He hands it over to her. “You better not ruin it. I’m keeping that one.” He murmurd siftly.

Chleo starts sobbing and holds onto the pillow. She eventually cries herself to sleep.

Max looked at it and gave a small smirk handing it back to him "Oh alright, I'll let you keep that one." She said teasingly before she bit her lip and watched him place it in his wallet "I must be special if I'm getting wallet placement."

Jeffery slips the photo in his walket, over the photo of his ex. He looks at her and smiles. “You are special.” He murmurs softly.

Max laughed softly and gave a giant smile before she leaned into pressing her lips gently to his. They had kissed before never really more than a few seconds if that, however with the alcohol in her system and them being at her place she was wanting a little more than just a light peck on the lips.

Jeffery kisses her back softly and pulls her close. He grips her waist gently with one hand and moves the other to her cheek. He smiles against her lips. This felt nice, it felt right.
