Jeffery smiles as he hears her follow him in the bathroom. “Great. What about you?” He asks softly and wraps his arms around her as he waits for the water to warm up. “Wanna join me beautiful?”

Chleo watches him storm out and holds Dehlila close. She was getting a little scared around him lately. She was starting to feel like she was living with her ex again. She holds Dehlila close as she feeds her and sniffles a little.

Max smiled some "Mmmm sounds good, I slept great too." she whispered kissing him gently as she pressed herself into him "I love you Jeffrey." she said softly before she started to strip out of his shirt

Norman sighed heavily and got dressed not even saying goodbye before he slammed the door shut and sped off to the office sipping his flask as he drove. He had gotten a pretty bad drinking problem as of late and he felt it was the only thing that helped calmed his nerves as of late.

Jeffery smiles and kisses her cheek. “I love you too.” He murmurs and strips down. He gets in the shower and realxes under the hot water.

Chleo jumps a little when the door slams and finally gets Dehlila calmed down after getting her feed and the drops for her ears. She sighs softly and just holds her daughter close and starts crying.

Max got in with him and smiled happily watching him "Mmm you're so handsome." she murmured running her hands up his chest before kissing him lovingly keeping close to him. She just wanted to be close to him right now, she didn't know why but she was crazy about him, absolutely head over heels.

Dehlila looked at her mother with big eyes gurgling softly reaching up some and putting her hand on her mother's face

Jeffery smiles and holds her close. He rubs her hips softly and kisses her forehead. “You’re so cute.” He murmurs soflty. He kisses her back softly and cup sher cheek gently.

Chleo smiles a little down at her little girl and rubs her belly softly. “I love you sweet girl.” She murmurs softly and kisses her fingers softly. She leans into her hand and sighs softly. “Everything’s gonna be okay.” She murmurs softly and sighs.

Max smiled happily and gave a small laugh "I guess so." she murmured giving a happy sigh as she looked at him "You know...I know this might sound odd..but I wonder sometimes how I got so lucky to have met you." she admits while a small amount of blush crept onto her cheeks

Dehlila gave a small smile and patted on her face a bit gurgling again. Even though she had no clue what her mother was saying she still knew her face and that alone made her happy

Jeffery smiles and pulls her closer. “I wonder the same thing.” He murmurs softly and nuzzles his face in her neck. “I never thought I’d find someone as amazing as you.”

Chleo grins down at her and giggles softly. “Oh I’m glad I have you my sweet girl.” She murmurs and kisses her forehead. She blows raspberries on her tummy and giggles softly. “Let’s go get mommy some food now.” She stands up and holds Dehlila close as she heads to the kitchen.

Max blushed a deep red and smiled at him "Im not that special." She said softly as she ran her fingers through his hair while his face stayed nuzzled in her neck.

Wendy called her daughter wanting to see how she and the baby were doing as of late. She smiled as her youngest picked up "Hey sweetheart, how are you doing?"

Jeffery smiles and nods. “Yes you are.” He murmurs and kisses her neck softly. He rubs her hips and keeps her close.

Chleo answers the phone and places Dehlila in her high chair. “Hi mom.” She
Murmurs softly and gets Dehlila a rattle to play with. “I’m okay.” She lies and goes to get some coffee made. “How are you and dad.”

Max smiled happily and kissed him gently running her hands up and down his body giving a happy sigh "You are....amazing.." shr whispered biting her lip hard as she felt his lips nip at her neck.

Wendy gave a small smile hearing her daughter's voice "Sweetheart you sound tired, I can take Dehlila somedays if you need it." She said quietly "Your dad and I are good, enjoying retirement."

Jeffery smiles at her and presses her agaisnt the shower wall. He kisses her softly and presses agaisnt her.

Chleo smiles a little. “Thanks mom but I got her for now. I’m glad retirement is going well for you guys.” He was nice to be hearing from her mom with everything that was going on. She felt kinda alone in it all. Max was always with Jeffery and she didn’t want to worry her sister when she was finally happy.

Max smiled softly but frowned hearing another alarm go off "I'm guessing you gotta head to work." She murmured pulling away from him a bit

Wendy nodded some "How is your sister doing? Havent heard from her in a little bit, guess she is busy with work huh?" She asked not knowing about Jeffrey at all. Max had always been one to keep her relationships private from her family until she knew it was very serious.

Jeffery groans softly and kisses her head. He quickly cleans up and gets out, going to get dressed. He heads downstairs to grab some coffee.

Chleo leans agaisnt the counter. “Yeah she’s been busy.” She murmurs softly. She knew it wasn’t her place to tell them about Jeffery. Max would tell them in time.

Max got out after him and followed him to the kitchen giving a soft smile as she saw him in his casual uniform "I'll see you later right? Ive got a few shoots today not sure when I'll be done with them."

Wendy gave a small nod "Oh okay, well how is our little princess doing? Have you started signing to her yet?" She asked

Jeffery smiles and nods. “Of course.” He murmurs softly and kisses her forehead. “I probably won’t be able to spend the night this time though.” He murmurs soflty.

Chleo smiles as she looks over at her daughter. “She’s doing good. I’ve started signing. I just hope she’s picking up on it.”

Max gave a small nod and smiled happily "Thats alright, you'll just have to another time." she said happily kissing him gently before he went towards the door "I love you babe." she murmured

Wendy nodded giving a small smile "I'm sure she will, did you ever look into those baby classes I sent to you? They're supposed to be very helpful."

Jeffery smiles at her. “I love you too baby.” He murmurs and kisses her. He heads to his car and goes to work.

Chleo nods a little. “Yeah mom. We just don’t have the extra money right now for them.”

Max smiled softly and waved goodbye to him before she went inside and got ready for her day at work.

Wendy frowned softly "Sweetheart, we can help. Just let me know okay?" she said softly not wanting her to think she couldn't ask them for help.

Jeffery heads into the station and takes a seat with the guys. “Poker game already?” He chuckles and grabs some cards.

Chleo sighs softly. “I know mom. We’re okay for now.” She murmurs. She didn’t feel right taking money from her parents. She was married with a kid, not a teenager anymore and her parents needed to enjoy retirement.

Ryan chuckled some looking at his friend "Never too early man." He said looking at the time "What brings you in late man? You're always on time."

Wendy nodded and chatted with her daughter a little longer til she said her goodbies.

Max got in her car and called Chleo wanting to chat with her sister and tell her that she had said I love you to Jeff.

Jeffery smiles at him and shrugs. “None of your business.” He smirks at him and chuckles.

Chleo gets off the phone with her mother and starts signing with Dehlila until Max calls. “Hey there.” She murmurs.

Ryan gasped softly placing his cards to his chest over his heart "None of my business? Its that cute brunette you've been seein aint it? Whats her name again?" He asked teasing his buddy in a playful way like they always did to one another.

Max smiled hearing her sister' s voice "Chleo guess what?!" She said excitedly not able to contain herself. She had to tell her sister before she burst at the seams with happieness over her night with Jeffrey.

Jeffery shrugs a little. “Maybe and maybe not.” He tells him. “And it’s Max.” He murmurs and smiles just at the mention of her name. He really did love that woman.

Chleo smiles when she hears the excitement in her sisters voice. “What is it?” She asks soflty and picks up Dehlila, taking her into the living room and laying on the couch with Dehlila on her stomach. She smiles t the little girl and holds her hands, cradling the phone between her er and shoulder.

Ryan chuckled and nodded clapping a hand on his friend's shoulder "Well whatever it is man, we're all happy to see you happy." He said leaning back in his chair "Whats Lyla think of her?"

Max giggled some and got in her car "I told him I loved him...and he said it back!" She said sounding like a school girl again but she was so happy she couldnt contain it. She was on cloud nine with this man and she didn't think anything could ruin it.

Jeffery smiles but it drops at the mention of Lyla. “They haven’t really met yet.” He mutters and bites his lip. He knew dragging this out so long wasn’t helping but he didn’t want to lose her. He didn’t want to ruin things.

Chleo smiles and giggles. “Oh my gosh!” She sits up a little and tickles Dehlilas belly. “I’m happy for you Max.” She murmurs softly. At least one of their relationships was going well.
